Foreign.
I am so excited to have you on the podcast. Thank you for coming on.
Thanks for having me, Lori. I've been looking forward to this. Every time we talk, we have a great time. So I know it's going to be fun.
Well, I love seeing all of your content everywhere because it's content I'm super interested in because I want more energy, I want to age well, I want to feel good and I'm just super into hydration. It's been something that's been really huge for me as an easy way that when I get really confused by everything that's out there And Tracy, I'm even from the health industry and I'm confused. Like there is just so much right now about wellness and what we should be doing and taking from the people who are like really hardcore biohacking, which is awesome, but not a lot of people necessarily have time for that. So I know we're going to talk about the whole spectrum, but I also know today people are going walk away with being Able to do a couple things that they can just focus on that are going to make a really big impact?
Yes, absolutely.
Okay. Love this. So tell me about your book because it's beautiful. First of all, we all need it on our coffee tables. But tell me a little bit about the book. It's called Hydrate. What made you write this book?
Well, there's a lot of things that made me write it, but I'll just make it easy. We're 99% water molecule. And when I found that out through my research, I realized that there's so much opportunity to understand this topic better. Because if we're made of mostly water, don't we have an opportunity to talk about that water body and how it's charged, how it's purified, how it's made active, how it's liberated, how it structures in our body? These things matter because they're creating. They matter for our health, our sleep, our energy, how we look, our sexual health, our mental health. Everything is connected to our water body and our water health. And we're just taught a facet of the truth. As children, we're taught, oh, drink eight glasses of water a day, you're good. And that's just a small portion of the truth. And so I wanted to make a book that was playful, fun, that was chock full of gems, but also you could open it up to any page and get some information that gave you recipes and playful tips. I mean, I love play and I think that if we make the things that we do fun and playful, it's going to last the test of time and make us want to keep doing it. Like we get to do this, right? So hydration is a huge part of health. I owned a Wellness Clinic for 17 years with all the patients that I saw. The one thing that I learned is that you can't hack your way to health. You can't buy a pill or have some biohacking tool which, you know, our friends, we're in the same community, right? We have all these fun biohacking things that we get to do all the time. And I love them. But if we are not doing the basic foundations for health every single day, it doesn't matter what toys and gadgets we have, those are not going to work for us without the basic foundation. So I came up with these nine pillars of health. And the book is going through the nine pillars, but in a fun, playful way that you could pick it up to any page and get an idea and get inspired.
Okay, I love this. So I got really fascinated with water. I think we had shared this before when we were chatting, because her and I had a chat before this a couple months back. Dr. Emoto's the video on water and also his book on water.
What was the book called?
You remember?
I actually don't remember his book. I love Emoto and I think Masaru Emoto has brought a lot of opportunities, opportunity for us to be able to look at water differently. But most scientists don't accept his work because he did cherry pick a lot of his data. Also, I'm appreciative of him for the work that he does because mainstream awareness looks now at structure of water and how it can be impacted by our thoughts, our words, the environment, thanks to Emoto. So I do have a lot of great gratitude for him. Also. It's not real. Like stuff isn't, isn't accepted by the science community.
So let's kind of start there. Just because my fascination was just the realization of kind of what you had mentioned about, like the structure of water. And if we're made up of 99% water, the fact that what's going into the water, the fact that water has the opportunity to constantly. You said restructure itself. Let's talk about that first. I want to learn about that.
Okay, let's talk about it. So most people are going to be thinking about water. Is that like Mickey Mouse molecule with the two hydrogen and the one oxygen that are connected. And it looks like this water molecule that we're all familiar with. But what most people don't realize is that water isn't just this one molecule. The molecules are always thinking of ways that they can come together into some sort of structure, coherence. They are a community that want to come together. And we get to choose how this structure wants to be. So our body is also taking these H2O molecules and structuring it all of the time. And that's what's creating what we are. So when I say we're 99% water, that's at the molecular level by mass. We could be, you know, when, from the time you're born, it could be 90%, but by the time you die, maybe 50%. So that's by mass. But at the molecular level, we are 99% water molecules. And these water molecules are coming into these crystalline structures. And that's why you're not a puddle of water on the floor. That's why your bones have some sort of structure to them. Your skin has structure, your cells have structure. Because these water molecules come together and form structures.

