8 Laziest Ways to Make More Money With AI (Zero Code)

Maciej Choromanski shows eight ways to automate revenue-driving tasks with Claude's Cowork platform, no coding required. Connect your data sources like Gmail or Google Sheets, then use Claude to predict churn, analyze sales calls, draft emails, and generate client plans. Each automation feeds directly into making or keeping money.

Every AI video shows you the same things. Content ideas, meal plans, you know, DM scripts. I'm about to show you 8 backend use cases that nobody's talking about that can actually help you make more money in your business. This day and age, the information is everywhere. So knowing how to do meal plans, content ideas, this is not going to help you. What's actually going to help you make more money are a couple of things that we are going to cover in this video, like sales call analysis, client retention and churn, how to keep clients for longer, how to make more money out of every single client because you know exactly what to say to which client to make them renew on your program. Inbox automation, team intelligence, cross-source second brain. Each of these elements that can help you make more money are going to be covered in this video. So use case number 1 is turn every sales call into pure leverage. And this is for ads, for content. You're going to extract all pain points from your sales calls and talk exactly about those pain points inside of your content. To do this, you are going to use Fathom. There's a free plan there and you can simply ask plain English questions across every call you've ever taken. You can plug most of these tools inside of Claude and I'm going to show you in a second exactly how to do it. But this platform is called Fathom. As you can see, you can simply open a sales call recording. You can access the full transcript. As you can see what you said, what they said, where the objection was, and what you could have done differently to overcome that objection. These are the types of questions that you can ask to Claude, and you can analyze the averages from your calls. So let's say 38% are price is a lot, you know, it's too expensive. 27% is I need to talk to my spouse. 18% is already have a coach. So what that means is you can create assets before the call that you send before the call and make sure to email those assets to those people. DM those assets to those people. Let's say like an ebook or a video, ideally overcoming these specific objections. This is going to reduce the amount of objections that you get on your future sales calls. So a couple of priorities if you want to make more money from this: identify the number one objection killing your close rate, auto-generate a personalized objection cheat sheet, compare prospect profiles of closed deals versus lost deals. So you can ask across the last 60 sales calls that I took, what are the characteristics of the leads that closed versus the ones that did not close? And then we can try to attract more of the people that closed in your content, right, by using their their pain points versus the people that did not close that are not necessarily a good fit. So how do you set this up inside of Claude? So you want to ideally download Cowork, which is the desktop Claude app. From there, what you want to do is click Customize here on the left, and from there go to Connectors and then Add, and from there click Browse Connectors. And here you essentially need to find the provider. All the apps that we are going to cover in this video, most of them do have an official connector here. So I'm going to show you how to do this once. You can just repeat it for the other apps., other use cases, other tools which we are going to cover in this video. But in short, as you can see, Typeform, one of the things we are going to cover later, the Fathom, find it here, you click plus, and then from there, I already have it installed and it's going to redirect you to login. And from there you simply log in with your account and you can ask all the questions about your sales calls. So going back to Claude, after you've installed it, you want to go to connectors again in the bottom left and click connected, find Fathom. What I would recommend is switch it to always allow so it can literally just pull the transcripts from your account. You don't need to approve it every single time. And you can kind of see some of the things that it can do. But the most important feature is obviously get the actual transcript of the call because this allows you to do unlimited things. So from there you can, for example, create a project and you can create projects for most of the use cases that I'm about to show you in this video. You can create a new project, for example, sales call analysis. And from there you just create the project and then you can start the chat. So these are the couple of examples that I showed you earlier. So for example, you know, what can I do right now to move this deal forward? With name, right? And since you recorded that call, it's going to find that call in your account and give you the exact objections that they gave you, their context on what they mentioned, right, in the discovery of the sales call. And Claude is going to tell you exactly what to send them, what to do in this exact scenario. Use case number 2 is analyzing your client check-ins, your client reports. So this is huge. You can connect Claude to your Typeform or Google Form check-ins, and from there ask anything. So