Our Biggest Lessons on Failure, Expansion, & Building Rooms That Change Everything
31 Dec 2025 · 68 min
Lori and Chris Harder share their biggest failures, from Chris's on-record tantrum in a course to Lori calling a guest by the wrong name, and explain how comeback rate matters more than the mistake itself. They describe their paid programs: Mentor Collective for businesses under $500k revenue, with expert coaches answering questions within 24 hours, and Elite Entrepreneur Mastermind for invitation-only members.

Some of our kind of like screw ups embarrassments at the time felt huge traumatic, you guys. And now we laugh at them, but we want to share them because these happen all the time. It's being a human and it really is about your comeback rate. Like, what's next? What do I have to focus on?
I knew that this year for me.
I just want to root down. Like, that's all I want.
I want to be building community here.
I don't feel like traveling right now at all.
I am just in a phase where all. All I want is community and I.
Want to be rooted.
I want to be in my home and I want to be building glossy. I want to be building our masterminds. I want to feel really solid and in what I'm doing, in my life's purpose.
I've always, in everything that I've done, thought it was the most important thing to make your platform other people's platforms, because I believe that that is true leadership. Don't just allow yourself to be a leader. Your program will excel when you not only get other leaders to help lead, but also when you use your platform and offer it to your students so that they can get an opportun to truly get up on that platform and shine in front of everyone.
Hey everyone. Welcome back to the Earn your happy podcast. Today's episode is another throwback, one of my favorite conversations. And you guys know that I've had this podcast for eight years. So if you're newer to the podcast, I have literally recorded over 1400 episodes, you guys. So I want to make sure that you don't miss any of these super amazing, juicy conversations that I have chosen just for you. Because I can't tell you about the wealth of knowledge that is in this.
Freaking catalog of throwbacks.
I don't want you to miss it.
It's truly what has changed my life and helped me on my journey of growth in entrepreneurship, in relationships, in personal development. And I know that these messages are going to hit you in the same kind of powerful way that they hit me. So I hope that you love this one as much as I do. And let's get started.
And we're back with another episode of.
He said she Said.
Before we get started, we got to let everyone know we are about to open cart in a couple of weeks from this recording and only going to take 30 new people into our mentor collective Mastermind, which is a very small number. But here, here's why we only take a small number. This is the one that's the most Supportive Mastermind, literally on the Internet, right? And so what it means is not only are Lori and I teaching every two weeks, but there's a call every single week for you to learn from. And we have hired coaches that we pay for out of our money and a lot of them, and they are expertise coaches. So there's a sales coach, a marketing coach, life and health coach, There is a tech coach. I mean, there's everything, right? So any problem you ever have in your business, you have a coach to go to and ask unlimited questions of, courtesy of us paying for the coach, so you don't have to pay for the coach. So everything you ever need is in this mastermind. But that's why we have to limit it to real small groups every time that we enroll now, the mastermind as a group grows bigger and bigger, but we have to grow the number of coaches in accordance with the number of members. So bottom line, we're only going to take 30 people. Now, if you're listening, when Laurie and I only take 30 people, that is not a lot. Like, that is a small. It goes like zoom, right away. So here's your greatest chance of getting to get one of those chances. And first of all, this is the mastermind. That is for people earning between, I'd say 25,000 and 500,000. 500,000 is where you got to start applying for the elite level mastermind. Now, with that being said, here's how you get on the early access list. You have to go to Chrisharder Me Waitlist. That way you'll be the first to know when we open cart in a couple weeks. Again, that is chrishardter Me Waitlist. Chrisharder Me Waitlist. Put your name on the wait list. You'll get a heads up before anybody else so that you've got the highest chance of getting one of those 30 spots. And it is, I mean, go read all testimonials, the sales page, it is awesome.
Okay, so we are going to get into our podcast today and we were.
Discussing what topics we should talk about.
And I had thought of sharing with you guys some of our kind of like screw ups embarrassments that at the time felt huge. Traumatic, traumatic, you guys. And now we laugh at them, but we want to share them because these happen all the time. And so it is literally about your.
Comeback rate when you're an entrepreneur.
And I think it's really important to know that. I can't tell you the amount of people who are big names who have told me the most hilarious stories I can Possibly tell you. So, Chris, do you want to start off.
Oh yeah.
With when we fall on the sword anyway? Yes, I'll fall on the sword right away. Okay. So Lori and I used to release a course called Aligned. And this is what makes it really funny is the fact that it's called Aligned.
Like, ooh.
So Aligned, right. And it was a great course. Part business, part life, just getting everything aligned to be able to be successful. It's not available anymore, but this was like one of our flagship products for a minute. And we really put everything we had into creating the content and the lessons and the flow of the course and then high production value, filming, you name it. Like we went all in on this thing and this was going to be this big multi seven figure product, blah, blah, blah, Right. So we do the recordings and if you guys have ever recorded something where it's kind of scripted, because you have to script it to make sure that you're, you know, doing all the teaching and hitting all the lessons just right. Well, if you've ever recorded something where it's kind of scripted, it's almost tougher than if you're rifting from your brain.
Yes.
You tend to screw up a lot. And so I am known for something that is called a crisp. Lovingly, a crispit. And a cris fit is basically when little things go wrong, I lose my shit.
There's a temper tantrum that looks like a toddler tantrum.
And what's funny is when big things go wrong, I am cool as a cucumber. Like, no problem, I got this. Oh, aliens are arriving. No problem, I got this. Oh, left my keys in the house when I got in the car. Right. So every time I would screw up on the script trying to teach the lessons in this course called Aligned, I would kind of like throw a baby Chris fit. And then the more you do it, the bigger the cris fits get because.
You start to get more lines for you guys. Because we had sold the program to a bunch of people with a deadline. So we pre sold the program, which is totally normal.
Right.
Like back in the day it wasn't.
As talked about, but a lot of people were doing it. So our audience like did not know we didn't have all of the content yet, which is like I said, normal, but not to your audience.
So we pre sell have all of these people to deliver to. And we had like three days to.
Film this big long course. And it was like the more you tried to nail this particular module, the.
More it just kept going awry.
Yeah, So a lot of pressure. So the Kris fits get bigger and bigger and bigger, but no problem. Because our editor, our video editor at the time, his name was Jesse, we're like, hey Jesse, just make sure you take all these out.
No problem.