And it's really beautiful and it's magnificent the way that it happens. So. So we get to choose though, and that's what I appreciate Emoto's work is that she would speak the word love over water and you would see this beautiful, coherent structure. You speak the word hate over the water and you see dissonance, incoherent structure. So water's always wanting to come together. These molecules of H2O are always wanting to come together and we get to choose it's going to be coherent or incoherent. So when you drink water, let's just say you're drinking tap water. Tap water is going to be probably coming together in some sort of incoherent structure because there's caustic toxic materials in the water that are influencing the structure of it. The way that it's coming through the pipes in some unnatural way with these right angles. Water wants to be spinning, moving, vortexing. It doesn't want to be going through these straight pipes with these right angles. It's actually traumatizing to the water. And I'm not saying emotionally water has emotions, but it's not the way that it wants to be moving. It's not a healthy way. So that H2O is really most of that water. If we drink incoherent water, it's going into our body and ending up in most of our extracellular fluid. So it's not easily getting inside the cell and hydrating us at the cellular level. And this creates limited detoxification. If our cells are not hydrated, that our cells will not be able to detoxify as efficiently. It also means low voltage, which is lower energy. And then we're focusing on the chemistry of the water too. Is the water clean? Is it pure? When that's only a facet of what matters, because the physics of the water matters. The bioenergetics of the water also matters. The quantum entanglement of all of these molecules, all of this matters. And the Hydration foundation likes to call H2O a dead corrupt water that's hungry, water that's just incoherent and not hydrating well. So I stay away from tap water and filtered water because filtered water as well, when it goes through the membranes of the filtration system, you're pulling out the toxins, but you're also pulling out the minerals. So then it's not able to structure into the beautiful crystalline structure and it's becoming the structure of whatever that filter is. So a lot of time, it's not something that our body really resonates with. And water without minerals isn't easily absorbed. It passes through the body. So a lot of people could be drinking filtered water and just passing it through. They're urinating all day long. The more water I drink, the more I urinate. Action actually getting into the tissue. But you need more water to hydrate. So when you drink water that's structured. And what is structured coherent water? Well, that's what nature makes. Nature is mineralizing the water through the earth, through the rocks, through all of the formations. It's coming through, it's moving, it's. It's living, it's alive, and it's creating these beautiful coherent structures. And that water is water that can go into the cells and hydrate efficient. And once your cells are hydrated efficiently, now they're able to detoxify so they can draw up nutrition and let out the toxins. That's why the cellular membrane is this osmotic, permeable membrane because it needs to be able to let toxins out and nutrition and. And it can do that more efficiently when we are hydrated. And then it means charged molecules, which is more energy for us. And we all want more energy. And then we're focusing on the physics, right? The physics of how this water is being structured, which is alive, it's living water, and it also tastes better. I think when people say they don't like water, it's because they're probably drinking filtered, incoherent water that their body doesn't resonate. Like, yeah, I don't like this. Who's ever been to a living stream and taken water straight from a living stream or some glacial place that you're like, oh my gosh, this water is so satisfying. It tasted so good. You always hear that. You never hear someone say they didn't like the water. But tap water people will say they don't like. So the water also feels softer and Wetter, I call it wet water, you know, is wet. If your water is wet, you're going to be. Chances are you'll be more hydrated, and then you need to drink less water to be more hydrated. So you're not going to be sitting there drinking gallons of water anymore. You get to drink less because more of it's going into the cell, actually creating our crystalline structure, building more of the tissue and the fluid. We have these plump, juicy cells, juicy joints, healthy tissues. Good. We feel good. We have more energy because now we're hydrated and the water is working for us. Instead of just, you know, when we drink water that's void of minerals, it's just actually more dehydrating. Plus pulling minerals out of our body, flowing through us. We're peeing it out, we're sweating it out, and it's not something that we're creating into this beautiful structure that we are.
