We've got to know the target. If we don't know what we're after, we're constantly going to feel like we're never making progress, Right. If we don't know the like. When I work with business owners and they have a, you know, they're hard on themselves, they hold themselves to a higher standard, but they don't really give themselves credit. You know, a lot of times it's because they don't know what they're after. So they're actually doing great. They're actually hitting targets. They just haven't defined those targets. They don't know, you know, where are we headed, what are we doing? So we've got to know the target.