you can see a performance of every single client in your in your container in one place. So who's at risk of quitting this week? So you can analyze the qualitative and quantitative data of their check-ins. So if somebody is missing their check-ins, if somebody got very short with responses in their check-ins, right? So let's say if you're a fitness coach, you ask them about any specific things about their weight, how was their week, and they give you one-word responses. That means it's a big red flag. They're most likely going to quit, right? They're off track. But if you have like 30, 50, 60 clients, it's hard to keep up with that. Because you have so many check-ins. So you can simply ask it to analyze all of your check-ins in your account, your Google Forms or your Typeform account, and give you the answer, right? Who's at risk of quitting this week? Summarize Sarah's last 6 weeks of check-ins. So for example, before your renewal call at the end of your program, at the end of somebody's program, when you want to renew them, you can analyze all of their check-ins in a couple of seconds and know exactly how to kind of frame the renewal and paint that picture of the bigger dream to kind of renew them for the next, let's say, 6 months of your program. And you can ask simple questions like list everyone whose sleep dropped below 6 hours, or for example, you ask a question like 1 through 10, how are you feeling this week? And everybody below like 7, list all of them. And then if you have 60 clients, it's very easy to see those exact clients. You can reach out to them right away. You can even make it draft messages to send to those specific clients based on their check-ins. From the last multiple weeks, right? You cannot keep up with so much information, but this tool can. So again, you never miss a client trending toward a quit, and you walk into every call, into every client call, especially a renewal call, or if it's like a difficult client and they're most likely going to quit, but you try to, you know, not make them quit, not make— not give them a refund. This is how you can exactly find all the context that you need to hop on that call and what to do on that call to renew them into your program. You go to Customize Connectors, Add, Browse Connectors, and here you have Typeform at the very top. You simply click the plus sign and you connect it again and make sure that you point Claude at a specific form because you might have multiple forms in your Typeform account, right? So make sure you point it at the right form and then it's going to be able to extract those, those Typeform responses every single week, for example. So the way you can do it is inside of Claude Cowork, you can go here, click to schedule tasks. And you can add a new task, create with Claude. You can just expand it. Hey, can you create a scheduled task for me that pulls all the responses to check-ins and identifies the red flag clients whose performance is dropping? Or the, again, the level of 1 through 10, how they are feeling is dropping. Simply speak to it. Explain what you're trying to do. I would always recommend this kind of like a voice, you know, communication with it because it's a lot easier because you can simply speak and explain exactly what you want to do. So from there you can set up a scheduled task every Friday, every Wednesday, whatever. You can also make it so that it kind of summarizes all of your check-ins for you or for your assistant coach. If you record like Looms over your check-ins instead of doing checking calls, if you just record Looms, it's going to be great as well because you can simply have like a quick summary of the person's check-ins. Use case number 3 kind of ties back to our previous point, which is spotting cancellations, spotting refunds before they happen. So if you have a spreadsheet where you keep track of all of your clients, for example, like this, this is what we use with our clients. So you put the client name, whether they're active, you know, you can put status here.. And then from there, any context on their life, signup date, start date, renewal date, end date, duration of them, how long they've been in your program, how much they paid you, are they on a painful or a monthly subscription, payment type, source where, where they came from. And then month by month, you pretty much note down how much they paid you. Did they actually pay you or no? So you can point Claude on this spreadsheet to analyze all of this data and give you very useful insights, which I'll show you now. So since you have already pointed it to your Typeform check-ins, It has context on every single client. Now you also gave it context on this spreadsheet, so you can also link it in connectors to Google Sheets. And from there it has context on every client, on their life situation, and also on their check-in compliance and all the data from their check-ins. So you can ask it simple questions like, who's most likely to cancel in the next 14 days? Draft a personalized 'Are you still in?' message to Sarah, client Sarah, in my voice to make her not quit. You know, what's the most common pattern across the last 6 clients I lost? Priceless data, right? Flag every halfway there client. 