The only people who thrived in network marketing on our team were the people who detached from getting all the credit and who stopped wasting their energy on trying to fight over one person and getting one person on their team because they thought they were going to be the ringer. Here is the punchline. There is no ringer in your business ever. If you are stuck on one thing, it means that that is just going to suck all the energy and life out of you if you're trying to like make sure you get that person or get that thing or get that credit. And so when you can detach from that, that's when everyone and everything else opens up. And we're back with another episode of He Said, she Said and we're about.
To crush this episode. But first, you've got to know that our elite entrepreneur mastermind is getting really close to being sold out thanks to some of the awesome people who have joined recently. Like, this is by far the most up leveled room that we have ever put together in the nine years of doing this. And at the same time, this is by far the most hands on, intimate format. In other words, our sleeves rolled up in your business that we've ever done in the nine years as well.
I'm really excited because also we've added a massive perk, you guys, because we want to really watch your business grow and thrive and win this year. And so we wanted to add a couple extra things in order to do that. What Chris said is really going to be huge for that extra hands on component where him and I are actually going to be able to sit with you a lot longer the way that we're creating this container. But also I have added that I will do a podcast episode, a full podcast episode on the top 25 entrepreneurial iTunes. Apple Earn your happy podcast dedicated to you and your business. That also means a reel on my social media page of you and I and your whole podcast. And that also means a dedicated email for your podcast episode. So you guys, that's huge. This is huge. That is worth so much money I literally cannot even tell you. But a lot of people have paid over ten grand in order to come on the show and I could be charging more. A lot of shows in my arena charge anywhere from 15 to 25k with my numbers. So with that said, that is a massive, massive value because the people who have been on the podcast have told me that they have been able to book so many other large shows and have just been chopping up the reels over and over and over. Again, obviously, to just add a lot of credibility on their page to their repertoire. All the things.
Yeah. People don't actually understand that in the podcast world, once you show you've been on one big show or a blue chip show, then it's easy get on all the other ones. You just got to crack that code.
You got to use it. You got to use it. It's kind of like, it's kind of like when I got my magazine cover, Chris, some girls had 15 minutes of fame and never used it. And I pimped that thing out so hard and it added so much celebrity.
To my life and then added to 10 other magazine covers. Right. So you got to get one to all of a sudden get all the others. It's the same thing with the big name podcast. Yeah. So super valuable. Not to mention quarterly one on one strategy sessions with me. Not to mention three in person mastermind meetings with really high performers. Now, this is the one for anyone earning over $500,000 a year in their business, but most are seven and eight figure businesses. Do not let that hold you back though, thinking, oh, gosh, what if I'm not the biggest business in there? We choose these last couple seats based on what we need in the room in terms of business type and talent, not based on business size. So whether you've got a, you know, business that's over 500k a year, whether it's over seven figures, whether it's over eight figures right now, hit pause and go to Chrisharder Me Mastermind. That is Chrisharder Me Mastermind and fill out the app and grab one of those last couple spots after you and I have a zoom to answer all of your questions. Literally down just a couple spots here. So. All right. I want to talk about what I call unattachment, but the proper English term is detachment. And I don't know why. I've always said attached to unattachment is a super power. So I guess I'm unattached to whether that's a real English word or not, which is not. Which it's not.
We were. He's like, oh, let's do our podcast on unattached. I'm like, could you just check and see if it's maybe detachment before we use that? Sure enough.
So whether it's detachment or whether it's unattachment, it's a superpower because when you are too attached to things, it's going to hold you back more than anything else in business because you don't get to choose what it's going to look like. And there's three or four areas that you need to be detached from and we're going to go through each one of these areas. Now the first one is this. You got to be detached from the how. How are you going to get there? How are you going to get to market, how are you going to get to this revenue? How are you going to create an exit? How are you going to get this done? How are you going to learn it? If you're attached to the how, it's going to hold you back. You're not going to stop, start, or worse yet, you're going to start. And then when it doesn't look how you thought it was going to look, when the how starts to look differently or when the how has to change, you're going to quit or you're going to say, oh, it didn't work. And that's not the case. It's not that it didn't work, is that you weren't supposed to be attached to the how all along. Let me give you a quick example. Yesterday we hit a great big milestone with Fro, my fintech app. We finished building it at the end of last year and yesterday I got to do a full demo of the entire product to all of our investors and it went fantastic. They loved it. Now, you guys may not remember the story and I'm going to share the whole story because it would take too long. It's an episode in itself. But we first set out to build a peer to peer personal loan app where one stranger is lending another stranger 500 bucks or a thousand bucks. And we're moving the money, we're insuring it, we're doing all. And we built it. We spent over two and a half million dollars and over two years building that thing. Created the greatest app ever. Just to be told that we can't launch it a few weeks from launch. I'll spare you the whole story. That was devastating. If I was so attached to the how, how is it going to look? How are we going to get to market? We would have quit right there because overnight we didn't have a company, but because we weren't attached to exactly what it had to look like. And instead we were simply just attached to the mission of getting a great fintech product to the, you know, to the world. We were able to pivot and build this remarkable new fintech marketplace in the private and hard money space. And yesterday we got to show it to all of our investors. They got to look and see and be like, wow, this is the best that ever could have turned out. And in my presentation yesterday, I literally reminded everybody that everything happens for you. And this has a lot to do with detachment. Everything's happening for you, not to you. We now have a better app with less liability and way more upside than the original one that we built. Everything about that is better. At the time, it felt like, oh, this is happening to us. But instead, now, like everything else in life, if you look backwards, you can see it happened for you. So you cannot be attached. Or I should say, you have to be detached from the how. All right. The second thing that's really important to be detached from is who gets credit.
