How We Fixed a Gut Destroyed by 5 Rounds of Antibiotics

Maxence, a 19-year-old athlete, destroyed his gut with five rounds of antibiotics and spent years trying diets and supplements with no relief. After joining the Superhuman Protocol, he stopped all supplements, reset to basic foods, then gradually reintroduced them. Within weeks his bloating vanished, brain fog cleared, and his strength returned.

I was in a pretty bad spot at that time. I had a lot of bloating, a lot of fatigue, a lot of doubts. I didn't really know where I was. I thought like every food was just hurting me, stressing a lot about the gut, trying to figure out what I had. And I think, yeah, I think I took 5 rounds of antibiotics and 2 rounds of prednisone. They said I just had some reflux and IBS. So that was the response from the doctor. And then I was like, all right, but I'm supposed to be a perfectly healthy young man, and the low FODMAP diet didn't even work for me. And then I went to a naturopath. I tried one, it was horrible, so I left. And then I found another one that actually I thought was helping me because she was doing some tests and said, oh, you have a fungal overgrowth and all of that, eat this. So then I did a, like, a 6-month Candida diet. Obviously I felt pretty horrible. When you said— the first thing you said was like, stop all supplements, and I was like, All right, my brain was like, that doesn't make sense for me. And I was like, all right, I'm gonna, I'm gonna try it. Now, now it's a— I'm feeling a lot better, a lot of better mental clarity, just not thinking about what I need to do and just know what I need to do. So I would say mental clarity, bloating is gone. I don't even have digestion, digestive issues. I'm feeling a lot better for sure. So if you found this video, just yeah, Click on the book the call, and then they'll set you up. They'll set you up for good, and you'll fix your shit. Yeah, so I would say just don't don't wait. And obviously, you you can see the price and be like, oh, it's expensive. But in the end of the day, in supplements, you probably don't don't think about it. But buying L glutamine and all of that every month, it's expensive. But we use probably ten thousand on. naturopath and then supplement and just nothing is— yeah, obviously nothing got better. So just, yeah, just book a, book a call as fast as you can and don't worry about the money. It's worth it. Okay.
So in this call that you're about to see, I'm sitting down with Maxandria, a young guy from Canada that has been having a lot of problems with his gut. He's been through naturopaths, functional medicine doctors, standard doctors, 5 rounds of antibiotics in order to try to kill off fungal overgrowth, Candida, All the bullshit, and nothing actually worked for him until he joined Superhuman Protocol. So in this video, we break down exactly what we did different, his whole journey, everything that he had been trying before, and exactly what we did different and the approach that we took to actually fix all of this from the root. So if you're interested and you want to hear more in detail, exactly the strategy we went through, exactly what we did, stick around, watch this. And I hope you'll find it valuable. Let's jump into it. Jump into it then. All right. Welcome. Welcome everyone. I'm joined by Mr. Max Andrea. Max Andrea, do you want to quickly just introduce yourself? Who are you? Who am I talking to?
Hi, I am Maxon. I'm 19 years old, freshly 19, so pretty young. I'm an athlete, so I play volleyball Division 2 in Canada, and I'm in university in administration to become an accountant with my mom. So I'm gonna own a business sooner than later with my mom. And yeah, that's pretty much it from Canada, New Brunswick.
Yeah, nice, straight to the point. And I guess my pronouns Pronouncement of your name is absolutely wrong based on when you said it.
Yeah, it's a French name. Yeah, Maxence.
Maxence. No, but it's good. But yeah, please let them— when we started working together beginning of July, right? So that's like 2 or 2 and a half-ish, 3 months ago. So where were you? Before you spoke that first time to Anton, where were you at with your gut, obviously, specifically? Yeah, tell us.
I was— when I told myself I needed to actually call you guys, I was in a pretty bad spot at that time. I had a lot of bloating, a lot of fatigue, a lot of doubts. I didn't really know where I was. I thought like every food was just hurting me, so it was tough for me. I just I didn't really know what I was doing. So I would say like I didn't yeah didn't know what I was doing, and every food that I was eating I thought was against me. So if I ate rice, but I was having food problem that I thought rice was bad, but obviously was not the problem. So yeah, that's where I was—a pretty bad pretty bad spot on my I would say on my gut. And overall was not really good, stressing a lot about the gut, trying to figure out what I had, and watching a lot of videos to try and figure out by myself. But that's pretty hard to do.
Yeah. And before, before we started, you'd been obviously trying a bunch of, a bunch of different things already, right? Can you talk me through some of those things that you'd, you've You had been trying.