He's like, yeah, I got this. So sure enough, he does all the editing and takes out all the crisp bits and you know, makes this great course. And we are so proud we release it. And this one was a more high end course and we released the first batch of courses to hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people. I forgot 700 people or something like that. Well, by the end of the first day, those overachievers that like went way ahead in the modules and dive in, dove in and spent the whole day doing the course somewhere in like module four, five, whatever it was, I forget Jesse had missed a cris fit. Let this sink in. Picture you're taking a course called Aligned and you just invested a couple thousand dollars in it. And the material's really good. And module one goes good, module two goes good, Module three and you get to module four and I start teaching and all of a sudden I screw up on some words and I go.
Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, yes, fuck, fuck.
And it's still in the course called Lined. So there's a few overly ambitious people that, you know, cruised ahead. And so by the end of the first day we had 3, 4, 5 emails are like, I'm not sure if you guys know this, but Chris is freaking the F out in module four. You guys might want to do something about it.
Some people who had, they thought it was people who, they had like been in our world for a long time so they like thought it was funny, but we did not. So we were dying.
So we had to quickly take the course offline.
And people are going in, logging in.
Like, wait, where'd the course go? We had to edit it out, re upload it. Like the whole thing was a mess. Now what was my lesson from that? Number one, don't throw fits. Number two, no matter how hard you try and no matter how good your team is, you're going to make mistakes. And you have to be able to have a sense of humor. When you do, you have to let the wave of embarrassment and anger just kind of flow through you. You can't overreact. You just have to fix it right away in the moment the best that you can.
Yeah.
And I mean your whole body kind.
Of takes over and it feels like a trauma response. Truly.
And I remember like it was Like.
A week straight where you were sick to your stomach. Just like, we don't know who saw it. We don't know what people are thinking.
Like, yeah, how many people saw it and didn't email?
I don't know. And this was a little bit of a time before, like, people were outwardly being themselves, like, really coming out with their personalities. And so it was like, you know, Chris online and then Chris throwing a fit.
So it was like just two different personalities.
Oh, my God.
You know what it reminds me of?
It reminds me of that quote, sooner or later, you're going to get caught being yourself, so you might as well be yourself now.
Well, I might as well do nothing but crisp. It's in public.
That's why the Audacity Challenge is good for me. I'm like, I just can say whatever I want. And it feels better to be caught being myself so that I'm not caught being myself.
A little Miss Be yourself. What is one of your big F ups that happen in business?
I have so many, and I actually have one that I will never share. It was so bad. Like, eventually, you know which one. But, like, I can't even. I can't even talk about it. Like, literally, it's bad. But, you know, obviously I have a podcast. You're listening to it. I was interviewing someone I was so excited about. I got to finally interview Boss Babe. Boss Babe, the founders of Boss Babe, when it was Natalie and Danielle of Boss Babe. And Natalie is my business partner now, and I am interviewing her.
I gotta clarify, but you didn't know.
Him very well back then.
No, I did not know.
Just met him, like, hardly at all.
I had met her once, like, hung out with her a couple times. Like, but, you know, at different dinner things.
Yeah.
And you guys have to understand, they've always been, like, partners. Like, they're always together. Like, it's Natalie and Danielle. So my brain just pictures both of them together all the time. So while I'm interviewing, I have a realization at the end of my podcast that I have been calling her by the wrong name the entire podcast. And she didn't tell me.
You were calling Natalie Danielle?
Yes.
A full podcast. And she never spoke up?
No.
Oh, my God.
And I was like, did I just call you that? Like, through the whole thing? And she was like, yeah, it's fine because we're partners and it happens all the time. I was like, that doesn't happen all the time. I was like, I feel like such an asshole.
I feel like I need to frame this better I want you guys to picture, like, if you have a podcast, your biggest get. You're, like, so excited to. To meet this person. You're so excited to get to know these people. And you're like, oh, my God, I can't believe they're going to be on. My podcast is going to be great. And you get all sorts of downloads, and, you know, this is really going to help the show. And you're all excited. You prepare all your questions, you put a lot of effort into it, and then you spend an hour calling them the wrong effing name.
It was.
That is hard to live down a nightmare.
And then I had to tell my.
Editors, oh, you know, could you go try to edit out whenever I would.
Say the wrong name because I called her the wrong.
Supposed to be. It's like silent. It's like, so tell me, Hank, what. What was the time that you. Blah, blah, blah.
I'm just, like, dying. I was like, what was she thinking the whole time while I was asking her questions like, you, babe.
I've got one more. Because we're on the topic of podcasts and asking editors to edit things out. Oh, I know this here's another major blooper mistake as well. And, guys, we're sharing this because it's going to happen, so we want to normalize the mistakes, and then we're going to share, like, what you do when they happen. But, you know, when I released my podcast a thousand and some episodes ago, I was brand new, and everyone's brand new at some point at something. Now I. Despite owning a tech company today, I'm not very technologically inclined. It's just never been my thing. And so we had this great big podcast studio set up at our home in Santa Monica and had this great big mixing board. And I was new to podcasting, and I said, hey, what do I do if I have to, like, cough or something? And my brother, who had set it all up, said, oh, no problem. This button here, you press this and this right here. You just pull this down and you can talk whatever you want, say whatever you want, and no one's going to hear. The person on the other end is not going to hear. So I'm like, okay, good. Well, when you. I don't know if you guys know this or not. When you launch a podcast, the best practice is to record eight incredible episodes before you launch so that you can launch with four episodes published right away for people to listen to and fast follow ons immediately after that. It's one of the ways to boost the numbers of downloads and get on the new and noteworthy and all that stuff.
Like your strongest guest.
Your strongest guest. So I arranged the strongest guests that I could get my hands on for my first eight episodes. That means I'm interviewing these people that I look up to. Brand new interviewer, right? So I. You prepare all the questions. I put my all into this. It's gonna be great. And unfortunately, when I schedule them to do the eight interviews, I had gotten a cold and like not a little cold, like a big cold. And so I'm like, okay, no big deal. If I have to cough or if I clear my throat or something, I'm just gonna pull this little sound thing down and push it back up and no one will ever know. So through the first maybe six of eight episodes, I would be interviewing them and all of a sudden I'd have to clear my throat. And so I pulled a little sound thing down, I'd go and then push it back up. And I think I'm in the clear. Because good news, the person on the other end isn't hearing me. So they're not reacting because I'm pulling the sound to them down. But not on the recording, because you're recording two different sounds and putting them together on a podcast or you do an interview. So I look at them on zoom. They're not reacting. I'm like, woo hoo, this is working. And I clear my throat and I clear my throat and I clear my over it. Like hacking up a lung. Disgusting sounds. You all. They're talking and so I get through this. My Gabe. I'm so proud. I had a cold. It didn't stop me. I got through this. Every time I clear my throat, I just muted it. So we ship off the eight episodes to our podcast producers. I'm all proud of them. And a couple of days later they send back and they're like, are you joking? Like, what would you do? Like, is this. This is it? I'm like, what are you talking about? They're like in every single episode, 8, 9, 10, 15 times you go while the other person is answering, like, what are we supposed to do? And I was devastated. Devastated.
