Who knows in here right now, if you think about where you're at, you think about where you want to go, that there's some things you might need to change in order to do that. Who realizes that, okay, listen, that's the key to self mastery. Today we're going to kind of question ourselves a little bit. We might have to, like, you know, feel a little bit of what it is to recognize that we need to make some change. Right. And just know whenever you do that, I, I always say there's a difference between, you know, beating yourself up and giving yourself a kick in the ass and saying, hey, let's go. And when you're a high achiever, like everybody here in this room or you want to be in this room, when you're a go getter, sometimes you're just constantly feeling like, man, I'm just like, I'm not, I'm not living up to my own standard. And you've got to get to this place where you feel a balance between pushing yourself and accepting yourself. Assessing yourself without judging yourself to be able to get clear on what it is that you are going to go work on. Because we want to make sure that when we're doing something, we're targeted about it.
