Louis Massaro traces his path from truck rental yard worker at 19 to millionaire at 23, then through the recession at 27. He argues most people fail at implementation because they overload their to-do lists and lack clear vision, so they can't prioritize what actually matters.

There's an evolution that needs to happen with all of us. I'm a different person today than I was starting off at 19 years old in a truck rental yard, than I was at 23 making my first million that I was at 27, getting in the long distance, not knowing my numbers, going through the recession. We evolve. And as we evolve, one of the things for me that I realized sometimes it takes me a year to implement stuff. I used to beat myself up over it. Man, why don't you. Why don't you do the shit you know you need to do? Because you're adding too much to the list and you're not prioritizing it based on the outcomes that you really want because you don't know what you really want because you got no vision and strategy. But when you know what's important and you know exactly what's going to move the needle, implementation is no longer a problem. Implementation is a problem when you've got too much and you're trying to do everything and you can't do everything, you can't. And unfortunately, we all need to learn that the hard way.
