Talk about problems you might be facing in your business right now, right? And, you know, obstacles that may be seeming like they're, you know, something that's really getting in your way, some kind of roadblock, right? Something that's, you know, challenging you at the moment, and it just seems like a problem. You know, when we have these problems in our business and really in our life too, you know, in our business, we have these problems, we have these obstacles that get in the way, and we spend so much time and so much energy just focusing on the problem, right. And how to fix it. Right? We just look at how to fix it instead of looking at, you know, where's the opportunity here? And the reason that's so important is because I can tell you that time and time again, once I started to adopt this mindset of, like, all right, there's a problem here, well, chances are it's leading me in a direction that's better than I would have thought of otherwise, right? Because if everything's going good, if everything's like, smooth and running, okay, it doesn't force you to change, it doesn't force you to adapt, right? So think about some kind of issue that you have going on right now with your business, right? Some kind of obstacle. You feel like you're hitting a roadblock. And I could tell you that if you start to shift your mindset to. To, you know, where's the opportunity in this problem as opposed to how do I just get the quick fix and solve it so that I could, you know, move back on with my day to day business and my day to day life this way, you know, there's so much greater potential that you can reach by focusing on the opportunity, right? If I look at every advancement I made in my moving business, if I. I look at every time that I said, all right, I'm gonna grow to a new location or I'm gonna create a call center. You know, creating my call center, that came out of a problem. The problem was I had all these locations, right? Each of them handling their own sales, right? At the time it was before I opened the call center, it was four locations at that point, moving companies in different cities across the country. And it was like, why is this office having a problem with, you know, they're not able to close deals, Their booking percentage is really low. This office is killing it. They're crushing it over here. We're having a problem with cancellations. What's the issue? So at first it's like, oh, my God, I got this problem. I need to, you know, retrain the people in that office. Retrain the people in this office. And when I stopped and looked, you know, kind of took a step back instead of trying to just fix the problem, right? I said, you know, where's the opportunity? Like, what is this leading me to that's going to be better than where my current situation has me today? And that's what led me to say, you know what? The only way I'm going to get this whole thing in order and an opportunity for me to grow even further is I'm going to go open a call center, right? I'm going to spend the time directly to open a call center that's going to allow me to now scale faster and further than I would have ever been able to do by just, you know, having individual offices with everybody booking moves on their own, right? Handling sales on their own. So what that allowed me to do is create systems, create processes, bring in management, right? Have a centralized focus for my sales. And it all came out of a problem. So really, the point here is that, you know, we're all facing challenges. We're all facing problems at any given time, any given day. And it's really how we relate to those. It's really how we approach them. And if we're approaching them with a successful mindset of, you know what? There's an opportunity here for me, there's an opportunity in my company that I'm just not seeing yet. You'll start to. I mean, you'll come up with solutions that are far beyond what you're ever going to come up with if you're just trying to solve the problem. Listen, make it a great weekend. Make sure you're profiting in your business, but you're also thriving in your life. I'll see you guys later.
