Claude Just Changed Facebook Ads Forever

Maciej Choromanski shows how to use Claude to build and launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in your own voice. Two AI interviews capture your ideal customer and speaking style, then Claude generates video scripts, image ads, and copy using patterns from over $1M in ad spend. The system can launch campaigns directly to Meta with budget and targeting settings.

I just built the Claude project that creates winning meta ads in your voice and launches them for you in your Ads Manager. I'm giving out the full plug-and-play project at the end of the video, but let me first explain how it works. Now, just so you know, this is not some bullshit. This is literally trained on at least $1 million in ad spend. The winning creatives that are the backbone of this entire system, this entire automation inside of Claude, is exactly what you're getting with this project pretty much for free as well. This is exactly what this system does for you: video ad scripts, but also it can create create the carousels fully for you inside of Claude. Image ads, same thing. There's two main types of ads that this project is trained on, which are DM ads and follower ads. But if you run some kind of VSL ads, this will obviously work for you as well. Like I said, this project can fully launch all of these ads that it creates for you. Or if you create some kind of video ads, it can just take them and launch them for you with the right settings optimized for your ideal client. To get to the qualified people fully for you. Now I'm going to do the full walkthrough on exactly how to do this step by step with the scale that will be provided at the end of the video. But first, let's understand it step by step. So first, we are going to conduct an interview. The Claude project is going to interview you based on who you sell to and also how you actually speak. So everything sounds exactly like you. Okay, so first it's going to do an avatar interview. So who you want to coach, right?, right? It's very simple. We need to get very clear because otherwise the scripts, the ads will attract unqualified people. And it's going to do a voice interview, which is questions about how you speak, words you would never use, phrases that make you cringe, and pretty much your cadence, right? How you speak so they can sound like you. From these two interviews, you're going to get two output documents and all future ads will be referencing them. Step 2 is picking what you actually want made. You can just ask it, hey, what can you build for me? And it will explain. But pretty much, like I said, what can you do? You can generate video scripts You can create image ads, carousel ads, and you can also categorize them by the type of ads. So you can tell it, hey, I want to create these VSL ads. I want to do a DM ad. So what's the difference? Most of the time, the call to action, right? Either click the link in this ad or DM me the word, or if you do follower ads, it's going to be follow this account, right? So these are the different types of call to actions, and this agent is trained on the winning ads for each of these types of ads. So you can script your ads. So video ads, carousels, or image ads. And as far as video ads, obviously you will need to film them. Now, if you do carousel ads, it can create them fully for you. And image ads, it can also create them fully for you if you give them pictures of you, which I'll show you in a second exactly how to do it. So configuring this project is going to be one-off thing. And after that, you just ask it for specific assets, right? Like I said, first we are going to conduct 2 interviews. Now, first you have to pull up this Google Drive folder, which I will give out completely for free. If you want to just DM me the word AI on my Instagram and I'll send it to you for free. I'm not going to pitch you anything. I just don't want to give this out in the description because some business coaches will steal it, use it and claim that is their own. Now what you get inside are 2 interview prompts to figure out your avatar and your voice. Second, scale files that teach Claude how to write your ads, again trained on our winning scripts. And lastly, the Meta Launcher that connects straight into your ad account. So let's go and set this up step by step. So first we are going to Claude and create a new Claude project and name it whatever you want. So create an account on Claude, go to the left tab and find projects, okay? From here you want to create a new project, name it whatever you want. So for example, Ads System, create project. And next from here we you want to conduct the interviews. So we want to start a new chat, paste in the avatar worksheet first, which is the interview process. A form will pop up and you want to answer questions and save the output. So let's do this step by step. We are going to go to the Google Drive folder and find that specific Avatar Builder prompt. We are going to download it. To be honest, you can just download this full folder, but I'm going to be doing this step by step first. So next, you want to simply drag and drop it and paste it into a chat, or just use that plus icon and add files. Okay. From here you can just paste it and just send. You don't even need to attach any message to it and wait for Claude to generate an embedded, like, a widget form. Okay, so after a few seconds it's going to generate this form for you. Okay, now what I would recommend is always refresh this page and now you can simply start answering these questions. So which angle are you starting from? Best clients/I