Okay, Tracy. So right now I'm like, oh, my God, what water do I drink? Because I actually just got to our California house, and I do not. I don't have a filter. I don't have anything here, So I need something. So what do I actually look for?
Okay, so there's different things you can do, and it really depends on how much you want to commit and, you know, how much money you want to spend. So I think tell people the first place to start is if you're buying your water, just look on the back of the label and find out where the water's coming from. So you have a water bottle right there. Go ahead and pick it up and tell me where does it say the water came from?
Bottled for Essentia water, North Creek Parkway, Bothell, Wisconsin.
Yep. Does it say, like, it's purified?
Purified water by reverse osmosis.
Okay, so that water is tap water. That's another.
So glad I'm paying for it.
Yes, that's another term for purified tap water. And so when we're taking tap water, what's happening is you're taking a water that chances are very incoherent and toxic, and then they're putting it through a membrane, which is purifying the chemistry of the water, but not doing anything to the physics to upgrade it, probably. And then I think essentia does add some minerals back into the water, and that's why they sell it as, like, oh, it's this healthy sport water. But really, you're drinking filtered tap water. And what we really want is water that's alive, living water. And just like, I Mentioned a couple minutes ago how nature gives us living water. So you'd be better off going to the store and looking at the back of the bottle and finding something that came from a natural source. Glacial water, mountain spring water. You're going to be better off with that than a filtered tap water.
And then what if we want to purchase some sort of, I don't know, is it a filter on your tap? Is it something on the counter? Like what's our next best option?
Yeah. So then the next best option is if you're going to be having your tap water, then you want to get some sort of filter. And a reverse osmosis filter does address the chemistry. So okay, we're breaking the water down, right? We're breaking these structures down, we're pulling the minerals out, we're doing a lot of things to the water. But now we get this opportunity to really build it back up and influence it with coherent information that will bring coherence into the water and which is going to make it hydrating water, which is going to get water that helps give us energy and detoxification. So what we want to do is we want to add minerals back into the water. Not too many minerals, not the wrong proportion or ratios. So what I like to do is I love Quinton minerals because that's Q U I n T o n and we can put it in the show notes, but that has 70 trace elements in it. The 78 trace elements are according to Rene Quinton, discovered in 1895 that the oceans plasma is identical to what our blood plasma should look like. And I they should because in our conventional farming we've, we've lost minerals. Many of us are deficient in so many minerals because of the conventional farming. Stress pulls minerals out of our body. Drinking too much filtered water pulls minerals out of our body. We're constantly being depleted of minerals. And many people are lacking the building blocks for biogenesis, for building new healthy cells. And so when we put these minerals back into the water, it gives the water a chance to start to form these beautiful crystalline formations and also give that nutrition to our body that it so desperately needs. So then the next step, I would say is to vortex your water. Get a spoon, stir it, buy a vortexer, get it into the sun so that the sun's photonic energy is in it and starts to make this working water for us. It's really powerful to do that. So spin it and get it in the sun for a couple minutes and you've got a far superior water than what you're probably drinking right now.
Okay, that is amazing. For someone who's committed, they're just like ready to do the investment because they're like, look, I know that water is so important because so many people already do. What is, is there like a system? Is there like a.
What is that? Yeah, so there's many things that you can do. I at home use a reverse osmosis system that flows into a mineral system that mineralizes the water and then it flows into a vortex or it's this 24 gold plated vortexer with sacred geometry and precious crystals in it. So it's influencing the water, it's influencing the energy of the water. The physics of the water and the chemistry of the water is being addressed now. It's mimicking nature. So even though I can't go to a living spring every day to get my water, I'm mimicking that at home. This living water. And when I started drinking this water, I needed to drink about a third less than I've drank before. When I was drinking filtered water, I couldn't drink enough. I was thirsty all the time. My skin was dehydrated, I was constipated, I had acne. I had so many issues because I wasn't able to detoxify efficiently. I was dehydrated, yet I was drinking tons of water. So more isn't always better. Just like with many things in life, more isn't always more. It's just better. It's just more. Right? So this water, more water can sometimes be hurting us because it could be flushing out minerals and depleting our body. And so what we want to do is I talk about these three steps in my book. I really go through it in detail, why it's important and how to make living water at home or mimic living water.
