We are Scott, who does live beautifully. And you guys, if you don't know, she is a creator, a founder, a brand building expert. She is community obsessed. Obsessed. In fact, I feel like you have built one of the largest communities out there, especially the original communities. So I'm so excited to chat with you today. We're going to talk about what we're talking about, but also I'm like, Kat, for your podcast, should I just intro myself?

I. Yeah, I have an intro on you, but I would love for anyone that doesn't know you yet, like, I'm so excited for them to get to know you. And actually, side note, you guys, like, you know when you have a girlfriend and you're like, you don't visit their place of work, like maybe a friend who, who's like a nurse and you're like, what do you do all day? But then like, you have a normal weekend, you go like out to dinner and stuff and you're like, oh my God, I can't believe, like you save lives or you have like a friend that's a teacher and I'm going off on a tangent already. And you have a teacher that's a friend and, and you're like, oh my God, I can't believe you teach kids all week. And then you just have like a totally normal, like woman to woman, like day out together. With Lori, it's so different because, like, not only are we friends, but I also listen to her podcast religiously.

So weird. To me, I love it so much. It's literally like I'm like, are you sure? Are you just saying that to be nice?

No, I think it's really important for me to also learn from you because we're going to be doing such amazing things together and we have such different complimentary qualities about, like each other. And I also just love what you share in the world and it also helps me too. So I think it's. It's actually really rare. I don't think any of my friends listen to my podcast.

I listen to your podcast. I feel like I've listened to many of your podcasts, so I definitely am one of them who listen to the podcast. I love it. I'm obsessed. It's because, so you guys, what's so cool is you'll hear even in this podcast and especially if you're going to come to the thing that we're doing. That's a hint. We have such different skill sets and even the way we speak and the way that we think. So I feel like my, the other side of my brain that I typically don't use gets really like, it lights up when I'm listening to your podcast because it's a very different part of it. Kind of like slows me down, I think a little deeper. It's like, it's very soothing to me to listen to your podcast.

Her and I have so many voice notes, so many facetimes, so many zooms, so many texts back and forth right now because of what we're creating and what is coming out. I have not felt this energized about an event and about working with a partner in so long. I can't even tell you, Kat, like, it is flowing out of me because I think it's not only about what we know people need, but I think it is like, you know how sometimes just it feels like other people are telling you what you should be doing. I just feel like this is coming together in such a crazy way. And I won't keep you guys in suspense anymore. We are creating a one day workshop. And even if you don't come to the workshop, this podcast we're going to talk so much about some different things for expanding your business and just kind of talking about coming together in partnership and what that looked like. Yeah, see, it's already so funny how different we are because I'm like, oh, my God, I get so uncomfortable about even just the word money.

Money, money, money, money, money. My child is going to be named money.

But that's what's so funny is that Marie Forleo is just like, I want. I don't know if anyone listened to the last episode of Live Beautifully, but she was like, hey, I want you to just sit with this real quick and have a better relationship with money. You know, she's just like, money is a great thing. It's not. It's the person that either, you know, reveals people who they are, but money is a great thing that we can have financial freedom and we can give back to people and we can grow our brands to have a greater purpose and we can grow our communities to help more people. Like, time is so precious, and you can also make money doing it, which I'm not going to be the person that tells you how to do that. Lori's going to be the person. I'll be listening in on her. But we're just so excited to come together because when Lori and I were talking, we're like, oh, my God. And when she and I get together, I'm getting excited, just talking. Like, the fireworks go off and we're like, oh, my God, can you imagine if, like, this could happen? Or this. And so if you have an idea or something that you've been wanting to do, or you have a business or say you have an Etsy shop, we want to help you make it the most successful thing that you can be so fulfilled and so proud. I don't.

Opening up their contacts and sharing because there's no other way that I have found that I've been successful is from getting a lot of referrals and just having incredible people refer me, other incredible people. And I believe that everything you need is one contact away from who you already have in your life. And if you don't get in rooms like this and you're only talking to your family, then maybe that, maybe that's different. But if you're in rooms like this, I really believe it's one contact away. So we're going to set you up for success to be able to find the answers to the questions that you have. But it is going to be a full day of learning and this is really going to be more of a high level learning, showing you all of the opportunities that are out there. I think your mind is going to be blown in some of the things that are happening now, even in technology that some businesses are using. That has blown my mind. A recent mastermind I was in, I.