already have a niche. So this depends. As you can see, we are putting together a very in-depth avatar breakdown. So we pretty much want to get very clear on who it is that we want to target with our ads. Now we can also use this for content in the future whenever you script content too, so that AI agents or AI tools, Claude, can write scripts specifically for your avatar. So as you can see, you have 3 options: best client/I already have a niche, you already have a client or a clear niche, you will model the avatar on your best client, the one who got the best results, was easiest to coach, and paid on time. So what that means is we need to get clear on avatars. The more advanced coaches are past this point, so you can just select this option, I already have a niche.. But if you don't have a niche, if you just help people lose weight, that's not niched down enough. If you help women lose weight, that's still not niched down enough. We have to get very specific because otherwise we are going to attract unqualified buyers from ads. Real quick, this system writes the ads and launches the campaigns. What it doesn't do is the daily optimization, which is pretty much all that matters, right? The creative testing, the scaling, and killing decisions when something starts working. That's a different game, and it's exactly what my team does inside of SocialFlow every single day. If you want us to come in and do all of this completely done for you and implement our full fitness profit funnel, create and launch your ads, place a full content team, place an appointment setting team, AI plus human, and automate your backend with AI agents. Nobody is doing this. Check the first link in the description. Back to the video. So first, tell me about your ideal client. So I'm just going to copy the examples from here, but you want to get very in-depth. How did they come to you? Why did they come to you? Right? So for example, the moment they decided enough, right? Again, there's a lot of different examples here. What did they struggle with specifically? For example, losing weight and gaining it back. Whatever the struggle was, try to go as in-depth as possible. What did they get out of working with you? So obviously, hopefully you have some good results. So you want to go very, very in-depth right here and put that right here. Sales call objections. This is very, very good. What do people usually say on sales calls when they hesitate? Type it word for word. So for example, I can't afford it. I don't think I can do it right now. Right? So you want to input that right here. Now, where is your avatar on the awareness spectrum? So this is very important. First, unaware, problem aware, solution aware, Product aware. So unaware, they don't know that they have a problem. They need education plus disruption, right? They need to first get like, they need to understand that they have a problem and they need to solve it, right? In the first place. Next we have problem aware. They know they have a problem, but they don't know solutions yet. So they need agitation plus hope. Next solution aware. So they know solutions exist, but they are comparing options like which option is the best, right? So here we need a unique mechanism, something that makes you different. Product aware. So they know you, they just need proof, risk reversal, or some kind of urgency to move forward. Now, as far as lastly, your offer— so you want to get clear on your pricing, who you target, like in short, and your unique mechanism. Okay, so there's another video on the channel if you don't have an offer. This is the foundation of everything, so definitely check it out. So I'm gonna paste this here, just an example, and anything else Claude should know. So for example, you can use the, uh, I work primarily with, like I said, with a woman in their 30s who are married most of the time, and I want to attract that specific buyer as much as possible. Build my avatar worksheet. From here you might get a pop-up like this, but it's absolutely safe. You just submit a few answers and you just send it and you wait for it. It might take 1 to 2 minutes. As you can see, first it's going to actually do research on web about your avatar, what words they use. So it's extremely, extremely in-depth. And next, you need to wait about 1 to 2 minutes until it creates a nice document for you. It's going to put together this very in-depth market research on the right. So all you have to do is just go to that little dropdown right here and click download as MD. Okay. And you are done with the avatar interview. Next, we want to go back to our, our main project and start another chat and paste in the prompt to interview you and figure out how you normally speak so the ads can sound exactly like you. So again, all you have to do is just download the voice guide builder prompt. And just paste it right here. And same thing, wait a second until it generates that form for you. Just a quick preview on the questions. As you can see, answer the way you would talk to a friend over coffee. Don't polish, raw is better. That's what teaches AI to sound like you. Every question is optional. Skip anything that you can't answer right now. So before you do anything, make sure to actually scroll down to the very bottom and make sure that Claude stopped running. So as you can see, it's still running. So let's wait a second. Okay, so you want to refresh it. And as you can see, you can see the full form right now. So you want to go one by one. Who do you help? So again, let's say woman in their 30s, married, like our previous avatar. Describe your voice. So I am very