Too many people finish their workday feeling frustrated, drained and unfulfilled. I know that. I have experienced that myself.
And the good news is it doesn't.
Have to be this way. And you don't need a new job to fix it. Patrick Lencioni, author of the Five Dysfunctions of a Team and more than a dozen other bestsellers, created the Working Genius assessment to help you pinpoint the kind of work that gives you energy, the kind that lights you up, and it also shares the kind that drains it. Did you notice a big energy increase for yourself with that too?
Or was that absolutely. I'm a different person than I was early 20s. I was exhausted. I had adrenal fatigue. I had the things I mentioned, like acne and constipation and so many things that my body just wasn't functioning efficiently yet. I was eating healthy or what I thought was healthy. I was drinking almost a gallon of water day. I was working out, doing the things that I thought I was supposed to do. Simply changing my water and getting the right minerals in my water really upgraded my health. And that's why I wrote this book. It means so much to me that I can give this information to help upgrade people's health without it needing to be hard. It doesn't need to be expensive. It's simple information that will change everyone's life and upgrade everyone's health. So everyone needs this message, right, of hydration. And that's why I feel so fortunate to be able to spread this good news.
So hydration is such a huge foundation for you, for the book and what you believe in health and what is true in health. But you also have nine other pillars. Let's dive into some of those.
Yeah, let's go into the pillars. And the reason why these pillars are important is because they're impacting our water body and activating the water body. So of course, I start with hydration, right? We want to be hydrated, drink living water. That's how we get hydrated. Minerals are another part of health. Our body is electric. We are bioelectric beings, and we need minerals. In order for that water body to effectively charge was very important. And like I mentioned before, we are just so depleted in minerals. You see people walking around depressed. I really feel that a lot of mental illness is related to lack of minerals, immune issues. We just simply are lacking the building blocks for health, for healthy new cells. And then we need to get that right too. So I talk about the minerals and what type of minerals you need, and then what you know, how to get it right.
And is there like one? If you could just pick one that we looked for, is there like one Mineral that could, could help if we made a choice. Or is it like a whole?
There's 78 trace elements. So if you look at the periodic table, why those elements are there is because that's what all life came from, life evolved from. And we need all of those elements in perfect proportion in order to be healthy. So some of them we call trace elements because it's just a small minute amount that you need. But if you're even missing that little bit of it, it can make all the difference. My grandmother, who's 93 years old, has diabetes. She had a toe that was not healing. She had an injury that it kept oozing and it was an open wound for over a year. And the doctor finally said, if you don't, you know, get this, if it doesn't heal up, we're going to have to amputate. They had amputated other toes before and so I sent her the Quinton minerals. She started taking it and after I think it was, it was eight or nine days, the toe that wound gapped up and it had taken over a year, hadn't healed. It's because she was missing probably one of the building blocks for life to be able to heal. So it's really important we, we need to take minerals seriously and not just say, oh, it's one. Oh, I need magnesium. Yes, magnesium is amazing. Most people are magnesium deficient and I almost think everybody can benefit from taking magnesium. But Quinton minerals are amazing because they have all 78 trace elements. Nutrition. Obviously we know we need nutrition. If we're not eating well balanced meal or food, then we're going to suffer. Sunlight. This is the forgotten nutrition. The photonic energy from the sun is giving us life. And the reason, one of the reasons we eat fruits and vegetables is because of the life giving energy that's inside these botanical cells. And sunlight charges our water body. That's why a lot of people use these red lights now in the morning to help activate mitochondria. This is charging the water body. If we are not getting full spectrum sun, our water body will not be charged. We're going to be tired, we're going to be sluggish, we're not going to want to move. So I suggest you just get out in the sun, 10, 15 minutes, go put your on the grass and like lay in the sun. Obviously there's a dosage, right, you don't want too much, too little. But we need to get full spectrum sun because it's humans. Most of us are inside now with filtered light. Light coming through your window is still filtered because when it's coming through the glass, it's bending, it's refracting, it's filtered. A lot of times these windows have some sort of filter film over them and so you're not getting full spectrum light. It's like an unbalanced vitamin.