Now I were devastated.
You know, your first eight trying to make your probably through a Christian.
You were so hard to deal with. I was like, this is a disaster for my life.
But you know, you want to make the best first impression possible. I'm like, I can't go back to these eight big names and ask them to rerecord. No, not going to happen. So I asked the editors, I'm like, fix it. I don't care how you fix it. I don't care if the sound just goes mute. I don't care if you splice it out. So if you go back and listen to my first eight, six or eight episodes, you can. If you listen closely, you can hear where the person's talking, and then maybe the words don't match up because they had a splice out, you know, three seconds or where the person's talking, but it just kind of goes mute. You can go back, you could find the edits where they had to clear out. My throat clearing as best as they could and done was better than perfect. What I learned from that one, sometimes you just have to move forward and you don't have perfect options. And I think in business, this is where people go wrong. Like, oh, well, what is my good option and my bad option? I'm going to choose my good option. And that's not how business goes. A lot of times it's, ooh, I kind of have two not very good options. But you have to move forward with the less bad option. Does that make sense? And that's what I had to do to launch my podcast. And yet you still survive. We're sharing these stories because you have to understand you still survive, but you can't survive if you don't have people to go to. That will kick you back in the game. That will tell you how to fix it. That will say, hey, don't worry, I made this mistake once before. Here's what I did. Don't worry, I made this mistake once before and I survived it. I think that's the most important thing is you got to have peers and you have to have mentors that say, don't worry, I've done something like that before and I survived it. You're going to be okay, too.
Yeah, that's been my biggest learning from hanging out with entrepreneurs, especially, like, big people who I look up to is.
That they share all of that.
And it makes me feel so much better. And when you feel alone in it, you're like, I'm such an idiot. How did I let this happen? Oh, my God, is it me? Is it my team? Is it. It's being a human. And it really is about your comeback rate. Like, how fast can you come back from your failures? The best athletes, they say they don't have a memory.
Like, they.
They don't remember the bad plays. And while we can laugh at it now, truly, when things happen like that, I'm like, my. My mantra is, well, what's next?
Yep.
Well, what's next? Because I can't sit here. It's making me feel sick, and there's nothing I can do.
If there's nothing more I can do.
About it, then, like, what's next? What do I have to focus on?
And this is why we put together the mentor collective masterminds, because these mistakes tend to happen, you know, throughout your entire career, but so much more so when you're just getting started, when you're making your first a hundred grand, two hundred grand, three, four, five hundred grand, right? Because you're kind of newer at things. And so this is why we have the life coaches in there for you to turn to life and business coaches. This is why we have the marketing coach to turn to when you screw up your marketing. This is why we have the sales coach to turn to when you screw up your sales. This is why we have the tech coach to turn to when you screw up on your tech, right? We have a coach for every single business discipline that you could possibly need. A heck, we even have an attorney, a small business attorney, a legal coach in there so that when you get yourself in legal little mix haps, you know, you got someone to turn to in there as well. And that's why we put together mentor collectives, because not everyone has the resources or the network that we had when we were getting started. And this gives you mentors, right, Laurie and I and the coaches to turn to. And it gives you peers, people that are kind of at the same place as you, maybe a step or two ahead to be able to say, don't worry, I did that too. Or, don't worry, I know how to fix this. Or don't worry, this happened to me the other day. And people that understand your struggle, it is the best.
Like, I wish I would have had this. And we created what we wish we had. And it's.
It's like our favorite calls to do.
They're so fun.
Oh, God, we get off them and we are on a high. So listen, if you guys want a live call where your business questions are answered every single week, if you want coaches sharing their expertise with you on the in between weeks, if you want on demand coaching from every type of business coach, you could want complimentary once you're in the program and so much more. Matter of fact, here's the coolest new thing we're adding to it. Weekly accountability coaches. Somebody to check in on you and say, hey, last week you said you were Going to do X, Y and Z. Did you do it? Oh, you didn't? Why not? What's your commitment this week? Oh, maybe you need to meet this person. Maybe I need to point you that direction. You know, when people shift from, like, a job to entrepreneurship, the biggest thing they struggle with is holding themselves accountable.
I know. They don't have a boss anymore.
Well, we fixed that with this program. But there's only going to be a spot for about 30 of you. So go to right now that this episode is done. I'm not kidding. Get your tail on that wait list. It's going to be your only shot to get a spot. Go to Chrisharder Me Forward slash waitlist. Again, that is Chrisharder Me forward slash waitlist. And that'll get you on the waitlist.
We're so grateful for you guys and.
We will see you next week.
Bye, everyone.
And we're back with another episode of.
He Said, she Said.
And I'm back from freaking Europe. Like a trip of a lifetime. A brother's trip of a lifetime. I didn't just have a weekend. I had a week at eight days in Italy with my brother doing all of my dream things. So if you guys don't know, we've got a dear friend, Rob Murchoy, like, lifelong friend. And he is the master at curating experiences, especially in Europe. It's what he was born to do. And a lot of Lori's and my best experiences in our life have come have been born out of his creative, you know, imagination and out of his contacts. He's the most connected guy I've ever met. Well, anyways, Nick and I went on a trip because it was very guys themed. It was. I told Rob once, I said, listen, I want a trip that's nothing but staying in castles and driving cars through, like, epic cars through Italy. I want to visit Ferrari headquarters. I want to visit other, you know, Italian car makers. And I just want to have, like, the week of my life. So he put it together and it was the best thing ever. And making memories with your brother is the best thing you can ever take some time out to do because we'll never forget these.
And for some context for Rob, he, you know, lived in the US but spent so many summers for, you know, 20 years in some parts of Europe.
Different parts of Europe, and now he.
Lives in Florence, Italy. And so this man, you can't drop him in a room without everybody falling in love with him and, like, becoming best friends with them. So he is the person to curate experiences I actually want to get into some of the things that he curated for you guys because not only do I want people just to listen to this podcast because I think it's so fun to learn about other places and the experiences that you have when you travel, but getting outside of your perspective has been one of the biggest gifts that has happened to us. From getting in rooms where you're uncomfortable, from traveling to places that you don't know about, from seeing things outside of.
Your little bubble is life changing for your business. It's also life changing for your relationships.
Like, I actually couldn't wait for Chris to go on this trip and come home and tell me all the stories.
And tell me what's different and go.
Wait for me to leave.