positive, you know, swear rarely, casual, a lot of whatever you want to say, right? And as you can see here, the more the better, like 2 to 3 sentences. Obviously I just spit out something very quickly, but you want to go in depth. Swearing level, as you can see, you can even see some examples. Shit, you know, I sometimes. So you can do whatever you want. You can do, you can put whatever you want to here. Words and phrases you never use. As you can see, unlock, elevate, thrive, game-changing. Let's say you never use these words, you want to put them here. Any sentences as well that you don't want to use. What kind of language makes you cringe? Same thing. Anything that sounds like a Tony Robbins seminar. Toxic, no excuses, no excuses. You know, whatever you want to put here. Paste 2 to 3 of your, uh, of your own post captions, scripts, etc. So this is great if you have some scripts or if you can transcribe some of your videos. It's going to work really, really well. I'm going to skip it for now. As you can see, you can skip it potentially, but again, put work here and you're going to reuse this document that it generates for all of your future content, all of your future ads. So put work here and it's going to pay off later. Your sentence style, so mostly short, break grammar rules, One-liners. So I will just use, I will just skip it for now, but mostly. So I will say mostly short, direct emojis, exclamation marks, no emojis allowed. As you can see, no emojis in video scripts allowed in captions, but max 3, never hashtags. So as you can see, no emojis in videos, like obviously, but like 1, 2 per caption. As you can see, it's actually, it's asking you about captions for posts or ad copy. So also 1, 2 per caption, no hashtags, for example. If you don't want to specify it here, don't worry. You can always change it later as well. Whenever you create actual captions. If you have any specific phrases that you use that nobody uses— stop guessing with your body, for example, or you deserve to feel good in your body, like whatever it is, right? Outsource your fitness, for example. You can also put that here. Stories you reference all the time. So for example, your transformation and an embarrassing moment in your life, in your story, you can put that here. Keep in mind, you can skip all of them. They're all optional. A controversial-ish opinion you're known for. So I hate when people preach doing cardio. You can lose weight with just strength training. Let's say this is like your position, like you're all about this. Like you say that cardio is not needed at all. So you can put that here, for example, how you open hooks. So current driven, that's over 40, or like, um, as you can see, there's different examples here. Paint, let identity call out, disqualifier, results, let question. So you can also say like, I usually start negativity to grab attention, right? Whatever. You can also skip it. Like, no worries if you are not sure. Your call to action tone: casual, direct, warm, aggressive, direct, action-oriented, for example, right? What you actively avoid. So lines you don't cross, topics, angles, or vibes that aren't you. You can see more examples right here. Again, you can skip if you're unsure. And then just click Build My Voice Guide. It's going to automatically send a message. Boom. As you can see, we just created the voice guide. It's going to kind of explain what it did, as you can see right here as well. I would recommend you to have a read through this, like, read through this, and then if you want, you can add certain things here as well, and you can write a message. Obviously, keep in mind that you should paste some example scripts or transcripts of your videos so this agent can know exactly how to create this voice guide. But if you want it to sound exactly like you, you should actually, like I said, paste in scripts of your videos so it can learn your exact voice. So you want to again go to the dropdown and download as Markdown. So we are done with the interviews. Let's get some ads going. So as you can see, once we are done with these things, you want to paste both output documents into the Claude's custom instructions. So now we are going to set up the actual project. So the one that we created earlier, the ad system, we want to go here, and inside of the files, we want to paste in the outputs, which is first the voice guide. It might have a different name for you, pretty much the output of your interview with the voice agent, and then the avatar worksheet. Okay, you want to paste both of these right here in the files of the project. Next, like I said, you want to download the full folder of all of the files from the Google Drive. So I'm going to do that right now. Once you have this, you want to pretty much take everything besides this Voice Guide Builder prompt or the Avatar Builder prompt, and besides that, the project prompt, and drop these— it's going to be 7 files— into the files as well. You can just drag and drop them right here. Now lastly, you have this project prompt, as you can see. What you want to do is you want to copy everything that is inside of this Markdown file. So let's just open it. You pretty much want to copy all of the text from inside and go to instructions, add instructions to tailor Claude's responses, click the add instructions and paste it right here and save instructions. And now we are pretty much ready to go. Now, something that I want to mention here, obviously these are skills that we use in our company based on like the winning, winning scripts across a lot of different industries, primarily fitness. If you want