I swear by sunlight, like, it is been such a mood changer for me. We, every morning we go for a walk and then we try to go in the evenings as well. And it's like, it's like a reset. It's like a complete, energetic reset, like to just go bathe in it. And I don't know, it's crazy. It's the one thing that I can say has been a huge health routine for me for years.
Yeah, no, I, I love it and I, I'm always inspired by yours and Chris's Instagram videos because it looks like you guys really commit to that. Taking a walk every day, walking with your dogs. And it's just, it's inspiring. Keep it up. Because not only by walking in the sun are you charging your water body, those photonic sunlight, but it's helping to structure the water inside of your body. Informed, coherent water, our body of water is constantly structuring and restructuring itself. And the sun is informing, so it's making this beautiful crystalline structure that you are, you're going to be more radiant, you're going to glow, you are going to be more beautiful if you get full spectrum sunlight every day. Grounding was the next one, and I don't remember when. It was in the 1960s, late 1950s, these rubber soles came out and, and we started wearing them and now we're like disconnected. Before, people used to wear shoes that actually were made out of leather. And these natural materials could connect with the Earth's frequencies. The Schumann resonance, the magnetism of the Earth. Charging our water body. We plug our cell phones into the wall every night to charge and get those electrons, but we are not connecting to the earth enough. And it is essential for charging our water body. So if you want energy and you want to age well and you want to look good, you must take your shoes off and get out and touch the earth at least a half an hour to 45 minutes every single day. Movement, movement charges the water body. That's another thing. If you're not moving your body, that water body is going to be stagnant, sluggish. It's going like. Think about if you just left water out to sit, you know, it starts to grow bacteria it starts to stink and putrefy and it's not living and there's a lot of gross things in there. So we want to be near moving water, you know, like streams of water that are moving in. Our body craves that too. We must move every single day. We get to move. So move every part of your body. Move your arms, move your fingers, move your toes, move your earlobes, move your jaw. If you want your face to look good and you want to have this like vibrant, beautiful, youthful skin, Botox is not your answer, guys. Botox is, is preventing movement, but the opposite. Your face is going to start falling. Sure it's freezing it, so you might not see wrinkles, but it's going to start to fall. It's going to lose. Lymphatic drainage, it's going to lose like not the blood flow won't be as great. We want to be moving. Massage your face. Move every part of it. Love it. You know, when you're washing your face at night, get that soap and just rub it and love it and move it around. The blood flowing movement in every part of our body is going to preserve youth in your body. And then my next favorite is, probably my all time favorite is creative playtime. And I added this as one of the nine pillars of health because I think when you're a child, look at children, how vibrant they are and how healthy they are usually. And it's because they get into their creative play, they're curious, they're looking, they're excited, they're, you know, finding new ways to move their body. They're doing cartwheels, they're jumping around, they're in the sun, they have their shoes off, they're running around and they're using their imagination. When we open up to that curiosity element again, it brings us alive. And that is an essential for thriving and then connecting community. We can't do this alone. Just like those water molecules aren't alone, they're not sitting alone. That little Mickey Mouse structure, they are coming together, holding hands in community and bringing structures. And we need that as humans too. If we don't have that, we won't thrive. It's all about finding your tribe, connecting with your tribe, eye gazing, looking people in the eyes, having authentic conversations, loving hugs, smiles, and just really connecting at a deeper level. That's essential for health. So those are my nine pillars of health. I truly, after having my clinic for all these years, I realized that if someone's missing any of these elements, they weren't thriving. And so my Prescription became very simple. It went from like, you know, biohacking supplements, peptides, all these things to wait. Let's just start with the basics. These nine pillars. Once you get these down, all of a sudden people's lives are transformed. They feel amazing. Okay, then we can add these fun peptides and we can add these fun little toys and gadgets and like, take it to the next level. Let's rock it. But if we want to look good, feel good, have energy, have succinct thoughts, mental acuity, then we need to be, we get to be doing these nine pillars.
