I want to talk to you about how to scale your business. All right? This is specifically for companies that are at a level where they've got momentum, they've already got things going. They're already, you know, maybe you're doing a million plus a year and you're like, you know what? How do I get to that next level? What does that process look like? Right? Because, you know, it's one thing to get started, to get moving and kind of get to a certain place and be comfortable. There's. Right. But if you're watching this and you're like, hey, I'm in my moving business, we're successful, we're doing good, we've got momentum, we've got good things in place. We've already, you know, things are in motion, right? But I want to scale and I want to do it in a systematic way that's not stressful, that's not overwhelming, where I could actually become more profitable with my growth as opposed to creating, you know, circumstances that you just create stress and chaos. You have like a long term plan of where you want to go with your business financially, right? Let's just say financially because you want to make additional money. You want to actually have a business that generates income for you instead of something that you just go to work and, you know, essentially have a job for yourself. Let's say this is you now, right? This is where you are today. All right? You're happy with it, but you're like, hey, you know what, we can go, we can go much bigger, right? So how do we get from here to where you want to go? So let's say where you want to go, you want to get to. Let's just say, you know, 10 million in revenue. Maybe you want a few offices, right? Maybe you want to franchise your business. You want to go from here to there, right? How do we get there? So, you know, a lot of people will start out on the journey of growing their business and scaling their company. And what they'll do is they'll just work hard, work hard, work hard without actually putting a plan together for how they're gonna systematically grow. There's five distinct ways that you can grow your moving company, meaning there's five models of ways of expanding, right? So you could be, for example, maybe you just want to be a hometown dominator and you just want to dominate where you're at, right? Maybe you want to actually open franchises and franchise your business. Maybe you want to create your own, you know, essentially like an independent van line, if you will. Right. Or maybe you want to have one main location and a bunch of satellite locations. Right? Do you want to open additional. Do you want to be, you know, hometown Dominator and just kind of dominate everything where you're at? A lot of your success and the trajectory of where you go will depend on how clear you get about that. So this is you today, right? And let's say this is you five years from today. So let's say you were like, hey, I want to go to 10 million. So the first thing you got to establish is what we call your blueprint, and that's about getting super, super clear on where it is that you want your company to go, how much money you want your company to make, how you're actually going to make that happen. Meaning what type of moving company are you going to have? Are you going to do all local moves? Are you going to do local and long distance moves? Are you going to open up more than one location in different markets? Are you going to create a model and then franchise that model and start selling franchises? What exactly are you going to do to get from here to there? Because all the other steps in between are really important. But if you don't have essentially the blueprint and you don't have the roadmap and decide that ahead of time, you're gonna get lost, you're gonna get distracted, and there's gonna be a lot of what seems like opportunities that pop up, but that are really distractions that are gonna pull you off course. Okay? So your blueprint, you're basically gonna be able to decide like you, you know, what is it you want, what you want, right? So you know, what type of company, how much revenue, not only revenue, but how much personal net income. Okay? So, you know, you establish your blueprint is basically what you want, what type of company you want, and then all the things that you need to get in place in order to get there. What does your team look like, what does your company look like, what does your branding message look like? Everything needs to be in order to, to really have a solid blueprint so that you can move on to the next step. Because once you have the blueprint, then you need your systems. So your systems are basically your standard operating procedures, your processes. Everything needs to be documented exactly the way that it's done within your business. I know you know this, right? But I'm showing you how to scale to high, high levels. So let's say today maybe you're doing, you know, let's just call this maybe you're, you're doing 3 million a year, right? Or maybe for you, Maybe this is 300,000 a year and you want to go to a million, right? Whatever that leap is for you, everybody's in a different place. All right? So once you have these systems, which basically these are your, you know, your, your operating procedures in writing, alright? This is essentially the way that you do things, right? You've got to have a systematic way of doing it. And what happens is people start to grow and they put in all this hustle to get from where they are to where they want to go. And they just do it from straight hustle, which I understand, I mean, that's how you need to get started. But we're talking about right now is once you've already kind of gotten over that hump and once you're already established, okay, from the hustle that you put in, how do you really start to scale to that next level? And you've got to get your blueprint in place, then you've got to get your systems in order, okay? Everything's got to be documented. Once you have that, then you have to create freedom for yourself, okay? Because in order for you to really scale your business, you have to create freedom not just to go on vacations and take time off, but to take, take a step back, work on the business and not in the business, okay? If you don't have the freedom from the day to day, you're never going to be able to scale. You're going to tap out at wherever your capacity is on a day to day basis to just hustle, okay? So this is all about, you know, understanding workflow management and delegation and hiring the right people to be able to come in and run your business. Remember, if you're going to scale, if you're going to open additional offices, if you're going to actually franchise your business, you've got to have these things in place. We have a program, it's called my flagship group, okay? We have several groups and we have a new opening that just opened up this week where we're going to be taking on new members, each group. There's only 10 people per group. It's very expensive. There is an application process that you need to go through. If it's something that you're interested, click on the link or just go to talktolewis.com and read all the information that's there, fill out the application. And this is about working with me, coming to my office four times over the next year and then working with me month over month to scale your company. And we do this with a small group of high achieving, moving company owners, just 10 people in the group. So it's not only me, but it's also the rest of your mastermind, where you get ideas from them and you benefit from that as well. Blueprint your systems freedom. Once you have that in place, in other words, you know where you're going. You've got everything documented, you've got the freedom to be able to actually work on business development and scale. Then at that point, then you execute on your plan to scale. And, and what scale means is scale means take what's working and duplicate it or expand it. Okay? So too many people try to skip these steps and they just try to grow and they just try to expand without actually laying the groundwork before you start to grow and before you start to say, hey, I'm going to. I got these big plans. I'm going to open up 20 offices. I'm going to franchise my business. I've heard it all. And I love the ambition. I love the ambition. But what kills me is when I see people starting off, you know, like, fired up, ready to go. But I'm watching them and I see that, you know what, they're going to hit a tough spot because they haven't thought through the fundamental things that they need to do before they go there. All right? So I hope this was helpful. Go out there every single day. Profit in your business, thriving your life. I'll talk to you soon. If you're interested in joining this program, click on the link or just go to talktolewis.com all the information is there. I'll see you later.