to add more things here, you have more documents about your offer, about your ideal client avatar, make sure to drop them in the files because all of the scripts will be significantly better and tailored specifically to what you are doing. So as you can see here, so what we just did, we dropped the files into the project knowledge, the skills that teach it how to write your ads. And next, we just need to start a new chat and ask it whatever you want it to build for you. Now, keep in mind, on Google Drive, you also have this README file that will explain kind of exactly what you can do with this. So for example, Here are some examples of what you can ask for. What you can do is just ask it like, what can you do for me? Start a new chat. As you can see, it's going to analyze everything that you inputted. And you can also ask it, simply ask like, what kind of ads can you help me run? And what can you do for me? As you can see, video ads, there's different types of ads that it can help you build out, different types of winning script templates, pretty much. Image ads, so there's a lot of different variations. DM ad, carousels, follower ad scripts, captions and headlines, campaign setup and launch. And as you can see, it can explain two types of campaigns, which is the DM ad campaign and a follower ad campaign. And as you can see, it will also generate a suggestion for you. For example, right here, the highest leverage starting point is DM ad campaign. So you can tell it, as you can see, it's going to ask you what I still need from you before I can write anything that converts. Call to action keyword and 2 to 3 real client transformations with names and specific results or client name placeholders are fine for now. So as you can see, it will ask you to give specific client transformations so it can reference them in the script. And it's also going to ask you for the keyword. Most of the time the keyword can be transform, for example, for the DM ads that we want to run right here. For client transformations, leave placeholders for now, as you can see. And let's just wait a second and it will put together a lot, a lot of things for us. So as you can see, it's going to ask us whether we want individual things or the full campaign stack. So video ad scripts, universal body copies, image ads, or full DM campaign stack. So I'm going to say full campaign stack. Don't launch any ads Yeah. And let's just wait a second until it delivers it. So as you can see, it's going to start writing first video scripts right here. As you can see, it has placeholders for specific client transformations. Ideally earlier, you want to paste a bunch of client transformations and stories about those transformations. DM me the word and let's get to work. So as you can see, it uses the direct language, straight to the point, action-oriented, which is what we said earlier when it was asking me about how I usually speak. As you can see, another video script call out. Pam, pam, pam, pam, pam. Show after photo, for example. So again, it's going to show you exactly what to do also in the editing process of these videos after you are done recording. Another one, pam, pam, pam. Another one, if you're a mom in your 30s. Next, we have the DM body copies. As you can see, literally copy paste. You can add a few extra emojis if you want. Another one. You have 5 versions. Keep in mind that in the age of Andromeda, we want to give the platform as much freedom as possible, which means we want to use all 5 copy placeholders. Like, we, we can use 5 body copies So we want to utilize every single way how we can give platform freedom to find an ad that would resonate with a specific person. So this is where you can do it. That's why it generates all 5 body copies, and you want to use all 5 when launching your ads. Next, ImageAds is going to create the copy that you want to put, the text that you want to put on these image ads. You can either create them yourself and make them look kind of like this. I'm going to put a few examples right here of what these stories can look like. You can just get a photo of you go to Instagram Stories, put this text that it gives you and create all of these one by one. Or we can also get Claude to generate these for us, which I'll show you in a second. So as you can see, there's quite a lot of different image ads and some of them will be social proof. So as you can see, it will have some examples of social proof right here. And you would want to put a before and after picture for this one, kind of like here. And we also have some headlines, as you can see, which is amazing. It created all of this for us. Like first, always make sure to go through everything that it created here. You can ask it to put it into a document to make it easier to view. And if you have any changes, any revisions you want to give it, make sure to talk about them, right? Just, just talk to Claude about them. You can use the voice mode, for example, and literally speak to Claude about what you want to change, okay? If you did the interview processes correctly, it's going to sound like you, okay? There's not going to be a lot of changes, but if you want to change something, you can just talk to it and make it change it. Now, if you don't want to create these image ads yourself in the Instagram app, you can also ask this project to create them fully for you. Now, to be able to do that, it will need your background photos, like a few photos of you, and some before and afters. And it will ask you because for different types of stories, it might require different assets. So as you can see, what do you need