What's on your landing pages, what's on your postcard, what's in your email sequences that are going out with them to build value and nurture them and turn them into customers before the move, during the move and after the move, right? What are your movers saying? What is your sales team saying? All of that comes down to your messaging, which starts with your brand, how you present your price all comes down to your offer, the way you package it up. Right? We want to package it up and make it simple and easy to understand. Remember, I keep saying it because I want you guys to get this. A confused customer does not buy. Take all this if your friend that's never if anybody you know doesn't know the terms that you're talking about to people or reads your website and doesn't know it shouldn't be on there. Nobody wants to hear the word tariff, trip charge, all that stuff. We need to package it in a way that they understand and that makes sense.