I have so many thoughts around this right now because for one reason or another, with each pillar you talked about, I ended up finding it due to either, like struggling with my mental health or then struggling with sitting at a screen all day. So then I knew I needed to walk. And you know, the interesting thing is when a lot of times after sitting inside all day and I go for a walk, it's like I almost can feel what you're talking about. Like the dissonance or the not regulated. I feel like things inside of me are like frustrated and fighting. That's how it feels. Literally like my cells are at war with each other and I'm frustrated and I go for a walk in the sunlight, literally drink water because I'm typically like, I. Water and sun, like, those are the first things I think of now. And they've been game changing for me. So, you know, maybe somebody listening is like, oh my God. That's a lot of things that I'm not doing right now that I need to add. But it's not even like in the grand scheme, I found them all at once or started them all at once. It's like I did these little like habit stacking. Like first it was like, can I just go for a walk and get in the sun in the morning or can I do it in the evening? And as you start to feel better, you start to want to add another one. You know, you're like, okay, what's next now? So for you, is there things that you first notice? Like, does your body just talk to you now? Are you like, I know exactly what I need.
I feel like when you make time to really slow down a little bit. Yes, your body is. Our bodies are always talking to us. Every single person's body is talking to them. Just like you heard that when you started to listen, oh, I need some sun and I need some water. I mean, it's like, it's not rocket science, right? But we're so disconnected. And we love to distract ourselves. When I have a free moment. Oh, let me pull up that Instagram and start scrolling.
Oh, my God. Yeah.
We are all, like, doing these things. Well, most of us are, right? So it's like we get to choose. You know what? Maybe in this moment, when I'm standing in line, instead of pulling my phone out, I can just, like, start, you know, stretching my arms a little bit and take a deep breath and look around and, like, connect with my environment. We have these moments where our body wants to talk to us and we get to listen, but oftentimes, for some reason, we don't want to. I was at the gym yesterday, and I saw this guy stretching, and he had this video game or something that he was watching while he was stretching. And I was like, well, okay, no judgment on this guy, but how good would it feel just to kind of feel into your body and notice areas that are tight? Or we can do that, but it feels like we're just so starving for a dopamine hit every second, we need to be stimulated. Stimulated that we forget how good it can actually feel to slow down and like you said, take that walk, drink some water. And I agree with you that it can feel overwhelming. Oh, my gosh. These nine pillars, but most of them can be stacked. The movements, sunlight, grounding, creative play time, connected, community. All those can be stacked into one. Like, I can take my shoes off, invite a friend over, lay on the lawn, start, like, doing some yoga movements as we're talking about our day. Like, when I meet up with friends, I don't usually say, let's go to dinner. I'm like, let's take a walk at the sunset. Let's take our. Let's, like, frolic through the cliffs. It's like, that's my thing. Because then I know I can stack it. You know, I'm gonna get those things in, but I'm going to be having a good time. We get into some creative play. We start climbing rocks. We start looking at all the little, you know, crabs, you know, in the rocks or whatever it is, and you start to get curious again and start laughing together and playing. And now we're getting the sunlight of the sun setting. I'm getting in that. Into the back of my eyes and getting my water bodies getting charged, and my feet are touching the earth, and I'm laughing with the friend, and, you know, maybe I'll have a bottle of water with me. I'm drinking the water. I'm getting all the things. So most of These nine pillars can be stacked very easily, even at once. Like, it needs to be like, okay, I got to do this, this, this, and this. Check it off. It's. And in the book, that's what I go through is, like, really fun, creative ways to make it your own, make it playful. I love throwing parties. And so I have a bunch of recipes in here, too, that are I call elixirs. And an elixir is a magical medicinal potion. So I make medicinal potions that bring people alive. They make you want to connect, they bring down orders, they hydrate your body. You wake up feeling better, looking better, and it tasted amazing. And I give ideas how to throw a party with creative play and connecting. And so I advocate all of these things in the book, and I just talk about my lifestyle and how I do it. And the book is like a coffee table book. So you can put. Pick it up, open it to any page, and you're going to get a quote that inspires. You're going to get a recipe that inspires. You'll get a page that, like, gives you some science, but tells you how to apply it in a practical way. So if you're anything like me, it feels very daunting as a busy person to open up a book and have to read it from beginning to end. I made this book so you could pick it up at any point and learn something.