from me to create my image ads? Background photos of you, at least one, ideally 2 to 3. Brand colors, font preferences optional, logo optional, Instagram handle, which ads to build first. Okay. And to be fair, this does not really matter. You can just tell it to create them one by one. So bare minimum, upload one background photo of you, tell me your brand colors, tell me your Instagram handle, tell me which one to start with. Now you can actually skip the Instagram handle, it's not that important. Now to upload these assets, you have to go here, plus icon, and then click add files or photo. So as you can see, I just added a before and after picture, and let's say my picture that I want to use for the background. I can say I want to use monochrome colors, no IG handle added, bam. And let's wait for its response. As you can see, after I inputted my photos, it flagged that, for example, for certain stories it will need some social proof. So if you paste it in earlier, some info about your client results, it should have pulled them in here directly without asking you. But because I left placeholders for the video ad scripts, it's asking me again. So I'm just going to say her name is Amy. You can, you can add more info like she's a mom, etc., or you can just keep it simpler and leave it like this. Now, as you can see, it's going to create both versions. So 4:5, the 9:16 I would always use for every single ad. Like, that's the base. For Instagram Stories, for Reels, this is the format. And if you want to also create carousel ads or like feed ads that would look good on the feed, you definitely want to use this format as well. So as you can see, there's pretty much no limits, right? Because you can also tell it to create a square format. You can tell it to create whatever format you want and it can generate it as long as you give it your images and for example, images of your client. Keep in mind that I asked it to be monochrome. That's why it even made the before and after black and white. So it's just about prompting it, right? Also, what I would recommend is not put the, the DM transform so low because it's going to get covered by the, by your Instagram handle, by your caption. So all you have to do is just tell it, hey, can you push it a bit higher? But this is what it looks like. And as you can see, what you can do is simply download them to your, to your device, right? Or for example, this one, as you can see, tell it to put the text a bit higher and that's pretty much going to be it. Another example, for example, this one, I'm looking for 5. So I'm looking for 5 moms in their 40s. You can tell it to put a before and after picture somewhere here and again, push the text a bit higher. A few tweaks here or there. But as you can see, it generated an insane amount of ads with your image, with great text. You can tell it what kind of font you want to use, change the colors. Obviously, I wouldn't— I wouldn't recommend making it black and white. So just tell it to bring back the colors. You are 90% there. Right away. Now keep in mind, you can do the same for carousels. So tell it that you just want to create a few-slide carousel, to write copy for those carousels, to write the hook, to write the full carousel for you, and then generate an entire sequence, and it's going to do it for you as well, which is pretty insane. So also try it out. So that is the process of creating the ads, right? But now how do we actually get them live in the Ads Manager? So to be fair, you could just download the outputs of this what it gave you. These ads are genuinely amazing, right? But if you wanted to launch them for you, it can do that for you as well. So first, it's going to ask you for your budget and any necessary options. It's going to build the whole campaign inside your ad account. It's going to wire the ManyChat keywords so DMs auto-fire. Now, ManyChat has to be wired by you. You have to set up the trigger, but it's going to set up the same keyword in the ads specifically for DM ads. So when people DM you this word, they can get the automation from ManyChat. And I'm going to talk about that in a second. Runs the pre-launch checklist with you to make sure everything looks good. You confirm and the campaign literally goes live on your account. Now, keep in mind, by default, Claude is not linked to your ad account. So what you have to do is when you're on the main page of Claude, you go to the left, you click Customize, you go to Connectors, and you click the plus sign right here and you add custom connector. Now, right here, what you want to do is just name it whatever, for example, Meta Ads, and here paste in this code, exact code. I'm going to also put it on screen to link the MCP connector, which pretty much allows you to link Claude to Meta. And then you just click Add. I already have it right here. So all you have to do is just find it on this list. It's going to look like this, Meta. This was my name and it's the same URL that you saw. Make sure in custom you put always allow so it can create everything, all of these things. Can be done for you and you can kind of have a read through what it can do for you. Pretty much everything. It can set up the full campaign, add the body copy, create ad, create ad set, as you can see, which is everything that we need. So now we can go back to our project and next, let's just tell it, I want you to launch my ads and it's going to run you through the final questions and specify things that it has to know before it can do it for you. So let's wait a second. As you can see, so as you can see, it's going to ask you what I need from