A four-week framework to stop coaching clients from quitting after month one. Start with a shopping list to create early wins, move them into a private community for peer support, schedule an onboarding call in week two, then celebrate their progress publicly in week three. The system uses ownership, community, and recognition to lock in retention.

Bro, I need help. My clients join my program, then ghost me after the first month. I'm tired of having to find new clients instead of keeping the ones I have. Any advice? Easy, steal my 4-week client locking system. First, as soon as they join, send them a get started guide with a list of what to buy, like a Costco list, food scale, big water jug, and containers for meals. This gets them going and makes them feel like they're already winning before the program even begins. Next, get them into your community right away. Tell them, first thing you need to do is join our private group, make a post introducing yourself, tell us your biggest goal and why you joined the program. This creates instant emotional buy-in. When people cheer they feel like a part of family, and that makes them want to stick around in your program forever. Now, if you don't get the next one right, people are gonna quit in the first 4 weeks. Once their program is ready, book an onboarding call. Show them how to use your app, walk through their meal plan, and make sure they understand everything. Even if your program is great but they don't know how to use it, they're not gonna follow it to get results. And lastly, once they start winning, cheer them on and make them share it with the group. Mike, I'm so proud of you. Go post that in the community so we can celebrate that with the other members. Make them feel proud about every small step. Implement this system and I guarantee you your clients are gonna stay for longer. And if you want my renewal script to know what to say to renew them when their program ends, comment script and I'll send it to you.
