Success In Your Moving Company Begins With A DECISION

All right, let's see if I'm upside down today with this new gadget I got here. What's up, my friend? It's Louis Massaro. I want to talk to you about success. I know it's backwards there, but you know what it says success. All right? It's important. And I want to talk to you about this because I got a message on social media of somebody asking me a question. You know, they said, you know, Louis, you know, I have this other business, and I've been watching your videos. I'm thinking about getting into moving. And, you know, I want to. And, you know, it made me start thinking about why I was successful in my business, why people that I see, you know, that are able to just kill it and do a great job in their business, in the moving business and other businesses, what separates them from other people that are constantly dabbling and constantly trying new things and looking for, you know, a business that might work, Right? Because I don't believe in getting into a business and kind of seeing how it goes. It's more about getting into it with the mindset of, like, I'm going to make this succeed, right? It all starts with a decision, and a decision is, I'm going to succeed, right? So wherever you're at in your business and if you're already successful, I'm sure you have a higher vision of where you want to go. Well, you need to start looking at that higher vision. And not like, well, let me see if I could do it. But decide, right? Decide that you're going to get there. Decide that you're going to succeed at that level and make that decision. Because, you know, back to this story of, you know, by the way, I got this new thing here. I'm trying to work. All right, Bear with me as I learn this here. So, you know, I got the message. And then we don't get there, then what happens? So what it does is it causes a lot of people to just pull back and withdraw from what they know they could really achieve, right? So all you need to do today is decide that you're going to be successful. Decide that whatever level you want to get to in your business, that you're going to get there. When I started my business, I was 19 years old. I had no reason to believe that I could succeed other than the fact that I believed it, right? There was no facts in front of me other than, hey, I see people in moving, they're doing well, they're making money, I could do that too, right? And I believed in myself and I believed in the success before I had it. So you need to do the same, right? Too many times we start looking for all these different, whoa, this thing's searching. We started looking for all these different answers and all these different solutions and like, you know, I'm going to get out of this business and get into a different business and you know, try something else. And that's not the answer. The answer is to say, you know what? I'm going to succeed at what I'm doing, right? And it all really starts with a decision, alright? If you're going to get into moving, then get into it with the mindset of I'm going to succeed, not like, let me see if this works out.