you before launch. So daily budget, country where you want to run your ads to, age range, custom audience. So if you have a list of 100+ past clients or qualified sales calls that you can upload, that's great because it can create a lookalike audience based on that audience. It depends on what types of ads you are running as well. And lastly, ManyChat. Is your ManyChat workflow built and live listening to the keyword transform? So this is the keyword that we mentioned earlier. If no, we cannot launch, right? So it will ask you to make sure that it's active. And this will be obviously specifically for DM ads where you tell people to DM you. If you do follow ads, if you do just landing page ads, it's not going to ask you for it right here. Next, as you can see, it asked me which of the 5 ads do you want to launch. It created 5 image ads for me, so it's going to ask me here. And just the strongest, I would recommend launching all 5, as you can see, across both sizes, which is 10 total assets as wave 1. Then we add more variations after we see what's working. So as you can see, it's trained on Andromeda, on giving the platform as much diversity, uh, diverse reasons for why somebody should buy, on giving the platform freedom to find people that your ads would resonate with, which means we give the platform a lot of different creatives, it's going to find the right person. So we just need to answer the question. So first things first, yes, I want to launch all 5 ads that we created with 2 sizes. As far as the daily budget, I want to start with $100 per day. For country, I want to do United States only. Age range should be based on my avatar, which is, yes, ideally between 30 and 40. And as far as custom audience, I want to do just broad. I don't have a custom audience specifically. You can see it's replying with everything. And what it will do, it will set up the entire campaign, walk me through the value rules. So this is very important. It's very important if you want to target a specific avatar and you want to target a specific age range, for example, woman 30 to 40. And thanks to the fact that you set up these value rules, you are going to be attracting your ideal client. Next, it's going to run the 11-point pre-launch checklist and wait for you to type launch before publishing. So you can see one last confirmation before I touch your account. Here's exactly what we are going to build. So it's going to give you the naming convention, engagement, auction, daily budget that you set earlier. As you can see, status will be paused, naming convention, um, conversion location, messaging app, Instagram only, United States, 30-40, woman, detail targeting broad, Advantage+ on placements. As you can see, Instagram only, for example, in this case, Reels, profile Reels, Stories, and Feed. And as you can see, we have 10 total, and each will have the transform keyword value rules. So it's going to first put all of this right there, then it's going to ask you about the value rules, pre-launch checklist, and hit publish. So we can say confirm. Are you going to add the 5 body copy variations? And let's wait till it says yes. As you can see, it will do that, and it's going to even give you like a roadmap on exactly what it's going to Now there are certain limitations when it comes to what this MCP connector can do right now. They've been releasing new updates all the time. So by the time you're watching this, there might be more options released on what it can do. For, as you can see, for now, you still need to upload the, for example, the image ads yourself. So you have to go to the Ads Manager, click upload, wait for them to finish uploading and tell the agent once it's done. But a majority of the setup is going to be done still by the agent. So You just need to talk to it and make it create the ads and set up the campaign for you. Now, if you're new to the Ads Manager and it all sounds really complicated, make sure to check out this video right here. It went in-depth on how to set up DM ads specifically for online fitness coaches in the Ads Manager. So definitely check it out and then just talk to this agent and give it any necessary assets that it needs to set up the ads fully for you and set up the campaign for you and make sure to use the KPIs and all the metrics and set targets for your ads using the guidelines from this video, right? Because you can launch the ads, this agent can launch the ads for you, but if you don't know where you're going, you don't know your target, you don't know where you're going, right? So it's very important to still have the targets in place. But as you can tell, this agent can get you 90% there, right? It can create the video ad scripts for you, it can create the captions, it can create the image ads for you, it can create carousel ads for you, and it can also launch and set up a lot of things for you in the Ads Manager. So if you want to steal this exact project, all of those files as a plug and play, just DM me the word AI on my Instagram. I would put this in the description, but I don't want my competitors to steal all of it and just flex that they're getting results for their clients. Again, if you want us to just come into your business and implement all of this for you, set up all the ads and all of this kind of like technical stuff, place a full content team, create launch and manage your ads on an ongoing basis, place an appointment setting team, which means human plus AI, and automate your backend with AI agents, click the first link in the description. There's a video of me explaining how my company can do all of that for you.
