Evaluate, coach, and build self-confidence. That is your job as the leader, right? You want to make sure that you've got the right people in the right seats doing the right position, and then coach them, critique them, right? We can't be afraid to critique our team and let them know where they can make improvements. And if I come from a place of caring, if I come from a place of true coaching and not from a place of anger or resentment, I'm going to help them see a better way of doing things and they're going to get on track. And then you've got build self-confidence. If we're not confident in what we're doing, we're not going to step up, we're not going to take initiative, right? We're not going to lead others. And that's the same for the people that you lead. So not only do you need to protect your confidence every single day, you need to help your team build self-confidence by giving them the tools, the reassurement, the, the, you know, showing the proof of what's working. Acknowledge them when they're doing a good job.
