How fast did you just grow your capacity because you made yourself think of something that you wouldn't have even thought of for another five years. This is the only difference between people who go fast and people who stay stuck. The size of their goals. Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the show. It's time for another quickie, because there's always time to fit in. Inspiration. And we just came off of two. Two events. And that was the dinner series on Thursday, which is a series of three dinners throughout the year. And I'm talking. These dinners are not. They're not just dinners. They're like full wedding. Like, full, glamorous wedding style. Amazing dinners with activations and incredible networking. It also includes a half day of learning from celebrity trainers, celebrity entrepreneurs. We always invite one into every event. And then Chris and I are up there teaching. We also break you out to get really accelerated advanced networking. So it's all about finding your people and finding your answers in the room while also having an incredible time. You get to get really dressed up. And I'm telling you, even the guys enjoyed it. I'm telling you. Like, most of them just, you know, maybe you'd think that people wouldn't want to dress up or go out of their way, but I feel like everybody really enjoyed the fact that it's like, we got dressed up for ourselves and each other, and there's just not places to do that anymore. And Chris and I decided if we're gonna want to elevate this year and help you all elevate as well, we're gonna have to ask a little more of you. We're gonna have to ask you to get a little more dressed up. We're gonna have to ask you to dress as your most successful self. So that is the reasoning behind that. And it was Worked. Like, it actually worked. I feel like we all showed up in our best light. So it was one of the most fun things that I have ever done. And then I had a day in between there to prep for girlfriends in business, which this was my favorite girlfriends in business of all time. In all honesty, these were my two favorite events. I think there were so many things that went into that. I think it was the style of events it was. But also just I have made some really big commitments and decisions on how I want to show up in these particular rooms. And I think that I used to show up, you know, subconsciously, like, worried about the day and making sure that it goes well and worried about making sure I say the right thing. And now I'm showing Up wanting to just have the best time ever with you guys and trust that I'm going to be given the right words and trust that all of the prep and the months of prepping for these is enough and just showing up wanting to be super present and have fun. And I think that that just shifted everything for me and the room because when that is the person who's running its intention, which that was Kris and I's intention, I think it allows everybody to feel that as well. So that's what I believe and know was felt. So then Girlfriends in Business was on Saturday and it just was incredible. And now today is Tuesday and I am doing a full personal brand rebrand. So I have a full brand photo shoot today. I think I have like 12 outfits, maybe more. And that's a lot you guys. Like this was a lot for me to prepare for in the midst of this. And did I mention that we are moving out of this house as well next week and we have a trip to Aspen in between for our really close friend's 40th birthday. So when I say that I have grown capacity beyond what I thought was possible. This is all happening in a 10 day Spanish. Yes, this is all happening in a 10 day span. Now of course we've been able to delegate some things and we did hire movers and my brother is also helping us with the move. But it is a lot to organize to figure out where things are going to go and what's going to the new house and getting rid of a ton of things like oh my gosh, it is really insane and awesome. But I wanted to share some of the takeaways from our dinner series event. And I specifically wanted to share from our speaker, Dean Graziosi who was there and he just dropped so many wisdom bombs it blew my mind. And I know this about him because we've been in rooms like this and he's spoken at other masterminds but this one I just feel like every sentence was something amazing. So I'm going to share a couple of the things that he said when talking about relationships and boundaries and saying no. I asked him how he's able to really do all the things that he wants and how he's learned how to have really clear boundaries and say no so that he can stay in his zone of genius and spend majority of his time with his family despite having one of the biggest businesses and busiest schedules. If you guys don't know, he's Tony Robbins business partner and he runs mastermind.com that in itself is crazy. He just had over a million people sign up on one of their programs and this happens every single year. Imagine managing all of that, not to mention what mastermind.com is. And he had said a quick no is better than unwinding a yes. It's going to take you less time and less energy and free you up to do what you actually want. And it made me think of how many times that we say yes to something and then later we're just energetically feeling so drained and misaligned and it eats at you all day long. Even if you don't realize you're thinking about it. Sometimes you're like, ah, I just feel like I know I have this thing that I have to do that I.
Don'T want to do, or I have.
This thing that I have to say no to even though I said yes. And then that feels so out of.
Integrity that you carry that with you.
So he's just learned how to say a quick no. And he said it to it doesn't matter who it is. It could be a really good friend, but if it takes away from the things that he wants, it's not going to be for him. And of course we have years of yes. Meaning, you know, if you're building your career, you're going to have to say yes to a lot of things you may not love having on your schedule, but you might have to figure it out and you might need to be omnipresent that year. But as your career grows and as you start to really know exactly what your zone of genius is and where you should be in your business, then a quick no is always going to be better than unwinding a yes.

Then he had talked about sometimes when we're in networking rooms or we're trying to grow our network, we can give with expectation. We can do things for people and be like oh, but they didn't return this favor. When are they going to do this thing for me? I can't believe I had them on my stage and they didn't have me on theirs. And he said, that's not how this is going to work and you're going to build your business. He said, what if every time you gave love you actually just felt love? That's how you felt love is every time you gave it. That is your version of feeling love. Like feel so loving and so grateful that you're able to do this for someone and really feel yourself just loving on that person and adding to them without the expectation of you getting it back. And there's something about that energy that is just going to turn you into a magnet. The next one was, he said, add a zero.
Whatever your goal is, just add a zero.
Because you're going to start putting in just as much effort as you would to that number that you have right now as you would if you added a zero. He said, yes, you'll have to be a different person, you'll have to talk to different people, you'll have to get different people involved in your business. But it takes the same amount of effort to do $100,000 launch as it does a million dollar launch. And I felt like, yes, this is true. And also I get it. There's a lot more things that you might feel you're expanding over, you're giving.
A lot more energy on.
But if you really think about the time and effort, you just need to be doing things like getting different people that you wouldn't have access to. So that's gonna take some effort, right? You're just going to have to be deciding what things you're going to be doing instead of the things that you would do for $100,000 launch. It's just a different set of things you're doing, but you're still doing the things. And then he talked about what's really at risk or what are you really having to do there. Meaning what is different between a hundred thousand dollar launch and a million dollar launch? And he said it's really just around the fear and the idea that you don't think that you can and really stepping into the person who believes that they could and even if they failed, it would be okay. It's like the risk is bigger in terms of you missing the mark more. But does that really ultimately matter if you're not actually losing a ton of money? And even if you are, how much further did you get to your goal and how many more lessons did you learn quickly by stretching that goal out and making it a bigger goal? How fast did you just grow your capacity because you made yourself think of something that you wouldn't have even thought of for another five years. This is the only difference between people who go fast and people who stay stuck. The size of their goals. So these were some major takeaways for me that really, really made me think. And I hope that these kind of just make you think, make you think bigger and impact you. But I'm so grateful for all of you. I would love to have you guys either at the next dinner series or Girlfriends and Business. And if you want to be at the next Girlfriends in Business. It's going to stretch you, but in the best way. So I'm sending you guys so much love and I hope to see you there. Bye, everyone.