I love that.
And I think for me, for habits, and I think for most people, and this is why they need to get the book, is because when I know what it's doing, then I'm way more.
Likely to do it.
And when I keep it in the forefront as well. So for me, it's like, I know that play is good. I know that walking is good for my mental health. But if I'm constantly reading why it's good and really what it's doing for me, it's gonna inspire me to go and do it. Like, if you see the book on the coffee table, you're more likely to pick it up, right? Like, make those habits a lot easier. Make the things, like, around you, make sure. Sure that they are, like, reinforcing the goals that you want. So I love that book for that, because if it was on my counter by my water, I'd be like, oh, that's right. This is why I want to hydrate. This is what I want to do. And it's so true. I'm rereading Atomic Habits right now, and it just reinforces, like, everything that your book is saying. Like, if you Want to make these habits, if you want to make them a part of your life, it's about making that barrier of entry, like a part of your life, making the barrier of entry easier. So having access to these things, maybe keeping those minerals out on your counter, keeping your water filtration system out on your counter. It's the constant, like, visual cues that are going to make us also remember. Oh, that's right. I want to feel that way. Oh, that's right. I want to be healthy. Oh, that's right. I want to drink water. So I'm so grateful for you for writing this book. I'm literally dying to get my copy because I'm. I just. I'm at a point in my life where it's like, you. You kind of start stacking these habits. You're like, okay, what's the next level of this? So that's where I'm at with water. So I'm very, very excited. And I think for people listening, you know, I was excited to have you on and wanted to have you on because a lot of times entrepreneurs can. We can look for these. How can I get more energy? Maybe it's this, maybe it's that. It's like, really, are you even paying any attention to your water and making sure you're getting that sunlight? And it's these really fundamental, simple things that could change the game for us so that we have the energy for our passion projects, so that we remember to play in that other parts of life are important. So are there any last things that you want to share with people?
I just, first of all, grateful that you had me on. Thank you for the opportunity and just the passion of being able to share this good news. I feel like it's good news, right? Hard, it's not expensive, it's not overwhelming. And. And if you want to get the book as a gift, I feel like it's a great gift to give somebody because it is something that can inspire and upgrade someone's life. And it's beautiful to sit on anyone's coffee table. I made it monochromatic, black and white. You know, it doesn't have my face on the COVID You know, it's like, that's why I self publish, because I'm like, I don't. I want to do it my way. You know, I wanted to have it just, like, really pretty and something that people would feel proud to put out. And also, it's something that you can pick up and you don't feel like, oh, my gosh, I gotta set aside 20 minutes or 30 minutes to read. You could literally have one minute and just flip it open and be like, oh, that's cool. I can do that. And this seems inspiring. And it's a great gift to give at any time to anybody. And when you're visiting someone's house, just buy a bunch of them, have them in a stack, and they're great gifts that anybody would appreciate.
I love that. And it really is beautiful. For you guys who can't see it, it would look good in any aesthetic. And I'm so grateful for you writing the book, grateful for you coming on.