'Who hasn't checked in this week?' Super, super important. Or you can ask it, 'Who's up for a renewal this week? Summarize their past check-ins from the last, you know, 4 weeks. Tell me how I should approach the renewal call so they definitely renew in my program,' right? Priceless data. Use case number 4, specifically for online health and fitness coaches, is automating the creation of your meal plans and training plans for clients. And yes, it's actually very, very good. It takes you literally 60 seconds to create both. For example, you can pull responses from Typeform from your onboarding questionnaire into Claude on a regular basis. You can set up a scheduled task so it pulls the responses to your onboarding questionnaire, and then from there you can make it so that it creates these assets, the training plan, nutrition plan, automatically. So you can reuse it forever. It gets smarter over time. It has very good macro, macro accuracy. So obviously this depends on the skill that you use and what you feed it because you know, garbage in, garbage out. So I'll show you how we do it. So you have to add the skills. So we have a skill separately for a training plan and a meal plan. So you have to go to Customize, go to Skills and click Add. And then from there, upload a skill. If you want these two, you can DM me on my Instagram right here. I can send them to you for free. I'm not even going to pitch you. So it's a training plan and a meal plan skill. So what you do is you just go to, again, Cowork, the app, you go to Skill, you can select the skill. So for example, I'm going to show you one of them. So the meal plan, you just select it and you click Send. As you can see what it does, it creates a full meal plan builder. So client info, so client name, body weight, Goal. So what's their goal? Cut, maintain, lean, gain. Daily macro targets, so approximately the macro targets. Plan length, so is it a daily— this is a meal plan, of course, so 1 day, 3-day rotation, full 7-day. Macro distribution, so balance, performance, front load carbs, back load carbs. Meal structure, cuisine preferences, dietary restrictions, and must include/avoid. Meal prep mode, so you can even enable like batch cooking. So essentially what you can do is again pull responses on a scheduled basis from your Typeform onboarding questionnaire into this and make sure that you ask questions about some of these things in your onboarding questionnaire, like the cuisine preferences, dietary restrictions, and then you can pull it right here and it can create this automatic. So I'm going to just fill it with random things like 85 kg. Let's say they want to cut. If you don't have anything else, that's pretty much it. And then you click build plan and then it's going to, as you can see, generate these responses and then you can simply click send. As you can see, if you left anything blank, it might even give you recommendations. So it's going to give you a couple of answers. So I'm going to select this one and it's going to generate a nice document that we can send straight to the client. You can put this into your coaching app, whatever you want to do with it. This is actually very, very smart. And what I would do personally is first things first, create a new project. So for example, for this select client or like service delivery. And from there what you can do is you can click Create Project here in the context, add some files about who you serve. You can put your client roster again about your offer, about your niche. And then from there what you can do is simply create like one chat and write there, input some examples, meal plans that you created in the past, for example, training plans if you're using that. Training Plan skill, which I'll show you as well in a second. So whilst this is loading, I'm also going to create that training plan. So again, let's say service delivery. So I'm going to use the other one. So you can simply click Skill. And from there, I'm going to select the Training Plan skill and then click Send. As you can see, specifically for training plans, because everybody has different methodologies, it's going to ask you— ideally you can skip it, but it's going to ask you to provide at least 3 to 10 training plans that you've created for your clients in the past. Whatever format you have. So PDF, docx, spreadsheet, document, or plain text. The more I see, the better I'll match your style, right? You can do it if you set— if you want, you can also skip it. So I'm going to skip it in this case, but ideally paste it because again, garbage in, garbage out. As you can see, it's still going to ask you very specific questions. So your coach, company name, loading methods. So there's a lot of different methods, of course. So let's say, let's use like this one. So like, let's say again, Mike Watson, whatever it is. Tempo rotation. So if you want to include that, no tempo or yes. And you can give it more context on that as well. Warm-up style, so it's a brief progression model. So let's say RPE-based, default special techniques. So let's say supersets, you can like multi-select things you never want to see in your programs. Again, everybody has their own preferences, things you always include, and then volume preferences. So let's say this one is like standard, and this is going to save your style. So this is before you start creating, you know, plans for individual clients. So this is going to generate a document about how you train your clients. So again, you can either paste examples of your previous training plans that you've used in the past, or you can use something like this. And so it's a one-time setup that's going to generate a document you can reuse later. So Claude knows exactly how you create