A four-step follow-up framework keeps prospects engaged without seeming desperate. Like their recent message within an hour, comment on their post an hour later, send a brief check-in three hours after that, then a friendly greeting the next day. Wait at least a week before trying again.

"Maciej, I know I need to follow up, but I don't want to come across sleazy or desperate. What should I do?" Let me put you on some games. See my 4-step framework. Step 1: If the prospect hasn't responded within an hour, go back to your convo and like one of their messages. This is gonna send them a notification and bump you up to the top of their inbox. Step 2: An hour later, if the prospect still hasn't responded, go and leave a like or comment on one of their posts. This sends them a notification again, and now they're likely to see that comment and message you back. Step 3: 3 hours after that, if the prospect still hasn't responded, go back to the convo and say "still there" or "all good." And step 4: If that still doesn't work, the next day follow up with a simple message that just says, "Good morning, happy Friday." After the fourth one, I'll leave the conversation for at least a week, and then you can try again. And yes, you should be always following up, because if you don't, there's gonna be a lot of money that slips through the cracks, because you don't want to come across as too pushy. You'd rather be a broke nice guy. Save this video and try this out.