So I had, uh, obviously the gastroenterologist, so the, the supposedly professional of the, the gut, uh, they, they just do— they did the, the light. They said I just had some reflux and IBS. So that was the response from the doctor. And then I was like, all right, but I'm supposed to be a perfectly healthy young man. So I was like, no, I'm not gonna take that for an answer. And the low FODMAP diet didn't even work for me. So I was like, all right, well, need to figure something else. And then I went to a naturopath. I tried one, it was horrible, so I, I left. And then I found another one that actually I thought was helping me because she was doing some tests and said, oh, you have a fungal overgrowth and all of that, eat this. So then I did a Like a six-month Candida diet that was like no rice, no really carbs, and obviously I felt pretty horrible because I was here in university playing volleyball four times a week with probably zero energy, and my hormones were probably through the roof. So yeah, that was a really rough time for me. And after that, I said, "Well, I'll figure it out myself." So I was here. Just watching YouTube videos and a lot of it. Every doctor I could find, every like supplement I tried. Holy shit, I sent you my supplement stack. It was a pretty big one. It was insane. Like I could say that I tried pretty much every supplement, not on earth, but I was getting there. And then yeah, that's where I found you basically trying to figure it out. And then yeah, through the summer when I came, I was like, wow, I need a I need to get bigger. I need to feel better because I'm gonna get a starting role on my volleyball team. So I want to actually dominate or play good. So then, yeah, I said I need to fix my belly, get bigger. And then I started the summer, I started eating like a lot because I said to get bigger, you need to eat. And then that, oh, that didn't go well with me at all. So I started eating more and the bell, yeah, everything just crashed. And then I watched your videos starting the summer and then I said, well, Mom, I found this.
Some technical issues. We lost you when you said that you found me and you told your mother about it.
Yeah, so I just, I was training with my mom and I said, well, Mom, I found this guy. I'm not sure, like, I was a bit suspicious because yeah, I'm obviously I'm young and you you can't really know if something is true or not on the internet. But then I said I watched pretty much all his video and he looks really interesting. He he looks like he doesn't care about the superficial thing and really goes to the root of it. So I said well like I'm I'm not sure how expensive it's going to be, but I I want to like call him. And she said well. I mean, money doesn't really matter when we already spent probably like 10,000 on supplement and natural pet. And obviously health is, like you said in one of your video, health is more important than any money you could have. So yeah, so I, I did the call and it went really well with Anton. Then here I am.
Yeah, that's good. I think one of the things you'd also— you had done, because I think when— I don't know exactly which person it was, but talk me through the— also the rounds of antibiotics and sort of how many those were.
Yes.
And I missed that a bit.
So all of this problem started in like 11th grade. Everyone was sick, obviously. It's like it was after COVID. I don't know why everyone was just sick all the time. And then I was just sicker than everyone, and I was trying to play hockey. So I went play hockey, and I couldn't really breathe. So I was going to my hometown clinic, and they would just say, "Oh well, you have bronchitis, so take this and you'll be fine." So obviously, I listened to the doctor and did that. But after a while, I did that. Yeah, I think I did that. 3 times, and then I was like, whoa, there's something wrong. So I went to the actual hospital, and they just, yeah, they referred me actually to another professional that was a— I'm not sure of the word, but a professional of the lungs before the belly. So I was with a, yeah, a lung professional, and he told me I had asthma and all of that. But then obviously, yeah, I have no asthma. But yeah, he told me I had asthma, and then he was like, oh, all those rounds of antibiotics are bad for you. And then he prescribed me antibiotics and prednisone through the phone, which is pretty crazy now that I think of it, without even like testing me. He just like, he said to me that like the prednisone could stunt my growth and all of that, and I was like almost crying because he He prescribed it to me on the phone, which is like, yeah. So that was that was pretty insane. And then I think yeah, I think I took five rounds of antibiotics and two rounds of prednisone. And I'm gonna be completely honest, but like doing that, I wasn't eating really vegetable or fruit. So obviously, I wasn't helping myself. But I did a pretty big nuclear bomb on the microbiome there.
Yeah, how did you feel after that?
Like after all those rounds?
Yeah.
