Exude positive energy and optimism. This is a part of leadership. It's a big part of it. I remember walking into my office. I had to walk by 60 to 70 people, and that's a lot of people that all want to say hi, that all want to talk to you, that are all looking to you for guidance. And there were days where I just wasn't feeling it, man. I just wanted to walk into my office. But no, that's not my role as a leader. I've got to exude positive energy and optimism. You know, your people watch you. It trickles down. When your people start to see what you do and how you act, they will follow you. It all starts with me. So we've got to exude that positivity.