No, I really actually missed you quite a bit. But I think it's so important for everything that you're doing to get outside of your bubble. So what were some of the things that happened on the trip that for you really, like, impacted?
So aside from like making all the memories and having the incredible experiences, the first thing is this. A lot of times we're afraid to leave our businesses. I mean, this is the most busy I've ever been in my life. So we're afraid that if somehow we leave, that somehow, you know, your businesses stop. But if you've built your businesses correctly, for example, my co founder fellow Matt was back here making things happen. Our fellow team was back here making really cool things happen. We landed a new fellow investor while I was gone. By the way, we're taking a few more investors for furlough if you guys are interested. So, you know, reach out and DM me if you're an accredited investor about that. But you know, we found a new investor while I was gone. The bus kept rolling down the road just fine. And I think that's the first lesson is now listen, if you don't have the infrastructure in place, yeah, the wheels might fall off your bus if you leave for too long. But if you strive to put the infrastructure in place and have the right team members, then everything keeps going just fine, if not better without you in the way sometimes. So that was my first big takeaway is I'm less panicked about being away for small stints of time. And this was proof that when you put the right people and the right processes in, then you can step away. And it's kind of that freedom that entrepreneurs have always been looking for. Listen, I've been grinding working two full time jobs for years now. Like, you guys actually have no clue how much it is. And so to be able to step away for eight days for something this wonderful and come back and have things, the ball move down the field even more, it's priceless.
Okay, so the power of being able to know that you can step away, like just feeling okay about it. Did you have a little anxiety in the beginning?
I absolutely did. And guilt. I had anxiety and I had guilt. But I trusted the process that I had the right people in place. And I spoke about my guilt and anxiety. Like I told Matt, hey man, listen, I feel really guilty that I'm going away for a week. He's like, that's asinine. He goes, that's completely unhealthy. I got this. Which is a joke, right? Because Matt built a multi hundred million dollar company and I'm worried about going away for a week. You know, he's like, this is small potatoes to me. I've got this. And yeah, there's guilt and there is fear when you step away from something that is moving so quickly. But what is life if you can't? And I think that's part of the lesson. And that's by the way, when you go to Europe and this is what Rob, our friend that we told you about, promotes. They live life very differently over here. We get so swept up in I've got to keep working, I've got to keep working, I've got to keep working over there. They live a beautiful life without making work 100% of their life. And I'm over there at least once a year, sometimes twice a year, and I come back with the most healthy reminder. It's like I need that manual reset to stop and enjoy the coffee. Things are going to be okay. To go sit at the beach for a while. Things are going to be okay. To take that car trip for a half a day down the winding roads. Things are going to be okay. And if I'm not torn out of the momentum that I am experiencing here and reminded of that, I don't know where I'll end up.
Oh my God, that is so true. It's so easy to get caught up in the belief that stress and anxiety are serving you and they're actually taking away okay.
Taking a moment for a rich girl tip for you. If you're somewhere between 500k and a million and trying to scale beyond that and feeling weirdly stuck right now, I'm going to tell you something that no one in your circle is going to ever tell you. You're not stuck. You're just surrounded by people who can't take you where you want to go. So we need to be honest. You've outgrown your current circle. You've outgrown the rooms that you're in. And probably a whole lot of the advice that you have been getting is only going to have you regress or keep you stuck exactly where you are. So rich girl rule number one, Proximity is a power move, you guys. You can't scale from asking people who haven't built what you want. And number two, if you're the one mentoring everyone, you're in the wrong room. So trust me, Chris and I have learned this the very expensive way. I have to tell you, this is gonna hurt. We once paid 75k each for a mastermind where we were the most successful people in the room. Cute for our ego, terrible for our business and our pocketbooks.
That was one of the most expensive.
Expensive lessons we've ever had to learn. No one was stretching us. No one had the answers that we really needed to scale. No one was playing much bigger than us. And we will never do that again. You guys. Everything changed when we finally got into the spaces where people talked. Investments, systems, scale and hiring like CEOs, not just hustling more rooms where conversations literally collapse. Timelines, you gu guys. And that's why we created the Elite Entrepreneur Mastermind. It is two, three and a half day luxury in person retreats with incredible experiences and it's monthly challenge solving calls, it's direct access to Chris and myself. It's a curated high level network where money moves faster because everyone is thinking so much bigger. Thinking big and making millions of dollars is the baseline in this room. So if you're ready for that type of room that finally matches your ambition. If you're done being the big thinker and pouring into everyone in your space and not getting poured into, just go to Instagram and DM me the word apply. Or you can go to show notes and you can click on the link below that says Elite Entrepreneur Mastermind. I will send you all of the details and from there we can book a call if you have more questions. You guys, don't forget about rule number three is to not wait for your circle to elevate you get in the room that literally upgrades your entire identity. And we also have the mentor collective Mastermind if you have not hit over 500k yet. So go and check that out. And I am so excited to spend time with you in these incredible in person rooms next year.
And sometimes you have to get so far outside of what you're doing in order to remember that. And Europe kind of does that.
It rips you out from right down.
To the start of the time zones.
Like, you're just so out of it at first that you're kind of like.
You have to surrender. And that beginning of surrender kind of like opens up, you know, so many things and opens up the trip.
Yeah. You know, I've got another example of like surrendering and good things happening, not just for me. So one of the people on the trip is an incredible chef and friend that we've worked with in the past, Lisa Hines, and she had filmed a pilot for a cooking show. Now listen, when you film a pilot for a show, guys, the chances of you getting a season are slim to none. Let's just be real. They really are. Even though you might have a great production team and it's like, no, this is really going to be popular. It's really going to go somewhere. Listen, I know a lot of people that filmed a lot of pilots, let's say 19 out of 20 of them. No, that's not even fair. 49 out of 50 of them don't go anywhere. And so, you know, she had a lot of hopes on this. She, she was really excited about it and she got there and she was speaking it into existence the whole trip. You know, day one, telling us about it. Day two, telling us about day three, gosh, I hope it happens. Day four, you know, telling us about it. And at lunch on the last day of the trip, she opened up her email and there it was, an email that she got. A 10 episode season.
That is so cool.
I mean, we all just lost it, celebrated. It was incredible. A 10 episode season just by, you know, doing the work and speaking it into existence and then letting go and going on the trip and saying, well, what will happen will happen. And I just thought it was so cool that it was at lunch on the very last day, after she had spoken about it all week long, hoping it would happen.
Wow. That is literally always how it goes. I love that. I love that for her.
She's so great.
She actually was the chef for my women's dinner that I recently did that I was telling you guys about. Okay, so I want some other things because I know whenever I go to Europe, I'm like, I always get these little takeaways of how they live or something, you know, in history that like really kind of moved me. Is there anything throughout the week that.
