It's abundant out there. There's enough money for all of you to go get it. Maybe you say, Louis, I want to make 100 grand a year. Cool. It's there for you. Louis, I want to make a million dollars a year personally in my pocket. Cool.
Do the work.
It's there for you. How do I set up systems and processes in my moving business to ensure we're consistently providing a great service to our customers while generating a huge profit? Let's talk about the process of process creat. Right. The first process that we need to create is the process of creating the processes. Luis Massaro and his event. It's very specific and step by step detail oriented and it's really the blueprint of what you need to go from where you're at and take it to the next level. What are the exact strategies being used by today's fastest growing moving companies to dominate the market and make a fortune? How do I generate a consistent flow of new leads and turn them into booked moves that keep my schedule full, movers working and revenue pouring in? What should I be doing on a day to day basis to ensure that my moving business is running smooth and efficient while generating a predictable recurring revenue? Two things to focus on building trust and capturing leads. With all your marketing, that's all you need to do. How does marketing for moving companies work today and what basic tools, tools and advanced strategies should I be using consistently? What's the fastest path to building a moving empire that becomes legendary, changes people's lives in my community and ultimately creates the lifestyle I've always wanted? What I want you to do is live the quality of life you want to live with the time, freedom and money to do whatever that is.
You're going to get a proven method that'll help you do, like I said, make more money to have more time and run more smoothly. I mean, who doesn't, who runs a business that doesn't want that?
Just the stress level that I do not have. No more. The processes that we put in our company. Not only am I a better owner of a moving company, but I'm a, I'm a better father to my kids, a better husband to my wife. And so yeah, just life is great. Ever since we've been, I've been, I've been following Lewis. How do I create a model business that I could duplicate in multiple locations, franchise or cash out by selling the business for top dollar? How do I safeguard my business so that it will thrive in any economy? Do the work up front so you don't have to do it forever. Spend the next year of your life getting it together, building a model business. No matter what you want to do with your business, it needs to be a model who wants to franchise their company. Okay? That requires you to. To get people to come in and be like, wow, this is a working model. This works. I want to pay you because your model is so good that I just want to use your systems. I don't want to have to go do them myself. What simple reports and advanced metrics should I be reviewing to gain the clarity and insight I need to successfully build my moving business? Your goal should be able to get yourself to a place where you run your business off of numbers and meetings. How do I optimize my operations so we always have enough skilled movers, both drivers and helpers ready to turn our customers into. To raving fans. You commit to mastery and say, you know what, I just need a process. When I need movers, I hit play. The process starts running and we've got movers. All right, so let's talk about this process.
He is a well of knowledge and that, I mean, with, with every sense of it. You would not think someone knew how to break the system down in such depth where you literally can reform a whole business, you know, a whole business that people have built for 20 plus years. And he comes in.
This is how.
You should be doing it. And it's unbelievable. I'm learning new things from him left and right.
What proven strategies in my moving company's marketing, sales, operations, dispatch, storage, customer service, and finance should I implement for the biggest impact? How do I build and leverage a team so I could focus on important objectives and have the freedom to enjoy my life?
You can get a lot from here, but when you come back, you start to notice, oh, I missed that the first time. It was like reading a good book. A second, third, fourth time. It's like going to a movie. A second, third, fourth time. The time that I actually really look forward to is the week after we return because we have our debriefing meeting and I get to find out, like, all of the takeaways that they had and all the things that they want to implement. You know, I want my team to be growing and stretching and trying new things. I don't want to have a stagnant office.
All this stuff that I've learned, I call the hard way. Over the past decade, I probably spent, if I could put a number on it, 50 to $75,000. Trial, error, time, money, mistakes, you know, Readdressing, different implementation. And he offers this stuff, in my opinion, way too cheap, but at a fraction of that cost.
Very focused in the moment, you know, stuck in the grind, taking the calls, booking the jobs, making sure they all get done. I feel like this is exactly what we needed to get us over this stuck place that we've been at.
Delegating, delegating.
We're wearing too many hats, needless to say.
So we're, we're trying to help us.
Get all the processes in place.
Through Facebook, I met some individuals that had been here. It had nothing but raving reviews and just said that it was a stepping stone, that if they had had 10 years ago, prior 2008, that they wouldn't have spent a quarter of what it costs to get the education that Lewis is offering. If I had to explain to somebody what it is we do here. It's three days of cram packed knowledge. It's like 200, some 300. I don't know how many people here, but it's almost like he's working with you one on one, telling you how everything you need to do to make your company grow and be successful and be a great company, just a fraction of the information, if applied, will advance my company and my crews, everybody sales. I'm really appreciative of what he's doing and just. I'm almost in tears. I can't believe that somebody would put out that much stuff to just to help us and help us grow our businesses, not just in the moving aspect, but also in our lives and have a better balanced life and just live better, make more money and enjoy life in general. So thank you very much, Louis.
I would say come because you don't even know what you don't know.
That's exactly right. Powerful.
It's worth every dollar and then some.
This is not a get rich quick seminar. Everything that we're gonna go over will require work. But it's okay, because if you're committed to mastery re and you believe in where you can go, it's just part of the journey. And it's not a destination, it's a road to mastery. Right? So you get there little by little. Sam.
