We've got to embrace it to foster a mission driven mindset. This is your cornerstone to success. Right. And so when we think about that, it's like, okay, if we know there's going to be challenges, if we know there's going to be opportunities, right? Which sometimes those are the shiny objects that we might want to chase down. We first have to understand that this game of business is. And life, right? They go together. You know, this. There's no real separation. It's when we can interlock and, you know, create an interdependence between the business and the life that things really take off. But everything is 90% mindset. That's my belief.
