You got a balance. I'm the CEO. I wear the CEO hat, but I'm also the operator of the business day to day. You've got to be able to balance that. You've got to be able to balance. Encouraging your team, helping them to build self confidence, helping them to build the skills, while at the same time questioning everything that they do. Right. That's the balancing act. And when it comes to balance, I don't think there's a formula for everybody that works the same for everyone. It's understanding that when you feel out of balance, that's okay. You know, you just gotta kinda make your way back to the center and you have to deal with the paradox of one side and the other side. So it's really the first step in leadership is balancing.
