A short, informal YouTube monologue by Louis Massaro promoting a nightly gratitude habit: at the end of each day he recommends pausing to mentally list what went well (intentionally skipping negatives) to shift perspective away from constant entrepreneurial dissatisfaction. The clip demonstrates the technique with examples (meditation, breakfast, a moment with his daughter) and explains the mindset benefit.

You know, because, look, there's a lot of different things that hit you. At the end of the day, we need a moment to process everything that happened, right? If you're busy and you gotta. You're in this meeting, that meeting on this call with this customer that you're working this deal, you're working that deal, at the end of the day, you got to process it. And, you know, the entrepreneurial mind looks at and says, well, we're not here yet, so everything's bad. Everything's bad. So if we took a minute at the end of the day, whenever I'm feeling that way, I pull this out and I'll be like, what went well today? I woke up one time, meditated, had a nice breakfast. Wow, that was a great moment with my daughter when I woke her up. And I just start going through my day and I don't even. I pass right over anything that didn't go well. And I'm just looking for the things that went well. And then you've got that list and you're like, shit, it was a pretty good day, right? But if you don't do that, it just feels like I'm not where I wanna go yet. Everything sucks. So gratitude.