Yep.
I mean, this is leadership 101. A lot of people love to argue over. Wait, that was my idea. Wait, that was my campaign. Wait, I need to be seen for this. Wait, I need the credit. What do you mean you did that? I did this, too.
You know, that was my social media post. I came up with that. That's what I wrote. That's what I said. I fully understand that this was our journey as well. I mean, right down. Chris, to you and I. Like, I remember when we were in network marketing and you came in and you were coaching everyone so freaking well, and that's just not what I'm good at. I went on a massive journey of detachment that I didn't need the credit. And so, you know, you. You would be getting all the credit and on stage and all the things, and I'm like, but. But why am I not getting all of this credit? Like, I'm enrolling all these people. And I completely detached and realized, wait, number one, when he gets that credit and he does his job and he's getting, like, you know, honored in front of all these people, all that does is benefit me. It makes us move faster. I can be totally detached from that. I can get even more into what my zone of genius is, which is enrollment and getting people into this business. And it was actually a little bit of a struggle for me because, you know, growing up, I didn't get those accolades, and I really, really wanted them. Now it was kind of like realizing I can get them in this area and please let them go to all of these other people. The second one in network marketing, which was huge for us, is not getting the credit sometimes for maybe people on our team signing up other people or, you know, getting them into our team. And that was huge. Nobody. Here's what I'll tell you. The only people who thrived in network marketing on Our team were the people who detached from getting all the credit and who stopped wasting their energy on trying to fight over one person and getting one person on their team because they thought they were going to be the ringer. Here is the punchline. There is no ringer in your business, ever. If you are stuck on one thing, it means that that is just going to suck all the energy and life out of you if you're trying to, like, make sure you get that person or get that thing or get that cred. And so when you can detach from that, that's when everyone and everything else opens up. And that is why I think that's one of the main reasons, is because we were doing this very deep spiritual work on ourselves to detach from all of the things. That is why we thrived in that business so hard. And we would teach this to all of our leaders. And that's why they thrive, too.
Because the bottom line is this. If you can become detached from who gets the credit, then what you're really doing is you're foregoing that human need that we all have for recognition and instead passing that recognition along to meet everyone else on your team's human need or your business partner's human need. And if you can do that, then you are going to thrive, because that's the tough thing to do that most people can't do. Most people can't give up that dopamine hit of getting credit and pass it along to everybody else because they have that human need of being seen and being recognized. So when you can learn to deflect that from yourself and put it onto somebody else on your team, then you're going to absolutely thrive. Okay? The third area where you need to be detached from is be detached from what it looks like to anyone else. It doesn't matter what it looks like to anyone else. You're going to make. I've made so many stupid purchases in my life, especially when I was a younger adult, buying things because I was worried about what it would look like to somebody else or. Or having a certain home because I was worried about what it would look like to somebody else or making all these decisions in life because I was worried about what it would look like to somebody else. And the same goes for business. You're going to make catastrophic business decisions, catastrophic financial decisions, catastrophic hiring or firing decisions because you're worried about what it looks like to somebody else. Oh, my gosh, what are people going to say? Oh, my gosh, are people going to think I'm crazy? Oh my gosh, are people going to think this? Are they going to think that? But. And you cannot let that come into your business decisions because 50% of them or more are going to be wrong because the outside world doesn't know what's going on in your business and the outside world doesn't know what is required in your business. The outside world simply has their opinion from a million miles away of what they think is going on without any real data of what is actually going on. So you must become detached from what it looks like to anyone else if you're going to make good quality business decisions. Not from a place of ego, but instead from a place of what is right to guide the business. The last thing that you need to be detached from is what it looks like or feels like. Lori, this is your department when it comes to manifestation.
