Well, it's the same thing with your movers. You can't take on more work unless you have the workforce to do the jobs, right. So you got to make sure that you prepare yourself and you do it early, early on. Bring them in, interview them, let them know that you're going to start getting busy very soon. Good quality employees where you don't have to be stuck looking for someone that knows how to pad a chair or that knows how to load a truck, right? They know how to put the base and load the tiers and all that. You don't have to find that if you are going to train them to where, if you're not as busy as you want to be and you have this time, use this time and create a mover training program for yourself. It doesn't have to be anything extravagant. It just has to be, how do you teach them the basics? How do you get them, you know, from. From the very, very basic of like how to pad a chair, right? All the way to how you want them to interact with your customers. Make hiring a priority. Get aggressive about it. Play place additional ads, all right? Have time blocks set up where you have them come in and you're able to interview them. Or right there on the spot during the interview, have them pad a chair, something simple to where you could see, you know, did they take the pad and throw it over the chair or did they lay the pad on the floor, put the chair in the pad and wrap it up like they're supposed to, right? Little small things to be able to tell if they know what they're doing. But start rounding them up now and get aggressive about it, right? If you're placing ads, place more ads. Yes, I know it costs money every single time that you place the ad, but you know what's going to cost you more money? Having an opportunity to book moves that you can't book because you don't have enough movers in uniform ready to do the job. All right, you want to be proactive.
