Posting every day and NOT getting clients? Here's Why...

Maciej Choromanski breaks down why daily posting doesn't convert to clients. Split your content 50/50 between broad material and niche-specific posts, use a three-day Stories rhythm (hard CTA Monday, freebie Wednesday, soft engagement Friday), and message roughly 100 people daily with replies in under five minutes. Post client results constantly and pin transformation carousels to turn followers into coaching calls.

If you're posting almost every day, but you're not happy with the revenue that you're pulling from your content, there are only 5 possible blockers that could be stopping you. First, your split is off. So half of your content should be broader to attract a broad audience. You should test different formats, trending formats, see what's already going viral and recreate that in your voice with your opinion. That's how you attract new people to the page. And then the other half should be narrowed all the way down to your ideal client avatar. Most coaches are 90% one or the other, which is why they either get views but no buyers or they get no views So they just keep talking to the same people. Second, you are barely posting Instagram stories, and stories are where about 75% of your leads are going to be coming from. And it is not random posting. You need a very specific strategy. So Monday you post a hard call to action where you directly pitch coaching, and that is what pulls the high-intent people right away. You DM them, you get them on the call, you sell them coaching. Wednesday you post a freebie, so you tell people to DM you a keyword. Keyword to get a certain resource, for example, like a free workout split. And it gives you a reason to start a conversation and then qualify the person, book them on a call. And Friday is your soft ask. So you put a voting poll, for example, what's your biggest struggle right now? Nutrition, workouts, consistency, or for example, what's your biggest goal right now? Every single person that votes there could be a potential client that you can message. Next, you have no DM process. You should be messaging at least 100 people a day from your audience, people liking content, people watching stories with a normal opener that doesn't sound like a sales pitch. And then you slowly transition the conversation to fitness, you qualify them, you book them on a sales call. About 1 in 100 turns into a booked call. So that is an extra sales call every single day, as long as you follow this process. Now, another problem that comes up is you're probably too slow in the DMs. You have to be able to reply to people within 5 minutes. Look at what speed to lead actually does to your odds. It goes down like crazy after the first few minutes. So you need to either have some kind of AI setting system or just hire a DM setter or yourself be faster. Nobody knows you get results. And nobody knows who you are. Put client results on your stories once to twice per day. Every single day on your Instagram stories, you need to have some kind of client results, client stories, messages from clients. Besides that, on your feed, at least once per week, have a green screen video going over client results or have a carousel going over the transformation. And lastly, pin a carousel of your own story, the full transformation, so every new person that visits the page knows exactly who you are. And put one or two slides a day on Instagram stories documenting what you do throughout the day. People don't buy coaching programs, people buy coaches, so they need to connect with you as a person.
