This is a YouTube video titled "The First Step Back to Feeling Good" containing a personal narrative where a speaker describes their journey towards better health through meditation, reading, exercise, and dietary changes. The content is a monologue focused on self-improvement and wellness.
I started to take care of my health. She introduced me to meditation. She introduced me to a bunch of books that I started to read. Told me, hey, listen, you need to start doing some cardio. When you get that left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, you get the right arm, left arm, you get those things in motion. They actually connect the left brain and the right brain circuits and the neurotransmitters could actually speak. And your brain works quicker. Your energy is up. I started to eat what I thought at the time was healthy food. Instead of going to McDonald's or ordering the pasta plus the fried appetizer plus the dessert, I'd ordered a chicken and rice and whatever else. And I started to change things up a little bit. Bought an elliptical machine, had the elliptical machine in the house, hopped on that first thing in the morning and, man, I started to feel good. I started to feel better.