You just like learned or kind of shared shifted you during?
Absolutely. So, you know, if you guys know me, you know I'm a car enthusiast and a Ferrari enthusiast. And for the first time in my life, I got to go to Ferrari headquarters there and in Modena, and we got a private tour. And it was incredible. Like, I just felt like I was on these magical grounds. And they tell the story of Enzo Ferrari that of course founded it.
Yep.
And to watch this man's dream turn into a lifelong legacy, that little boys and some little girls grow up just hoping one day they could see one of these things, much less own one of these things, is remarkable and inspiring. And when you learn about the story, the number of times he was almost bankrupt, the number of times that he almost did deals where he would have been a part of Ford Motor Company and he must be out instead. And that was his lifeline until he could take the ownership of Ferrari back. Like the number of stories that aren't told or aren't known where the company almost did not exist along the way. You know, you look at Ferrari today like, wow, amazing. They churn out all these half a million dollar, million dollar cars and everybody wants one. And they have a waiting list a million years long. And matter of fact, if you walk into a Ferrari dealership, most of you don't know this. You can't just go buy a new one. They won't sell you a new one. You have to start with a used one. You have to work your way up at the dealership and create what's called Ferrari heritage. And then they start allowing you to. Okay, you can buy this one next. Okay, you can buy that one next. Imagine that.
Crazy.
Imagine that.
That's like a Birkin, right?
It's like a Birkin.
You have to get invited to buy one.
Yep, same thing or something like that. Same thing. But I'll tell you, a company that's doing that well today almost didn't exist at least five different times by like a thumbnail worth of margin of error.

And so it's a great reminder that when things aren't going your way or when you're forced in a big pivot, or when you have to take that deal you don't want to take, but it keeps you alive when you have to risk it all, every last penny that you have, and be like, well, I'm eating bread for the next few months and let's see if this pans out or not. Yep, it works out, and it's worth it. I've got another story about it, too. So we got a private tour of the Pagani factory. Now, most of you guys probably know what Ferrari is.
I bet a lot of you don't.
Know what Pagani is. No, Pagani looks like an F1 race car, basically, but it's a street legal car. And they churn out about 25 of them a year. They start at two and a half million dollars, but most are three and a half to four million.
Beverly Hills.
Yes. Yep. I saw one in Newport here the other day, too. And so picture cars. Two and a half to four million bucks. Handmade. Incredible. You see it coming, you hear it coming.
And there aren't very many of them in the world.
Like I said, they churn out about 25 a year. Well, we got a private tour of the factory, which is remarkable. And that car company only exists because Mr. Pagani, the founder of Pagani, had a dream job at Lamborghini, the job that everybody coveted. Everybody would want his job if you're in the automobile business. And he wanted to work with experimental materials for bodies of cars, and Lamborghini wouldn't let him. And he brought them that experimental materials that he Created, improved on his own time and said, look, we can have better vehicles. Now, imagine saying that to Lamborghini, right? We can have better vehicles than what we're already doing. Which, by the way, Lamborghini is built right there, too. It's Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Pagani. They're all built in the same valley. They call it the Valley of cars and food. It's amazing. Wow. Yep. Right there in Modena, in that whole valley. So finally, remember, he has a dream job. They say, I'm sorry, we're not going to let you use these materials and experiment with these materials. He says, all right, then I'm gonna go do it on my own. And they laughed at him. They said, what do you mean you're gonna leave? The absolute dream job that everybody in the world. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Yeah.
So he bought from Lamborghini. He walked out the door.
Yeah.
Bought from them this huge machine that they had that they weren't using. I don't know what the machine is called, but it was what allowed him to create these experimental body materials.
Okay.
He bought it with every last penny he could possibly scratch up from friends, families, borrowing everything. And sure enough, he built his first body of a Pagani, handmade from scratch. And somebody bought it. And then he bought it and built another one. And then he expanded, and then someone built. You know, he built another one. Somebody. And before you know it, he had left his dream job at one of the world's most iconic car companies and created. This is very recent. It's only 25 years ago. Another iconic car company. By taking the risk and being willing to burn it all down and walking away from good. And there's a great message there, guys. How many of you. How many of us are trapped in good? He had a dream job at a dream company with lots of respect and a great income. He could have stayed there and just said, oh, well, I had this thing that I wanted to do, but they wouldn't let me in. I couldn't walk away from this good situation. But now he's one of the most famous car makers in the whole wide world and will be in history.
Wow. So is that the most expensive car?
Pagani and Bugatti, Okay.
Yeah.
They kind of go neck and neck, but, yeah, he's building the most expensive car in the world for all intents and purpose, and only because he was willing to walk away from good. Matter of fact, from really good. So how many of you are trapped in good? How Many of you trapped or are trapped in really good, whether it's a job, a relationship, a neighborhood, a situation. How many of you aren't willing to invest your money in something because, well, I've got a good amount and I don't want to risk it? How many of you aren't willing to like, walk out of that job or shut down that business to go do the one that you know is better because maybe people would judge you for like, oh, that's so dumb. I remember when people told us, Lori, when we walked away from things like, that's so dumb. How could you walk away from that? That's so much money. How could as secure. How could you walk away from that? Because we wanted something fucking great.
Yeah.
And that's what these people did.
Okay, so I know you also had an experience where you were surprised by Rob and his team, and they had set up a bunch of telescopes to look at all of the planets and talk about the galaxies, etc. I want to know, did that make you feel like, what was that like? Just to think of how expansive, huge and endless those things are. Tell us a little bit about that experience.
Really cool. We went out to the. This dark hill, if you will, in the hills of Umbria, and there's this, you know, beautiful setting all set up for everybody with, with drinks and everything. And then there's these massive telescopes up on this hill that were brought in just for this. And the gentleman that brought him in, he works very high up for European Space Force, and his job is to watch all the European satellites and watch out for other spy satellites and attack satellites. Apparently this goes on every day, all the time. It's like Russia or China will move their satellites in and try and ruin. Or they'll try and steal data. They move their satellite, one of ours or one of theirs, and they try to steal the data that's being transmitted. And so it's this giant game in the skies that's going on while we're all just living our life down here of cat and mouse with satellites like satellite wars, he said. So we're sitting there looking at Saturn through these telescopes and the rings of Saturn, which is amazing. We're looking at the moon and the craters in great detail on the moon. We're looking at stars that you can't see with your naked eye. And then all of a sudden, here, close in the satellites, and it was just awe inspiring to realize that there's so much more going on out there that you don't know about. That is out of your control. And so for you, control freaks out there, you think that you've got control down. You're like, well, if I cling on to this, I'm going to be okay. If I keep doing that, I'm going to be okay. If I keep toughing this out or if I'm a, you know, hard working person, I'm going to be. Guys, there's so much going on. And by the way, this isn't depressing, but there's so much going on where you're not going to be okay if it doesn't work out. That's out of our control that you should just stop taking life so seriously. Here's what you should do. Simplify your life to what is your dream? Pursue it with a passion. What makes you feel good. Make sure you're doing those things while pursuing your dream. And who do you want to make memories with and carve out intentional time to do that? You do those three things and the rest is out of your control and you're going to have a good life.