I talk about the importance of sleep and reaching your goals all the time on this podcast, but I also know that you're probably wound pretty tight like I am and you might have trouble transitioning from your daytime to your nighttime. So I added something that I absolutely love. Because, you know, skincare is a big thing for me in 2026 and I love OCA's Dream Collection. It's really helped change that for me. Ocia's Dream Night Serum and Dream Night Cream are clinically tested formulas powered by bio retinol and designed to reduce the visible effects of stress on your skin while you sleep. You guys know that I am all about making the things you're already doing work for you, so why not make this work for you in your sleep? So I love this because it really helps me wind down, not only because of this beautiful scent and how it feels on my sk, but I'm really loving that it's something that supports my nighttime ritual while I sleep and it helps me settle in for the night because my skin feels so good. And again, it's got that nice lavender scent that I always associate to nighttime sleep. Because skin care truly is self care, you guys. So OSE's newest product in the dream collection is the Dream Bioretinol Body Serum. And let me tell you, skin care for me this year is not just about my face, it's about my whole whole body. So you should make this a key part of your personal body care routine, just like I am. And I think you're going to fall in love with it. So it's a full body restorative treatment that visibly de stresses the skin with a holistic blend of bioretinol red seaweed, magnesium and lavender. I think the second that you put it on, you're going to feel the difference just like I did and you're going to see the difference. I mean, talk about looking like glass skin. I literally put it on and actually feel like I want to go somewhere because my skin looks so plump and hydrated and useful. Okay, so let's talk about just creating anything in your life and attracting anything in your life, no matter what you believe. So you cannot pick up a spiritual book, a book about God, a religious book. You cannot pick up anything that does not have this fundamental teaching about the spiritual principle of detachment. So even prayer, you guys, when you think about prayer, it's not Specifically, like, God, give me this. It's like, God, give me the strength. God give me discernment. God keep me open to any and all ways that you want this to come about. That is called detachment. So it's not not caring, it's not apathy, it's openness, it's spaciousness. It's saying, I'm open to always that this could come because the way that you are planning God or the way that you're planning universe is better than the way that I have it in my little human brain right now. So detachment truly is for all of my, like spiritual people or faith based people. I'm telling you, I lean so hard into, I just say offering it up. Like I'm like God, you got it. You gotta take this one from me because I can't see the how. Or maybe I'm so attached to the how, but it's not working for me right now. So now it's in your hands. Take it over. Make it even better than I ever could. So you guys, detachment to timelines, to how long you think this is going to take, because once in a while you're going to get blessed and it's going to go so fast, it's going to make your head spin. And then a lot of the other times it's going to go a lot slower than you thought. And I'll tell you, a lot of my journey has gone a lot slower. And looking back, like a lot slower than maybe the average person to get a magazine cover, the average person to start winning in the fitness industry. As I spent five years, four years, and some of my peers were winning in one year. They were getting magazine covers in one year. The people that I started with and I hung in there for the long game. And I'm very clear that for my soul and what I needed and what I'm here to teach in the world, it really is about, like, at that particular time, it was giving it to me slower because I had a lot of beautiful lessons to learn that then went in my book, that then went on this podcast. It just gave me so much to talk about. I'm ready for something speedy, if I'm being honest now. If you, if you're, if you're listening to my podcast, God, if you're a subscriber, I'm ready for some speed. I'm ready for some speedy blessings. Okay? But with that said, you need to let go of the timeline and know that it's going to come and it's going to come better and it also helps you kind of just let go of that identity, like being so gripped to needing to be seen a certain way. And it also really just keeps those multiple, multiple paths open. And it frees you from the emotional roller coaster. Because I'll tell you, you the. The place that your pain is coming from is expectation. So when you're detached from the expectation of how it's going to look in the timeline and who it should be with, and you just. The. The product was going to be different or whatever that is, it's going to free from the anxiety, the pain, the waiting energy, the constant checking, the grasping, the comparison, the. The pushing, the being psycho through your emails, through your texts, the getting rejected by people because you're showing up so weird and you have this needy, like, lack of energy. You really have to take massive action while being detached. Yes, this is the hardest thing that we can practice, but it's the greatest spiritual practice of your life. And it works.
Yep. So, guys, unattachment, as I call it, or in the proper English dictionary, detachment is your business superpower. Not to mention it's going to make the journey a lot more enjoyable. And as a reminder, if you want to be on Lori's Top 25 podcast, and if you want all of that support from us and from our elite entrepreneur Mastermind peers, only a couple spots left. Race over. Now that we're at the end of this thing, to chrisharter Me Mastermind. That is chrisharder Me Mastermind. Fill out the app. We'll chat on ZOOM about your needs.