Yeah, so in 12th grade after all of that in the summer I was, I was like I lost probably like 10 pounds and I went to the gym for a year, zero improvement and just yeah. Life was just—I had bloating every pretty much every day. Every food I tried or like obviously at that time it was like I was still eating bread. I was still eating milk. I was still eating like a normal like human being. So it was like every day was like oh no more peanut butter. Oh no more sugar. Oh no more like I don't know just ice cream. So it was like every day just counting down the food that I could eat basically. So for Yeah, I would say like for two months, and then they just yeah. Obviously, the doctor I went to the gastrointestine whatever intestinal, and he said that yeah, it was a low FODMAP diet, but that didn't work. So then yeah, I would say I felt pretty pretty shit for a real long while. For at least two years of my life, yeah, for a good two years I was. Bloating, fatigue, and yeah, that was— that's pretty much it for me.
What was that? What were some of the things that you feel you were missing by not having a functional gut? Like, because I know you were— I think we talked about this— where it's like you, you just like, you felt like you didn't have a normal, normal life, right? You couldn't do normal, normal stuff. What were some of those things that you felt like Ah, like, I just can't do this and I really want to do this.
Yeah, for sure. Like, just one of the things, one of the worst things for me was actually just like going to a restaurant with family or my girlfriend. Like, you want to, you want to bring her to a restaurant, but then if you're not eating, it's not a really fun experience for her. And that's one of the things, just eating out, that's like horrible. Uh, going on trips, like When you're going on a plane and all that, and there's no food that you know you can eat, that's real hard. Actually, probably yeah. We didn't go on trips for a while because we didn't know like, is he gonna be all right? Is he gonna? Is he gonna yeah pass out? Like I went on a golf trip with my dad, and well, that's the like turning point for me. But I ate like out to restaurant, ate ice cream, and the next morning I had like a. Big migraine, threw up and all of that. So yeah, for me, it definitely stunned my my social life for sure and sports life. Yeah, I'm pretty much as strong or less strong. Well, right now it's getting better, but like this summer, I was either as strong or less strong than I was in like eleventh grade, and I'm in second year of university. So that's a long time of training and. Seeing zero results for me. Yeah, for sure.
What did you what did you tell your you know your friends and girlfriend when when you were going to go out and you know you couldn't eat anything?
I just I I don't know what I I think I called it like just a gut issue and people were always asking me you have like Crohn's disease and I was like no I I have IBS but nobody Like know what it is. So I just said that I had yeah gut issue or that I was like celiac or I just made like a if I didn't know the person like really well, I would just say an excuse or and my family well they know and my girlfriend but yeah yeah yeah I would just make an excuse yeah how was what how was a normal life?
I mean you touched on it a bit there with like just constant bloating and whatnot my max home movement. What— how was a normal life in your— or normal day in your life, I guess, at your worst?
Yeah, at my worst, I would say was last year during university. So we're a team far from every team, so we need to travel a lot. So we do like 7-hour bus ride. And yeah, that is probably the worst. During a whole 6 months, we were on the road every weekend. And I was just constantly feeling like a bag of potato. Yeah, I was like full. I was bloated. I was probably brain fogged. I was seeing blurry. I thought I needed glasses because when I played sports, I was literally not seeing. No energy. I think I did a full six months of volleyball, like high-level volleyball. Just Not even feeling 60% of my capacity. Yeah, it was just, I was going there, I was either bloated or gassy or full. Just, yeah, pretty tough there. Yeah, yeah, that's pretty much it. Yeah, the typical—
When you— yeah, sounds like a dream, dream scenario, right? Yeah, when you, when you came also to us, what initially did you think that was your main problem? What did you think the problem, or yeah, your problem was at that point?
I definitely knew. Well, I watched so much videos that I like, I was getting there, but no, obviously not really. But I knew that it was the antibiotic, the main Cause of the problem. So I always said that my microbiome was was cooked, but I just I didn't know how to fix it. So when I joined, I thought for me, I'm not sure yet because we didn't try. But for me, I thought like I was basically dairy free and gluten free and sugar free, and now I'm eating sugar and stuff. So I just thought yeah that my My gut was not liking any food, basically. I could just eat like obviously meat and rice and all that. But yeah, then what I would say was, yeah, IBS, I guess. Yeah, I didn't really know yet.
Yeah, no, but you— I think you were still pretty— you were onto it there because obviously that's sort of what we ended up actually like putting Putting the most amount of effort on, like actually upregulating your microbiome. Uh, did you— I don't know if you remember this, but did you ex— what did you expect me to, to tell you then when we started? Because obviously you had been through the people that just puts you on the, yeah, I'll take all these supplements, yeah, whatever, do this. It's like, what, what were you expected— expecting from, from me?
