Louis Massaro defines and reflects on "oneness" as a state of alignment and present-moment focus—being "on the same page" with oneself, one’s creator (or beliefs), and close relationships. He contrasts this with his prior experience of waking up to an "orchestra" of worry and stress, and frames oneness/alignment as necessary for feeling good, decisive, and "moving forward."

What's oneness? Think about an alignment. Think about if you've ever felt so focused, not intensely focused on something, but just like present in the moment, in alignment. You know who you are, you know where you're going. You've got a sense of oneness with your, with your creator. Whatever you believe in. You're on the same page with your, with your, with your partner, right? But more importantly, you're operating from one mind. And for me, I never thought this was going to be possible, ever. I used to wake up and it was like, it was like a full blown orchestra of worry and stress and what ifs going on in my mind the minute I woke up all morning until I finally got to some type of fire that I needed to put out. I'm sharing with you what I know I must have in my life to feel good, to feel on top of it, right? I need a sense of oneness. I need alignment in my life. I need to know that I'm not on the fence constantly about this or that. I'm thinking, it could go this way, it could go that way. No, we're in alignment, we're moving forward, We've got a sense of oneness.
