There's an evolution that needs to happen with all of us, right? I'm a different person today than I was starting off at 19 years old in a truck rental yard. We evolve. And as we evolve, one of the things for me that I realized, sometimes it takes me a year to implement stuff. I used to beat myself up over it. Fuck, man, why don't you do the shit you know you need to do? Because you're adding too much to the list and you're not prioritizing it based on the outcomes that you really want because you don't know what you really want because you got no vision and strategy. But when you know what's important you know exactly what's going to move the needle, implementation is no longer a problem.