Yeah, it was when you said— the first thing you said was like, stop all supplements, and I was like All right, my brain was like, that doesn't make sense for me. And I was like, all right, I'm gonna, I'm gonna try. And then I, I was actually not sure. I knew because all I watched all the video, I knew there was going to be a reset phase and all of that, but I didn't know what it was gonna going to be. Um, I thought you were just gonna tell me, oh well, yeah, you need this supplement and do bone broth and all of that. I, I thought you were gonna— no, not the same, not the Not what we did that I thought we were gonna do, for sure. I thought it was gonna be different.
So why did— now knowing, uh, knowing it and sort of went through it, why did we— I guess this is very interesting for the people listening, uh, but why did we cut out all the supplements to begin with?
Yeah, so like you explained to me, it's like you can't fix the— you can't fix a blister if there's a rock in it, basically. So it's like just patching a Patching a house that is not really built. You can't build on a foundation that is cracked. I think that's what you told me, basically. So I was building, I was trying to build something on and covering something that was bad. So we needed to rebuild from a stronger foundation. And that's what, like, the reset phase did for me, obviously, doing the— A stronger foundation to build on.
Correct. Exactly. So that, yeah, I guess that ties into the follow-up, like why did we do the reset? But it's like, as you said there as well, we do a, or we call it calm, calm down the system, right? That's what we're trying to achieve. One of the first things we do, and we do that with almost all clients, right? It's like, okay, let's strip away all the things you're doing right now to just get cleaner. We do that so we can get cleaner data, right? And just to take a load off your system. And it's as you said, if we're keeping on just throwing supplements at the equation, it's like it might improve things short term, but like you're not— you're just like masking symptoms is what you're doing, right? Because you're, you're like, it's just putting, putting patches on, on something where the— like there's things that will continue to keep on breaking from, from like from the inside. So it's a very short-term strategy. Um, and then just calming, calming things down to make sure that we get out of this endless cycle of continue— or like of literally shooting yourselves in the foot, right? Because that was the thing that you—
Yeah.
Like now, look, for me looking back at it, you know, you had too much exposure of different things, which is why also your body was reacting to it, because your microbiome wasn't adapted to those things. So if you had like quite literally nuked with all the antibiotic rounds, um, obviously you don't have the bacterial profile to handle a lot of different variety and a lot of things in in, in your diet, and that was also why you got the reactions and the food reactions. And that's where the sort of, oh, I, I can't tolerate this, or, or, or, or whatever actually came from, right?
Yes.
Yeah, no, but it's, uh, it's good. After, after that then, after the little reset and calming things down, what did we do? What did we do after that?
So yeah, after the, the reset, I was eating, I was eating pretty, pretty restricted food, like 7, I think that was the number, with olive oil. So not a lot of food included. And after that, we started slowly reintroducing foods. So for the first, first week or 2, it was like just a bit of kiwi, blueberries. And that was pretty crazy for me because I didn't eat fruits in like 10 years. So that was pretty cool. And now fruits, I think, are my, my favorite food. But so yeah, we reintroduce food really slowly. And And then now I'm in 2 days, I'm at 20 different foods in my, in my diet. So a lot of, uh, a lot of different, but we went really slowly, like a, a new food. And then we did a bit of dairy after like, uh, probably a month or 3 weeks, a bit of dairy. That, that was a big win for me because usually I associated dairy with straight, uh, toilet. So problems.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah. So now I can eat a bit of cheese, a bit of yogurt with it, which is super nice. Then we added a bit of honey, which is a bit of sugar. So yeah, now I'm eating pretty much every vegetable and fruit there is that I can find my hands on. And yeah, a bit of dairy, a bit of sugar. So diversifying the diet was probably phase 2. For me?
Yeah, for sure. Yeah, I guess you answered my, my, my question that I was gonna ask there, but it's like, what, what, run them through everything you're eating now that you, you know, couldn't eat a year ago. But I think that's pretty interesting because probably, as you said it there yourself, like, or just before we started, I guess, like, if you would have to have— would have had dairy, uh, there at the beginning, or like the day before you spoke to, to us, and, uh, I don't know, the fruits and whatever, it would probably— you would probably associate that with like literally knocking you out almost, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I didn't eat dairy for like a year because it was for me so bad. Like in my brain it was like, no, no, no dairy. But yeah, now I can handle it fine.
