What If Delays and Obstacles Are Actually Your Protection ?

Welcome back to the show. It's time for another quickie, because there's always time to fit in inspiration. And this is, like, the first three days for me with my voice back. I. Fear of success, fear of failure, fear of, you know, not being accepted by people. So we are so incredibly similar. But I wanted to remind you today that redirection and obstacles are truly protection for you. And if we look at it like that, as long as we are taking consistent action, I want you to really think about all of the times in your life where something has been delayed or where something just was not working out, and you kept pushing and pushing and pushing, and all of a sudden, something even better came through. So, you know, I believe it's from A Course in Miracles, but the phrase this or Something better. That is the phrase that I have used more than any other phrase, I think, in the past 10 years than I've used out of anything. Because it is the phrase that keeps reminding me that it's true. And to start looking for what the something better is instead of sticking to the, oh, my God, I can't believe this is happening. Why are these delays happening? This is awful. You know, maybe this thing isn't meant to happen. Well, it's this or something better. And a lot of times those delays and those obstacles are truly redirection. And I can't help but think that whatever you believe, for me, it's God. That God is up there just, like, protecting me from all of the things that I can't see. Like, hey, you're delayed, because if you came out three months earlier with your product, you would have been a different name that was trademarked by someone else. And that is a true story, you guys. Like, if I wouldn't have had all of these product delays and box issues, like, while those were going on, what was happening is that the name that I originally had, which was H2 glow, and when we were making sure that we were branded in our category of beauty as well, we wanted to make sure that we were, you know, because we are skin and gut, so that we were in the beauty trademarks as well. While we were doing that, we found a trademark that was H2 glow in the beauty category that we would not have been able to use. Like, I'm sure these people would have said, hey, cease and desist. You can't do this. And so all of these delays gave us time, because we found that in the research and it allowed us, before the boxes were printed, because we had such a delay to go change the name, figure out the direction, figure out what we wanted to do, we did it really freaking fast. It was all, like, a matter of.

But if we weren't delayed, we would have had to change everything once everything was printed. Like, you can never look at your life and be like, oh, my gosh, this is, you know, happening. Because, like, looking at all of the negative, or this is so bad that this is happening. Yes. There are things that truly, in the moment, they feel awful. There are marriages that break up. And I know that we can't skip immediately to this or something better, but if we can hold that truth, if we can hold that belief in our life and truly know this or something.

What happens is you look for the something better and you open up to it. You open up to creative ways of finding it. You open up to being able to see all of the people who are around you who could help you. It opens up a question narrative.