Okay, so the dichotomy of Europe for me is so interesting because it's like people who risked everything to make their big dream happen. And then it's also this culture of like, relax, just be present, enjoy your life. It's the little things. How did you feel coming back? Did you feel both of those things? Like, I know that we're a bit of a different breed, you guys, so I fully understand that Chris and I are both, you know, huge dreamers who typically want to risk it all to go big. But how did you feel being over there? Does it make you want to just like get your dream out but not be so attached to it?
I realized I want to spend a lot more time in life looking at beautiful things at a beautiful pace with beautiful people that I care about. To earn that, you have to be able to put yourself into position where you don't ever have to work again. And all the people you care about are taken care of, right? True freedom. So I came back with a sense of urgency. Let's hurry up and finish building this company. Let's hurry up and sell that company. Let's hurry up and do these things. Pedal to the metal so that I can have more of my life left to spend time over there exploring, being with people that I care about, seeing the world, seeing thousand or two thousand year old pieces of art and really realizing what we were put here to do. And that is experience.
I love that.
Is there anything else you want to Share about your trip.
That was a lot, guys. I mean, listen, at the end of the day, what you make a priority will happen. I didn't have time for this trip. It was not conveniently placed. I almost didn't go 10 different times. And now I can't imagine not going. And why did it happen? Because I put it on the calendar. I put the money down and I was forced to go. And it was one of the most beautiful things ever. There's a lesson for you guys. Put it on the calendar, put the money down, and trust the process. You'll be really freaking happy you did when it's all over, regardless of how you feel in the moment.
I just wanna.
I wanna point something out too, for.
You know, I had a lot of people to be like, why in the world are you not on this trip?
Oh, my God, it's amazing.
Yeah, but you got a lot of that.
I got a lot of it. And I. Last year when we were planning the trip, on the other trip that we.
Were on in Italy, I knew that.
This year for me, I just want to root down. Like, that's all I want.
I want to be building community here.
I don't feel like traveling right now at all.
Like, I don't even feel like taking a 45 minute flight to Phoenix, even though I really want to see my family. But, like, that's how much I just actually want to be rooted. Because through our 30s, we traveled so much. We traveled minimum, twice a month, minimum, sometimes, sometimes way more than that. And I am just in a phase where all I want is community and.
I want to be rooted.
I want to be in my home and I want to be building glossy. I want to be building our masterminds. I want to feel really solid in what I'm doing, in my life's purpose. And so I knew last year I was like, nope, babe, I know you, like, you really wanted me to go. And I was like, I literally can't do it.
And so for anybody who has a.
Partner who like really wants to.
To travel, or you really want to travel, but your partner doesn't feel as passionate, like, let them go on their own, let them go experience life like that on their own. And I'm telling you, it actually makes us so much better.
Yeah.
Because when he comes back, he has so much to report. And when he comes back, I have so much to report because I kind of view the weeks that he's gone. I'm like, okay, I'm going to make magic happen back here. So when he Comes back. I also have some really fun updates for him and I did, like, we both had such amazing updates that it was so fun and I really missed him. And so that also makes it great with the travel. So I just want to say, if you're, like feeling a little divided in some spots in your partnerships, like, let that be okay and let them have something of their own once in a while to go and do.
I love that. It's. I think the message there is stand loudly for your truth of the moment.
Yep.
And then everything else will work itself out.
Totally. And we've absolutely been like, you know, had times where it's like, this is really important for me if you go.
And of course that's very different.
But that wasn't the case with this, so.
Well, it created such a gift. I got to go and spend eight days making priceless memories with my brother and I never got to do it before. He's been on trips with us, but not just the two of us.
Right.
And that was a different energy. All right, well, guys, that's our trip in a nutshell. Get you out there, explore the world, see amazing things, and we will talk to you soon.
Bye, everyone.
And we're back with another episode of.
He Said, she Said.
I know we're going to talk about how to build a good program in case anybody out there, like has a program that they want to build to help other people. But before we do that, you've been building what you wish existed lately in the form of these dinners. And you got one tonight. Tell me about it.
I do. This one was actually the brainchild of our friend Natasha who does the School of Bots.
School of Bots.
And so I had put on another dinner at my house and she was talking about wanting to get a bunch of really high level women together. And I was like, I would love to offer you my home and you can kind of do whatever you want here. So we've just put together an amazing dinner where we're going to pretty much just hang out, but we are going to facilitate it so that we can all talk about what we're excited about, what we need. And this one is a little more casual than my last one, which I'm also excited about because I want to try on all of these different ways of doing this where it's not like a full sit down dinner, but this one is more like appetizers, mocktails, cocktails, hanging out, a little bit of facilitation, and really just getting to know each other.
That's really cool. You know, it's interesting because we went to a dinner the other night at, well, a billionaire's home. And I don't want to name who that. It's, like, weird or tacky. And also don't want to, like, share their privacy, you know, I mean, but it was just you and me and them, and it was a really neat dinner. And the thing that surprised me, well, two things. One, you host these dinners like this in order to meet more people and network. They invited us over because we had met once in a group setting, but didn't get a chance to really connect so that we could kind of get to know each other more and network, if you will. You know, we both live in the same neighborhood, roughly, et cetera. They're. They're in a little bit more expensive end down there. But nonetheless, getting together to break bread is the best way or one of the best ways to really get to know people. But. But here's what leads into what we're talking about today. Here's what kind of teed up what we're talking about today. So we're sitting there with this billionaire couple. They are a legit billionaire couple, so no need for extra money, but they love impact. Like, he is a storyteller and a mentor, if there has ever been. I wish you could have heard the stories on how he, like, put on these huge programs for, like, his kids and all the neighborhood kids and all these other things. Anyhow, they started asking us, like, hey, we see you do these masterminds, and we see you talk about them online. It looks like something we would want to do because it looks like the perfect format for kind of giving back and teaching and making a difference and still feeling like you're meeting people and being involved. But we really don't know even how to put one of these on. And they asked us to kind of break down, like, how would you put it on? Where do you start? How do you get people to join them? What's important in one? And so I thought that'd be a really cool topic that we would share today. Because whether you're somebody who's looking to start some kind of mastermind in order to just be around better people, or if you're looking to start a mastermind as a revenue source, or if you're looking to start a mastermind because you kind of feel like a gap in giving back, and you're like these billionaires and you want to be able to give back or mentor more, we're going to kind of Share what we think goes into a really good infrastructure of one by kind of demonstrating our Mentor Collective Mastermind that we released about six months ago so that you can start to get an idea and ideate on what's important and what's not if you're going to build a program.
