Everything that you're trying to accomplish right now, you're going to be able to get there so much easier, so much faster if you realize that it's your responsibility as the leader of your world, okay, whatever you've got going on to breed leadership in others, to bring others up with you. You know, too often we just depend on, you know, we hope that when we give someone the job they're just going to step up and show initiative and it's so rare that that happens that we end up disappointed. If we could just switch the mindset to say, you know what, I just need to lead them and if the voice pops up in the mind that says, well, I don't know how to lead, turn that off and just say leading is just an intention. Leading is just something that I need to remember to do. I'm just trying to get them to go in the direction that of my vision.
