This is the train, this is the train conductor who's directing the day to day of the business, who's making sure that everything is staying on track and that you're headed where you want to go. Because if we don't have our eye on the direction, who's ever felt like all of a sudden you really are, I'm getting into the business, you're like, oh my God, we're going in the complete wrong direction. Who's ever felt that way? So we got to make sure that the direction is set and that we have somebody to maintain that direction.