And also straight up, we would love for you to join the Mentor Collective Mastermind. So we really want to just talk all about that program. And like Chris said, the best way to learn, if you want to do.
It, is to learn by being in it.
By being in it. So that's what you and I have done for years and years. And I think that is what sets us apart, is that we have been a part of Masterminds for so long that when people go, oh, I've been to some bad masterminds, I'm like, yeah, I actually know some of those people have never been to a Mastermind before. And so you have to go and be at Chris. We did this for like six years, eight years. I don't know. We've been a part of a mastermind since I can remember whether it was a formal mastermind with 20 to 40 people or whether it was something that we put together with. With four to 12 people. You know, we've done this so many times.
And you.
And I love feedback. Actually, that's something I really admire about you. Like, you ask for feedback way more than me and you're like, tell it to me straight.
What did you like about this?
What didn't you like about this? And I'm always like, okay, brace yourself. But it's the best. It's the best thing ever. And it's only helped us get better.
It's interesting. That's going to be one of the features I talk about in the eventual Collective Mastermind or when you're building a good mastermind. And that's how we had to, like, set up a whole nother layer of accountability for this next round, because we got feedback that at the end of the day, no matter how hard people want to perform, they still don't show up for themselves. But if they had someone babysitting every week, then the people who wouldn't normally show up maybe would show up a little bit more.
Right.
So I'll get to that in a moment. So Mentor, Collect, Mastermind, if you don't know what it is, just so you can get an idea of the context, this is the one that we host online. For any businesses that are earning $500,000 or less, this is a revenue of $500,000 or less. And so it's a lot of 100, 200, 300, you know, $400,000 type of businesses, a handful of 50,000 type of, you know, a year type of businesses and all walks of life. Because the format, the way we do it, it really fits almost any kind. We have brick and mortars, we have supplement companies, we have coaches, we have podcasters, you know, you name it. Every kind of business is in there. And so the first thing that we thought was important was access. But this is important when you're building out a program, you guys, not so much access that you start to resent the program. So what's that sweet spot? When you're building a program, how do you make sure that there's lots of access and that people are getting what they need, but you're not burning yourself out? Now, everyone has different schedules and different workloads. But in our case, we knew that we couldn't be the absolute main point of contact. We had to be just half of the program. But we still knew that we wanted other people to be able to fill that other half for us in terms of value on demand. So we went out and we hired coaches in every single business expertise. I mean, sales, marketing, legal, tech, you name it. And we hired them to be coaches in the mastermind. And then we said, well, what's the best format so that people can get what they need, when they need it? And we called it Answers on Demand. And we said, here's. It's very easy. We use the program Circle. It's a software, and you go into the appropriate circle room. So if you have a tech question, you go into tech room. If you have a health and fitness question, you go in health and fitness room. If you got a sales question, you go in a sales room and you put your question there. And within 24 business hours, your question gets answered by that coach who's an expert in the area. So here's why I like this feature. And remember, when you're thinking about building something out yourself, this is very important.
2026 is the year that you launch your business. It's the year that you've become the boss. You become the leader. That idea that you have that has been eating at you forever that just will not leave you alone is going.

People don't want to wait a week to ask their question. They may need to be able to solve that problem by the tomorrow. And that's why we thought it was so important to be like, okay, let's organize it by expertise. You know who to ask the question of. Let's have an expert in there so we know that you'll get a good answer. And then let's have it answers on demand where you can count on getting that answer within 24 business hours. So you can, you know that you're going to get value to move forward. So that was the first thing that we thought was really important in a program and that you might want to consider in yours. It can look differently. Maybe you're the one in there answering the questions. We just knew that we didn't have the bandwidth and we didn't want people to have to wait for the questions. So that's why we hired all the expertise coaches. That's the first and one of the main features, answers on demand. But the second thing was we wanted to do a lot of teaching ourselves. So we said there's going to be a weekly call and on that call you're going to be able to ask questions about your specific business needs so that we can give perspective. Now we don't do every week's call. We do Every other week's call and the in between weeks are done by the coaches. It's the coolest thing ever. And so every second week, Lori and I spend 90 minutes to two hours hanging out with you on Zoom. And one by one by one, you guys ask your question. Now, here's the coolest part about it. A lot of these I noticed, are what would you do in this situation?
Type of questions.
So you get our perspective, and we go into detail on what we would do if we were you in that situation with your business. And the best part is you learn more than you ever expect to learn, because you're in there listening to everybody else's questions and you start to realize, oh, my God, this is awesome. I encountered the same thing, and I didn't know what to do, and I'm glad this other person asked about it. Or six months down the road, you encounter something, you say, oh, I remember when somebody asked this question of Chris and Lori, I remember what their answer was. Or you can go back and watch a recording, and now you know what to do. So you're always absorbing this knowledge, whether it's your question or somebody else's question. And it's like the fastest education that you can possibly get. And when we hang up, we're bouncing on Cloud nine. Like, that's our favorite thing is doing those questions.
That is my favorite part is getting to talk to everybody and learn their questions, learn their business, and get to know them every other week. You guys, we know people by names now, and we know their businesses, and we get to work with them for now six to 12 months. We literally get to be your business coaches every other week, along with all of the coaches in there. And I will say, chris, when I was building everything, like, really in the build, and when was I when I say really in the build? Like, eight years of trying to figure out entrepreneurship and having a lot of success and a whole lot of fails in there. Like, you have no idea how many failures. I can't imagine if I could have been talking to someone the whole time, to not have so many days where I was honestly sitting on my laptop so frustrated that I would just start crying. I feel like so many afternoons were totally written off because I just didn't know what to do. And I would sit there just feeling like I didn't know what the next steps were, where I should go with it. And I can't imagine being able to just go to the. You know, if it was a social media coach or something I was struggling with, like, Oh, I feel so overwhelmed. I have so many things I want to be doing. What's the first step I should be doing? If I would have had some direction throughout all of that, how much time and money that I would have saved?
Infinite.