Yeah, it's super, super, super, super good and super cool. And that, I guess that is the— that is really the bread and butter of everything, especially in your situation. When we looked at like a really downregulated microbiome, it's like, okay, Okay, how can we make sure that we're doing all the right things from a, I guess, stress perspective, which is very important here as well, so we get the right acidity or acidic environment and make sure bile is flowing properly and we can produce enough stomach acid, obviously with the resources needed for that and everything. And then, yes, just slowly starting to progressive overload your microbiome has literally been the key thing there. And I think that it's very, very fun because you, I have told you so many times, you've been executing that literally to a T. And like, yeah, I think it was— I think I told you the like the ACL analogy in the beginning, right? You need to like— this is literally physical therapy for the gut. We need to be very slow. We need to make sure we do this in the right tempo. We need to take it easy. If we rush this, we're gonna get back to square one. If we— if it goes slow, too slow, that's also not good. Like, we— it needs to be really, really on the dot. And obviously you've executed that absolutely fantastic. Yeah, so, uh, yeah, it's been really, really nice to see. And, um, to continue on then, I guess, Maksandr, where, uh, now when we've sort of been through those, those phases, like, where are we standing right now with, now with the symptoms and everything, uh, compared to, compared to before, I guess?
Yes, so now, now it's, uh, I'm feeling a lot better for sure. A lot of, uh, Wow, a lot of better mental clarity. Just not thinking about what I need to do and just know what I need to do. So I would say mental clarity, less stress about thinking, oh, this food is gonna hurt now before practice or before a game. I'm just like, I can eat this and I'll be fine. So yeah, a lot less stress about food. If I get bloating now, well, I need to have done something bad or had 3 tests in a row because I don't think I got bloating once in like probably 2 weeks now. So bloating is gone. Digestion, like even if I eat in between 2, 2 courses and it's like inside not a good eating environment and I sit down for the full course right after, I don't even have digestion, digestive issues there. So I would say I'm feeling not 100%, obviously, because we're still at the beginning of the journey, but I'm feeling a lot better for sure.
Nice. Did you think, uh, did you think it was gonna happen, uh, this, this quickly? I guess relatively we can say, but like, we have been improving a lot in a pretty, pretty short amount of time. Did you expect that?
No, I, I would say I, I I wish it was gonna happen this this fast, but for going for going on so long, not good. I was thinking like the six months is gonna be like in the end of the six months, I'm gonna feel better. So feeling better already is like super super nice and a big win for me. So no, I didn't think it was gonna be that fast.
Yeah, I guess worth to mention in your case as well as like. obviously being a very active, uh, young guy, obviously playing pretty high level, and, and like you have a lot of demand on your body. One of your, uh, sort of problems, we didn't really touch on that, but like, um, clearly sort of a malabsorption from probably from like a gut permeability or, or whatever, right? But like not really being able to put on, put on size. And like a massive win we've started seeing, seeing now, right now as well, is obviously the skin.
Yeah.
Starting to trend upwards in the right direction as well.
Yeah, that would be super nice.
Yeah, yes, it's good. Are you ever— or how does it feel not having to sort of worry about if the food you're gonna eat is gonna cause you any bloating or cause you any problems? It's, it's— I know for myself, it's like, it's a very big relief, right?
Yeah, it's pretty incredible. Like, obviously we're not eating McDonald's, but the good food that we know we can eat, just being able to, to eat it and just enjoy it is pretty, pretty fire, I would say. It's a big change. Like, before, I could eat, let's say, sweet potato with Potato and chicken, and then I would have digestive issue, and I would say, "Oh well, sweet potatoes are not good for me." So yeah, definitely, definitely feels a lot better to know I can just eat the food that I know I can eat. Yeah, big relief.
Is there anything or what in your own words? What do you think specifically that we did different that has led us to these these results in like once again in this short amount of time compared to all the different things that you've been trying trying before?
Well, yeah, I have a lot to say on that because I have tried pretty much everything. But the, the big difference for me— well, number, number one is actually tracking. Like, for me, now that I think of it, it's pretty crazy how a doctor can not know what you eat, not know how you're going, and just, oh, after 2 months he, he comes do a checkup and, oh, okay, you're feeling like this, okay, I'll Take this. So with with you guys, it's every day. Obviously, we we send our report in the start. We tell like every little detail, like oh, I felt bloated there. I was not hungry. So at the start, it's a lot of journaling, but you you you come to like it because you know it's gonna help you. So yeah, being consistent with tracking—that's a thing that I never had before. Then responding to questions, having a chat with you guys, which is gold, I think, because can you text your doctor right now? He's never gonna respond. So that's a big thing. And I called you my doctor, actually. It's like, yeah, I'm texting my doctor right now. So it's like, yeah, being able to text you guys, obviously you guys are not robots. You're not going to respond Automatically, but you guys always respond to my question, and that's a big relief. Just like, oh, can I do this before practice, or what's the best? Just a quick answer. So that's really nice. Taking things slow. Yeah, obviously you guys take step by step. We're not rushing anything. Like the natural path. When I did the test again, I had no more Candida. She was like, oh, you're good to go. Just eat what you want, and You're gonna put on size, and that's what I did at the start of the summer. I was like, all right, miss. I just eat. I ate a lot. Well, I was eating still good food because I didn't. Yeah, I'm pretty healthy. But yeah, I was just packing on probably a thousand two hundred calories per meal, and that I was not ready to handle that at all. So you guys, yeah, taking things slowly for sure is a. A big thing. Uh, yeah, I think things— yeah, I think that that's pretty much it for— yeah.
