Theblissproject.in fox welcome back to the earn your happy podcast and it is time for another quickie because there's always time to fit in, inspiration and thank you so much for showing up here and for sharing and for your shout outs and for your insta stories. You guys, I love meeting you, I love seeing you, I love knowing what your takeaways are and most of all, I just love learning that we are all one and we are all sharing the same fear and the same stories and when we share those, they dissolve. Am I right? When you've shared them with people, when you've talked about what's on this podcast, when you you've talked about the actual things that we're dealing with in life, that we used to think hiding them made us more powerful, but now revealing them is actually where our strength is so that all of that extra energy that it's sucking can really dissolve. So you guys, I just want to say, seeing your actual faces and knowing that I'm driving with you guys, I'm running with you guys, I'm walking with you gu. I get the residual bonuses of that, by the way. Like, if you're running and I'm technically running in your headphones, do I count that as a workout? I'm just wondering, but I just love seeing it. So thank you again for showing up yet another week, for sharing with your friends, for shouting us out, because this is really the first time I am feeling so much massive momentum, and you're really, truly getting the attention of the guests that I want to have on. And that is because of you guys. And not that I, you know, could not have on the guest that of course, I love. But holy smokes. Like, to be able to get some people I would not formally have access to because of what you are sharing is freaking awesome and so exciting. So I have you all to thank for that. So I'm just pouring my heart out for the shares, for the ratings, for the reviews, because that's how we make this show what it is. So thank you so much. And today, you guys, I have three questions that has totally. I mean, in the past week that I've heard them, it's shifted my entire week. Not to say I still don't have moments of freak out because I am in a very. I hate the word busy, but I am in a very busy part of my life. I swore off busy. Like, I swore off the word busy because it just. It drives me crazy. But my plate is very full and I chose it. So I am dealing with what's on it, and it's full with the most beautiful, epic, amazing things. But it's a next level, right? Like I said on the podcast last week, like, I'm a beginner in many areas, and it's taking up a lot more time and a lot more energy. So I am learning to find the peace in between those moments. And again, I'm gonna just reflect on sustainability is. It doesn't mean that life is not chaotic, but sustainability is being able to learn how to find the peace of within the chaos. So as long as you can find that peace, that grounding those moments where you just have that time in between and you're good with the chaos, then you can sustain it. It's when you cannot find that peace, when you can't find that calm, when you can't get to the silence that whatever is happening is not sustainable. So the questions. Back to the questions. Chris shared these with me, and I'm pretty sure they were shared from his friend Rob Murgatroy, who has an epic podcast. And I'm pretty sure Rob may have gotten them from Tim Ferriss. So what I'm saying is these questions are being asked by people who live an epic life, who want to live a more epic life. And I know that that is you because that's truly all of my listeners, and it's been rocking my world. So question number one that I've been asking myself when I have moments of freak out is, what would this look like if this were fun? What would this look like if this were fun? Fun? So I asked that in the morning. So this morning, Chris reminded me to ask myself, So I rolled out of bed. I have a really crazy day, and lots of things going on, lots of emails. And I started talking about my emails and how we need to hire someone, and I. I need to have someone to get me more organized. And he's like, lori, what would this look like if this were fun? And he brought in the second question, what would this look like if this were easy? And the third, what would this look like if this were graceful? And immediately instead of where my mind was going before it went to? Well, if this were fun, I would get ready with you in the bathroom, and I'd turn on music that I loved as we got ready for Soul Cycle. And then I would turn on a song I loved in the car as we drove to Soul Cycle. And then I would, you know, just get really grateful and point out things on the ride that we're grateful for. And we would talk about things that we're excited about. And then in Soul Cycle, I would enjoy the workout. I would sing my heart out. I would dance on the bike. I would hug people that I get to see there regularly. I would make them feel the way that I want to feel. I would expend that energy so that I get it back throughout the day. And this is what I just started thinking. This is how I started