And just feeling like such a failure all of the time. And I think that's the hardest part of especially solo entrepreneurship is you just feel like you suck so bad a lot of the time, and that makes your comeback rate slower. It just starts to make you start doubting yourself. And what happens in these calls and in these groups and with these coaches is they kick you back in the game and send you on the right direction. It's like, okay, let's go do this. And now with the accountability coaches, it's like, what are you supposed to be accountable to this week? Did you do it?
Why not?
And I think that is going to change the game.
So one of the coolest new features. I know that you're about to go into your favorite one, but I just want to touch on that quick because you brought up. So one of the feedback. You talked earlier about feedback and you said, you know, it's great that you're always ask when ask for it and listen to it. People are like, I signed up. I use it a lot at first, and then I find myself forgetting to go use it. And so, okay, how do we really hold them accountable? I know, let's have somebody literally assigned to them that checks in with them every week. What are your goals this week? And then did you hit them or not? What are your goals for next week? And they'll even go and tag the right coach, like, oh, you didn't get that done. That's because you need to talk to so and so coach. And they'll go tag that coach, like, hey, this is Carrie. You know, last week she wanted to do this with her social media. Didn't do it. Maybe you could help her out kind of a thing. And that's going to be the coolest new feature. And that's. That's what we're rolling out right now with this next batch. So that now you can't hide because you got somebody emailing you every week.
You won't be able to hide in a program that you paid a lot of money for. You guys, you want to have to feel so freaking uncomfortable that you're forced to show up. And I think one of the things that makes Chris and I the most sad is hearing people don't sign up because they are intimidated or they don't know what the program is like. So that's really why we wanted to come on here is to say you actually should feel intimidated by the programs you're joining so that it forces you to show up. You should feel like you cannot hide because then you're just wasting your money and you're wasting another year of your life. Like, don't do that to yourself. Sign up for the thing that scares you. Let it be okay that you come in scared. Everybody is because it's not normal to go and join something with a bunch of strangers and feel super vulnerable about your business. Especially if you're not in a place that you feel really great yet.
Like, that's why you join.
We expect you to feel this way. We don't expect you to be crushing it or super successful yet. So that's the game changing moment, is realizing you need to be in here, you're an action taker, you can do this and that's exactly how you're going.
To feel is a little intimidated.
And that's a good thing. So my favorite part of this program, actually one of my favorite parts for you guys, for your growth, for what I believe kind of catapults you if you decide to take advantage of. This piece of the program is called Teach Backs. What we've started doing is one week per month we get a few of you to teach back something that is in your zone of genius or a big lesson that you have learned, or something that has moved the needle forward to all of the students in Mentor Collective Mastermind Live. It is then recorded, it is then sent out. And you know, of course we vet what you're doing. So we make sure that you're going to do a great job. We make sure that you're totally prepared.
And you do have to submit it.
And get it approved so that we know that it is something that would be great for the whole group. But you guys, we've had so many.
Amazing teach backs where I like really.
Get to discover some of the students in there. Where I have with one, I, I've ended up working with one, I've gotten on the phone with other ones to kind of help me with my business. I'm like, you guys are insanely amazing. And so what that does is number one, it's discoverability for you and your business. Number two, it, it not only has you be a peer in the group, but it also has you be a leader in the group and people start to realize, whoa, this person is awesome. Or you might even get people hiring you in the group depending on what you do. It's such an opportunity to use our platform that Chris and I have invested in and grown with all of these incredible people and coaches. And you get to come in front of them and present and show what you're doing. And I've always, in everything that I've done, thought it was the most important thing to make your platform other people's platforms, because I believe that that is true leadership. So if you're listening to this more to figure out how to put on a great program, don't just allow yourself.
To be a leader.
Your program will excel when you not only get other leaders to help lead, but also when you use your platform and offer it to your students so that they can get an opportunity to truly get up on that platform and shine in front of everyone.
You know, you've done that all the way back to Bliss Project. You said this isn't my stages as our stage. And we also want to turn the spotlight on you and have you get a chance to speak, have you get a chance to teach, have you get a chance. And it's lifted up so many or sparked so many careers or help give people exposure because honestly, you should be learning from your peers and you should be teaching in front of your peers. It's one of the best places to get customers or collaborations or people say, oh my God, I didn't know you're so good at this. Why don't we do this program together and like, new businesses are born out of it and it's just a really cool feature. That feature is underrated, you know, I mean, like, that is a game changing feature anyways. We could go on and on. But the point is, when you build a program, look at the intentionality that we had put into this one. You have to do the same. You have to say, how do we make sure people feel seen? Right? So it can't just be a giant pool of people with very little attention. How do we make sure people get what they need within the reasonable time of them needing it? Right? So that's why we had to do the answers on demand and hire all the coaches. How do we make sure that the people putting on the program are also highly involved in it?
Right?
So that's why Lori and I spend, gosh, cumulatively four to five hours every two weeks like that. You know, I spend a couple hours. And then the other thing is, how do we connect everybody? A program without connecting you among your peers is only 50% of a program.
If you ask me.
The other 50% is the magic of you connecting with everyone else. But that doesn't happen on accident. We take the responsibility of saying, here's how we're going to create these very friendly collisions so that you collide with the people that you were meant to collide with. Now add on top of that the new feature of weekly accountability check ins.
It's a game changer.
Some you remember back when we did fast foundations. This is fast foundations on steroids with way more accessibility, way more features and way more timely answers and expertise. And it's just a great example of how programs evolve. Anyhow, we're going to open this up. At the time that you hear this, we have open cart.
There may or may not be seats.
Left because remember how we hire all these coaches? Well, we only allow a certain number of people in at a time when we open it. So we're always hiring the right number of coaches with the right number of members so that we have that right ratio. So we can't just let everybody in. So if you're interested in checking out either just to do reconnaissance and figure out what your program would be like or whether it is to literally be in there and learn and network and and be able to have us answer your questions, go over right now to Chrisharder me forward slash mentor and you can check it all out. Matter of fact, hell, just go there to learn how to do a good sales page because that's also something you can learn from. Go to Chrisharder me. That's me, Chrisharder me forward slash mentor.
Grab a spot.
Come learn from us. Come build community. See if you can get one of those limited seats that are in there. We would love to meet you and work with you.
We're so grateful for you guys. And we like. It's one of our favorite things that we get to do because we get to work with people who are action takers, who want to grow their business, who want to be spreading their message, who want a big life, a big career. And it's one of our. It's like, like it's a dream come true for him and I. So we would love to work with you over the next six to 12 months and go check it out and I hope I get to see your face soon.
All right, you guys, we will talk.
To you next week. Thanks, everybody.
Take care.