your training plans. And now we are talking. So it's saved all of your preferences about how you coach your clients. Again, you have this in your project, in your service delivery, you have specific like chat for training plans. So you just open it and it's going to start generating a form which I'll show you in a second. And then from there you can just start filling out the form and you are going to be able to generate individual plans for individual clients. Again, client info, body weight, you know, training preferences, goals, schedule, plan length, training split, equipment, cardio, special techniques against supersets, drop sets, injuries or limitations, lifts to emphasize and avoid. And like I said, it's going to generate that, you know, coaching preferences style, how you create your training plans.. And if you have pasted more of your example training plans, it's going to be obviously even more detailed. But again, you fill this out and it's going to generate a document, a training plan for your client. Okay, so the meal plan is done. As you can see, it generated all the meals with very good accuracy when it comes to calories and macros, and it breaks down every single thing, how to cook it, how to prepare it. As you can see, it's very, very, very in-depth. It's a very long message. So what I would personally do is just tell it to turn it into a document. And it's going to be a lot easier to view or even into it like a spreadsheet and whatever you want to do with it. And it's going to turn that into a document and you can reuse it from there, send it to a client, turn it into, you know, a plan inside of your coaching app, whatever you want to do. At the bottom is even going to give you the shopping list that you can send to your client. This is just amazing. Quick break. If you want us to come in and implement all of these systems completely done for you, check the second link in the description. There is a video explaining exactly how we implement our Fitness Profit Funnel. We help you with content, ads, appointment setting, and install all of these systems completely done for you. Now back to the video. Okay, use case number 4 is auto-drafting replies to emails in your voice. So, you know, you wake up, you have a list of 50 emails that you received that night from your team, from, you know, people trying to pitch you, from, you know, whatever you're receiving to your email, and you have to reply to them, a lot of them, right? So this tool is going to allow you to auto-draft responses where it's going to save them in draft. You just click send or adjust them if you want. So what you can also do is categorize emails in your inbox into specific labels so you can tell it to simply do it. So you can create multiple labels. So urgent, leads, client questions, promotions, spam. So you can tell it to, you know, categorize them based on these labels. So how to set this up? Go to Cloud. From there you have to connect your Gmail or your email provider. So you go to Browse Connectors. As you can see, it's going to be one of the ones on the top. Gmail and simply link your Gmail account. Hey, I want to create a cron job, a scheduled task that drafts emails in my voice in my Gmail account every day at 8 AM. So when I go and when I wake up, I open my email, all of the responses are drafted. I can make some small changes, some small tweaks, but I want it essentially to be done in advance. And then as you can see, you can simply tell it, it's going to walk you through any necessary setup and set up that scheduled task for for example, 8 AM every single day to auto-draft all responses to all emails that you have in your inbox. Use case number 6, especially useful if you have a team, is identifying repeating problems inside of your Slack team communication channel or whatever communication channel you use. So it's going to scan Slack, for example, every day again at, let's say, 8 AM across multiple channels that you have inside of Slack. Or if you use a different app like WhatsApp, it can do it as well. And it's going to find repeating problems. So let's say you have a conversation, right? You cannot catch it because you're busy running the business. It's going to find, for example, Coach Alex takes me 30 minutes, you know, doing this, this, and that. So much wasted time. And you see repeating problems like qualitative issue that are like hard to, you know, pinpoint yourself because you're busy. But this tool can do it and it's exactly created for that exact reason. So for example, the bottleneck detected here, right? And it's going to tell you. So for example, Claude scanned 847 messages across 12 channels this week. Recurring bottleneck is meal plan rework. So, you know, it's, it's a constant issue inside of your team. It's going to give you a suggested fix. So add the preferences fields to intake. Want me to draft the SOP? Do you want me to create that automation? Do you want me to create a spreadsheet on how to do this? Do you want me to create an SOP document for your team so they don't make this mistake again? So this problem is, you know, minimized. So OpenCloud, again, go to plus sign, connectors, you know, add connector, browse connectors. From there, find your communication channel. So it's going to be probably somewhere at the top as far as Slack. Exactly. So we have Slack here. Just click plus. You give it access to your platform. If you have a Slack with your clients as well, you can use it. If you have a Slack with