Yeah, I think that that's a good, uh, that's a good summary. I mean, uh, I think it's— John said in the, in the last call I did, or interview I did with him as well, it was like the daily sort of just making sure we're always focusing on the lowest hanging fruits and like actually being able to see it with— through data, not just guessing. Like, okay, this is the problem, this is what we need to fix. And like just constantly having that cycle of data and sort of, yeah, implementation or like a constant feedback loop, right, is what it is.
Yeah, we're not guessing with you guys. We're going to the root, obviously.
So yeah, no, I think that's That's good. Yeah, like every single time anyone says this, it's like it's almost a joke, but it's as you said there as well, just like prescribing antibiotics on the phone and like just checking in. I think that was one of the things you said in the beginning as well, was like, yeah, you go to the naturopath and then you get a PDF every 2 months and they have like no clue what's happening.
Yeah, yeah, they're, they're like, yeah, my last PDF was like take zinc, take L-glutamine, and, uh Eat a lot and then you'll grow. And I was like, all right.
Yeah, no, but I think it's that's really, really, really cool. Is there any or if someone if someone is is listening to this in kind of similar situation as you maybe that you know also been through the naturopaths and all these naturopaths, functional medicine, standard doctors, they've been through the killing, killing antibiotics, tried every single supplement. What would you— and they might even feel like things are like almost— they're losing the hope, you know. Is this actually something that can be fixed? What would you say to that person?
Yeah, I would say take the call as fast as you can because obviously me, I waited a bit. I could have had them probably like a month when I started watching your video. So if you found this video, just, yeah, click on the book the call and then they'll set you up. They'll set you up for good and they'll fix your shit. Yeah, so I would say just don't wait. And obviously you can see the price and be like, oh, it's expensive. But in the end of the day, in supplements, you probably don't Uh, don't think about it, but buying L-glutamine and all of that every month, it's expensive. Like my mom said, I probably— wait, not— well, yeah, we can say wasted, but we use probably $10,000 on naturopath and then supplement and just nothing is— yeah, obviously nothing got better. So just, yeah, just book a, book a call as fast as you can and don't worry about the money. It's, it's worth it.
Yeah, it's, uh, the health is the most, uh, is your most important asset for sure.
Yeah, yeah, health is, health is more important. Yeah, for sure.
Yeah, I think that's a good, uh, good way to, to wrap it up. But, uh, yeah, I'm trying to think if there's any other questions that I have for you. No, I don't think so. We talked about the antibiotics. All the things you tried. Yeah, I think it's, uh, it's good. Do you have any, any last words if someone has listened, uh, listened to this point?
Thank you. I've never been on an interview before, so thank you for watching. And yeah, yeah, book a call. That's what I would say.
Yeah, book a call and let's fix, fix your shit.
Yeah, fix your shit. Yeah.
Yeah, that's good. It's not, it's not nice to have gut issues, right? It's not nice being—
No, no.
Being able to go to the restaurant and, uh, being foggy. And, uh, yeah, it's, uh, that's not how life should be, right?
Yes.
Uh, yeah, no, but it's super, super, super cool. And it's been super cool to see, uh, or to be by your side as well. And, uh, as I said, like, see, because you've been like implementing 2 Everything without any— yeah, like we have— there's not a single time where it's like, oh, you've sort of not done exactly what we've told you to do. So it's absolutely— and that's obviously, that's half of the thing as well. I can only do my part. If you don't do yours, then, you know, nothing is gonna happen, right? So, um, it's super, super good. Maxandre and Yeah, I guess if you guys are watching to this point, I really hope you found it valuable. And do as the man said, go press the link and book a call.
Yes.
That's, uh, that was good. All right, thanks for watching, guys.
