Anytime you hear me, like, talking about, like, don't grow, don't expand. It's not don't grow, don't expand. It's like, let's prepare for it, let's get ready for it. Let's make sure that the timing is right. Otherwise we overstep. Because that's what our entrepreneurial minds do. We want what's new. We want what's next. We want what's more, you know, and we get things 80% of the way there. And then, like, to tighten up the last 20 is boring. And that's where a lot of our minds. The thing that made your business great, the thing that gave you the guts to get in the business, sometimes that same mind is the thing that's like, I don't want to tighten up this last 20. So we got to figure out how to tighten up that last 20, keep it tight to allow you to go and express yourself and do the things and expand and do what's fun for you and not feel stuck. And so many of you are probably 80% of the way to where you want to be. And then it's that, do I jump out? Do I do this now? And we just got to tighten up that last 20%.
