Louis Massaro argues that strategy fails without self-leadership first. You have to lead yourself before you can lead your team, family, or anyone who depends on you. Raise your personal standards and take accountability.
You can't execute a big strategy without leading a team. You've gotta lead yourself, right? Then you've gotta lead your team. You've gotta lead your family. You've gotta lead everybody that's counting on you. And this goes for everybody in the room. Everybody needs to step up as a leader. We need more leaders. We need to step up and we need to have a higher standard for ourselves, for our business. We need to take that personal accountability and we need to take next level action.
