The number one problem you're facing right now, whether you know it or not, is adapting to market change. Things shifted. You can't play the old game because there's a new game. The rules have changed. We're down 30%. People aren't moving. Okay, what do we do? Complain about it? This isn't the room for that. Everybody's facing the same thing. It's how we respond to it. People are sitting in a 3% mortgage. Where are they going? They're gonna move and go and go. Get a 7% mortgage. And the house prices have went up. They're gonna stay still for a while. We have to adapt to this change. And here's the question you've got to ask yourself. If you had half as many trucks as you do now, how does that make you feel? Worried. Concerned? Failure. But what if you had half as many trucks, but you made double the money, double the profits? And you. You had half as many headaches, half as many problems. We just need to see things differently. Adapt, evolve, or die, period.