your team, which is this use case, is going to be extremely useful. So you can use it to surface the number one thing your team complains about repeatedly. Turn any Slack thread into a written SOP automatically. So let's say find— you can set up a scheduled task, right? Just tell it, set up a scheduled task for me. So every single week you analyze all the conversations from this past week and create a document, an SOP, standard operating procedure about the most recurring problem so it doesn't happen again. For example, you can tell it, find what my team is asking me about most frequently and create a standard operating procedure I can send to them so they don't ask me all the time. Or you can create a frequently asked questions document or resource. Same thing. Use case number 7 is creating lead magnets that generate leads, that generate sales. So first things first, you can use multiple platforms for this. Claude has released that Claude Design. So this is one of the best tools for this. So as you can see, everything is inside of Claude. So you can set up a Claude project loaded with your brand colors, logo, Instagram handle, avatar, avatar document, a bit more about your offer, about your niche. Again, like any fonts, your logo and all that. And from there you can create a bunch of different resources. This specifically is about lead magnets, but you can create websites, you know, you can create funnels, you can create apps with Claude Design in your exact style, brand style. So you simply open Claude Design, it's going to prompt you right away. So design system, you go to set up your design You can select one of the ones. They also look nice. Set up your design system. And as you can see, you can go back and forth with it. There's going to be like a form that you can fill out about a bit more about your fonts, again, about your colors, about your logos. You can fill it out and then all the future projects are going to remember this specific style. And so some examples, Costco grocery list. So you can make it interactive. You can even make it customized. So you can create like an opt-in. So they have to opt in with their name. And once they opt in, it's going to send it to one of your, you know, spreadsheets so you can reuse that list later. You can ask for their email, name, and all that. And then the page they get redirected to are going to have their custom name as a custom variable. So it's going to look very personalized. It's going to be higher value. And then at the bottom, you can, for example, add a link to book a sales call with you, right? Obviously don't frame it as a sales call. And from there, a macro calculator. Again, something similar to what I showed you. Macro calculators are very good. You know, everybody wants to lose weight. Everybody needs a calculator. So this is really, really good. And this is just a simple example. And then a 4-week bodyweight guide. So you can make them fill out the form about like, hey, this is what I want to achieve. This is my current weight. This is how many days per week I can train. And then you can create a customized, like a custom based on what— based on the responses, you can create a customized next page, if that makes sense, with Claude design as well. Now, the use case number 8, and this is the most advanced one, but this is the best one, is creating a custom Claude code agent, autonomous agent that does most of these things completely done for you. It has all the context on your business, on your short-term goals, your long-term goals. It has access to all of these tools and it does all of these things automatic. So we mentioned multiple things in this video, multiple use cases that kind of cross-reference each other, right? Like for example, the Typeform check-ins and the Typeform onboarding questionnaires and the fact that we can create the meal plans or the training plans so we can actually connect all of this. So let's say a client fills out the onboarding form this automatically triggers an automation that creates their meal plan and their training plan and also whatever other assets you want to create for them. And then it sends them automatically to the client, for example, right? Or to your assistant coach, whatever it is. You can create these like multi-automations with custom Claude Code agents. Now, the simplest way to do it is yes, with Claude Cowork and simply link it all at once, explain what you're trying to do. But the best way to do it is with custom Claude Code agents. So a couple of examples, cross-reference last week's sales goals with churn predictions. And tell me who to DM today. Or for example, pull every Notion SOP that mentions onboarding and summarize what's outdated. Or for example, which Slack thread from this week should become FAQs? Watch Gmail leads from this month against my Sheets pipeline, who fell through? As you can see, great, great questions that are very hard to track yourself because you're busy running the business. Now, the easiest way to do it, like I said, you can do it with Claude Cowork or Claude Code ideally, but there's an easier software that you can set up. I don't have any affiliation with them, but this is literally the best software and it's the easiest one to set up. I'm going to link this in the description. This is the smartest tool, the closest thing to like an autonomous, you know, executive assistant. You can link all of the tools, explain exactly what you want it to do, and it lives inside of your