I give you guys these journals every time. It's not like, hey, just take notes. It's like, no, no, no. Become a journaler. Right? Start thinking about the way that you're thinking. Analyze it right. Spend 30 minutes. Every morning, I get my coffee, I sit in my chair, I grab this, I kind of sit there, and I just lightly peel back layers of whatever's there. Every day. Just to make sure I'm on track, to make sure I'm moving towards what's important. Because otherwise, one day goes by, you're a little bit off track. Another day goes by, you're comparing yourself to somebody else. You're thinking, you need to do something different. You're getting way off track, and you're not in alignment with what your mission is, what your legacy is, and where you're trying to go.