Was like, I'm a little scared. I'm like, with AI, But I do love with AI, the thing that will continue to not be a commodity is you, your art, what you say and what makes you authentic. Authentic. And so we can be scared, but we will not be replaced.

So I love that we're saying this right now because we just did a podcast with Chalene Johnson and she was saying you can get all of your info on ChatGPT now, right? Like AI, but you have to be the person who people still know like and trust that is delivering any of that information. Like, you still have to be the modality, the soul, the like, you have to have the energy that that person is relating to or it's just not going to work. So all of you have that and now we can use it to help scale your businesses as well. Which I, I absolutely love. Like writing talks now. Oh my God, so fast. It's so amazing.

I did a thousand, thousand word essay on Chat GPT just to see like what it said about me and it was not accurate, you guys. So like, don't do that to yourself. Yeah, I can give you inspo. But, but again, like, what makes you you is your superpower and we want to help you tap into that. Things that I'm going to be focusing on during this workshop with you are how to grow your brand or even just start out. If you're just starting out, this is also a great space for you because you'll be surrounded by people that are thinking, be really inspired by them and establishing your brand DNA. And so even if you feel like you already had one, like how are you evolving and how are you making it really fresh and relevant? Because brand relevancy is really important too, in your identity, your voice and your positioning. And also, what are your pillars with your story and, and what's your legacy? We're getting to the point where, or at least I am. I'm like, we're getting to that point. I'm like having midlife press.

I'm right here with you. So going with you.

Yeah, like, what is our legacy? What do we want to be our legacy? And a legacy means, did you leave the world in a better place than what it was? And that is so important for what we do for our careers and the brands that we build. And so I think that that's something that I would love to talk with everybody about and tap into. And like, I want us to be all really curious too and come into this with so much curiosity of what can come out of it. And then of course, fostering your community. And if you have 10 people in your community, that's 10 people in your home that are like, I love you, each one is a heartbeat. And so fostering that and growing that if you'd like to, and also staying your purpose. And then we'll even get into a little product development, audience building and, and all the things that help you continue to sail your ship into that beautiful sunset.

I love this because For a lot of the women that I can already see who are in our VIP text community, I know that they want to have a podcast, build bigger communities, write books, have events, do masterminds. And this is a lot of info that we're even saying on here. But what you're going to leave with is the neck, the one next thing, because you can also ask questions, or we want to get you to a place where you know exactly what you're doing next. I'm Already so proud of everybody. And, yeah, I could get emotional just thinking about that. Like, that is going to be such a cool part.

I am most excited about the confidence that's going to come from people, even if they're nervous right now thinking about it, because what they're going to hear in that room of what other people are doing and what's working, I think is going to really give a lot of people breakthroughs. Like, wait, this is what's going on. Or, wait, you're charging what? For what? Like, that's one of the bit, like, confidence around their message and what they're offering. And also what they don't even know that's coming is friendships and support that are going to hopefully last a lifetime. Like the friends that I have made in these rooms. I wouldn't be doing half of what I'm doing right now if it wasn't for a lot of the women that I have met in those rooms. The collaborations, the ideas that are going to pop off. Like, I don't think that we get our best ideas without talking about them and ideating on them and having other people add to them. So there is so much magic to be had. Like, it's. It's actually, it is a real thing. Masterminds have been happening since the beginning of time. Three minds coming together, I believe has more access to, like, our higher purpose, our destiny, God, universe, whatever you believe. I really believe that when you have a bunch of people come together, you get access to things that you wouldn't normally have access to because it's just so many ideas all coming at once. So I cannot wait for that.

And we'll share with you all that we wanted to. Or I was like, we could do a whole week and rent a house and we all sleep and we have a sleepover and we do this. And Laurie was like, hold up. This needs to be accessible and affordable. Again, time is so precious. Like, we want this to be so doable for you. You have so much going on in your life. And for you to come to Scottsdale, you know, and put certain things on hold in your life, whether you have kids or your work or your home life, like, everything.