Slack. So if you, if you've never used Slack, you can simply create an account. It's very easy. And from there you can use it to do whatever you want it to do. It's significantly, significantly smarter than regular Claude Cowork. And you can link all of the apps. It's going to remember, like, without exaggeration, it's insane how good the memory of this tool is. And it's so freaking easy to set up. It can analyze all of your, again, check-ins. You can link all of those platforms as well. And it's extremely easy to use. So this is kind of what the dashboard looks like. As you can see, you have unlimited platforms. It's pretty much the same thing as Claude. You can set up skills. So it has pre-built skills for Meta Ads, for Google Ads. So you can make it analyze your ads and your content, whatever you want it to do. You can teach Viktor as well. As you can see, you can record screen to teach it. You can upload a recording on how it can execute things for you because it has its own computer that it can literally do things on. So CloudCoward cannot really do that. I mean, they can do it on your computer, but it's a lot less effective. You can create multiple spaces. So if it creates apps for you, it can also create apps. You just tell it, hey, I want to create a lead magnet, collect all the email addresses of people that opt in, and then I want to have them in one place. I want to email them automatically. It's going to set this up in like 3 minutes without exaggeration. All of these tools using your apps and your accounts. It's insane. You can see tasks in one place, like all the scheduled tasks that you give it. You can see your team, your usage, and all that stuff. So again, I'm going to link this in the description of the video. There is an affiliate link. I make some money from it and you also get some extra credits for free. So you can sign up. So easy to set up. It's literally the best tool. We use it all the time and it's very easy for your team to use as well. If you have your team on Slack. Now you can also link it to some kind of spreadsheet where you track your DM setter's performance. Where you track your business revenue, your expenses, and you can tell it, give me a daily business brief. Yesterday's revenue, sales pipeline. So if you have a GoHighLevel pipeline, if you keep track of your sales calls somewhere, you can do that as well. You can link your Stripe to it as well to track the sales, at-risk clients, team blockers, top 3 priorities for today. Write it as a structured post. So again, create an account on Viktor and link all of those tools. You can just tell it, it's going to link them for you and you can create a daily business brief. So as you can see, a scheduled task, let's say every day, 8 AM, Tell me yesterday's revenue, the revenue from the last 7 days, revenue from the last 30 days. What is the biggest bottleneck in the business? Right. What can I do today to solve it? What can you do for me to help me solve the biggest bottleneck stopping our growth? Sky's the limit with these tools. Viktor is literally the best one. It's the easiest one. It's so easy. We use it all the time. And so I would definitely set it up and can create, you know, whatever you wanted to create, to be honest with you, so freaking easily compared to Claude. So hopefully this was valuable and I tried to make it as actionable for you and I hope I did my job. Now what you can set up step by step because I know it's a lot. I would say like right now today, you can set up first things first, the churn predictor. So link your Typeform, your Google Forms where your clients input their check-ins. Make sure that you set up emails so you can do it right away, like in a couple of seconds. So with auto drafts emails, you can make, add the check-in summarizer, sales call analysis. You can link the FADOM because some of you guys I know don't do it right now. You don't record your sales calls. So start doing it. And then once you have some data, link it to Claude as well. And then meal plan skill. So I'm going to— again, you can DM me, I can send it to you for free. I don't care. And then from there, a couple more things. Again, I would set up Victor. To be frankly honest with you, I would simply set up Victor and do all the things that I showed you in this video inside of Victor because it can do it all. You can simply speak to it. It's going to set up all of that for you. You don't need to You don't mess around, click any buttons. Literally, you just tell it what you want it to do. It will give you the steps. You just do it. It's going to set up the scheduled task. It can reference multiple apps at one time automatically, autonomously. So it's significantly smarter. But if you want to use Claude, again, simply use Cowork and set up all these things one by one. So that's the 8 backend use cases that can help you make more money inside of your online coaching business. If you want us to come in and implement all of this completely done for you and implement our fitness profit funnel, place a full content team, launch and manage your ads, place an appointment setting team, AI plus human, and automate your backend with AI agents. Nobody's doing this. Check the second link in the description. Comment below if you have any ideas which one you are building first out of these agents. Uh, drop any questions in the comments as well. I'm happy to answer. Like the video if you want to see more videos like this that keep you watching until the end.
