It features a monologue discussing the concept of choosing hard work and routine to achieve a fulfilling life, contrasting it with the ease of a lazy lifestyle that leads to difficulties.
So when we think about, like, growth is hard, it's like, okay, you know, the hard life comes from trying to live the easy life. If I wake up every morning, crack a beer, lay on the couch, spark a joint, turn on a movie and kick my feet up, right? Take a nap, doze off, you know, that's. That's easy. It's pretty, you know, not hard to do that. But that leads to the hard life. Whereas if I make a decision, hey, let me do the hard stuff up front. Let me, let me get up early, let me have a routine instead of telling myself, I don't have time, right? Let me take care of my, my mental, my physical, my spiritual every day. What is that? That leads. That's the heart. That's hard. But that leads to the easy life, the fun life, right? Being able to do things you wouldn't normally be able to do.