showing up. And life was just reflecting, reflecting this beauty back at me. You guys, it just kept going. We can only get what we are giving. So I just kept saying, what would this look like if this were fun? What would this look like if this were easy? What would this look like if this were graceful? Well, this next call that I got on, I would actually be like, lori, don't be nervous about this call. Be so damn excited that this person is actually interested in chatting with you and have no attachment to the outcome because it's just about feeling fun and it's just about ease. And it's just about being graceful or having grace for yourself, forgiveness, ease, letting go. And it was like, what would this look like if it was easy? So I had a call with somebody that, that I was a little nervous about speaking to because it's just someone I was like, oh, this is like a mentor. Wow. This person is reaching out. I have no idea for what. And I thought, what would this look like if it were easy and fun? And I would say, I said to myself, well, I would be interested. I would just want to know about them. I would want to know what's going on in their life. And I would want to be. Show up completely my. I'd want to be silly, I'd want to be fun, I'd want to be goofy, I'd want to be interested. And that's how I showed up to that call. And I got a wildly insane outcome that I was not expecting because I was not attached to needing to show up as an expert or look smart or look a certain way. Instead, I showed up interested, goofy, and fun like myself. Because there is no other version of me. And when I am another version, people can't feel me. They cannot feel me. So this goes for you guys. When you're trying to be another version or trying to look smart, people can't feel you, so they can't connect to you. And we know that this life is all about connections. When I say connections, yes, it's all about people knowing people having an authentic connection. So having an authentic connection does not mean having a lot of connections. People who have a lot of connections are connected because of their authenticity. Authentic connection. That's a lot of connections in a row. How many did I just say? All right.

So you guys, how could you show up in your life asking these three questions? I want to know. Like I really, really want to know what this has changed for you. Do this for one day. Post underneath the pict sure that I post about this on Instagram because I really want to know what shifted for you. When you start from the beginning of your day, set an alarm clock on your phone that goes off every single hour that says what would this look like if it were fun? What would this look like if it were easy? And what would this look like if it were graceful, right? Where could you bring in grace? Where could you forgive yourself quicker? Where could you forgive someone else quicker? Where could you let go quicker? Where could you really choose your battles? Because I'm telling you, there are not too many things worth choosing to let suck your energy dry besides giving everything you have to hope, right? One of my guests that I just had on, Sherry Salata, said the best advice I could give someone is to start stirring your hope soup. Stop thinking about fear, and just go to town on adding ingredients. Stir your hope soup, and that's all you think about. Making the soup, eating the soup, handing the soup out. It's a hope soup kitchen, you guys. All right, so, again, so grateful for you. I want to know how this is shifting your life, because it has profoundly impacted my life in, like, four days. So I always want to teach you whatever is working for me right now, because I've had a million tools that I've used to create the life that I love, and I do this. I do. I literally teach what I need the most. And we know that that's true for just about everybody, because I swear, I go to bed every night, and it's like, I go to sleep and I have spiritual amnesia. The next day, I wake up and I'm like, wait, do I like myself? Wait, who am I? Wait, what am I passionate about? Wait, do I want to work out? No. Oh, I feel like crap. So it's just all of these different tools that I'm like, all right, focus on the good. Focus on the good. Focus on the good. Would this look like if it were fun? Like, what do you actually want? So constantly resetting, constantly reprogramming. And I know that you guys are going to get there as well if you're not already there. So thank you guys so much for tuning in. If you know someone who needs this, just text it to them. Just tell them, I want to brighten your day with something that I think you know that you would enjoy and something that's really been helping me. So I so appreciate you sharing, shouting out. And I can't wait to hear how this has shifted your life. And I'm sending you guys so much love today. Thank you for taking me with you wherever you go. And until next time, earn your happy. Bye, everyone. Thank you guys so much for spending this time with me on the earn your happy podcast. I am so glad that you stopped by.
