True leadership means that you could lead leaders, that you could be led by leaders when you start to bring people into your business that you actually want. See, some of us, we don't bring people in because we get, we get intimidated by them because we feel a certain way. And I could say that because I did for a while, I brought in all my 19, 20 year old friends instead of going, let me go find someone that like knows what they're doing. And you know, that would lead me a little bit too. Right. So we need to lead others and we need to be able to be led and we need to be able to collaborate. Because when you start to really build teams, you want to build a team of leaders. And that's not about a dictatorship of this is the way we do it. This is what it is. It's about collaboration, talking, constructive feedback, get information. That's a great idea. And what about this? Instead of like, nah, I don't like that. Right. It's about learning how to finesse the situation.
