We need to understand our customer avatar. What's the demographics? Where do they live? How old are they? Are they married? Are they single? When we could start getting granular like this, we know how to speak to them differently. Then we understand their psychographics. What are their decision making factors? Is it price or is it a good experience? What are their stress points around the move? What's stressful about the move to them? The logistics of setting everything up, packing, having strangers come in their home and touch all their stuff. Everything that goes on outside of where we come in. Right. Statistically, moving is one of the most stressful things people do. We need to understand what those stresses are so we could cater our service and our message to that customer. I think everybody in here underestimates the value that you bring of doing good in the world. You enter into people's lives when they're at one of their most stressful points that they will ever face. I haven't looked at the stats lately, but years ago was the third most stressful thing. Funeral, divorce, Moving. Right. Think about that.
