In this solo coaching video, Maciej Choromanski warns coaches against posting physique‑focused content, arguing it attracts low‑budget prospects who lack the habits needed for success. He introduces the "Content Trinity"—connection, resonance, and credibility—as the framework for effective content. Choromanski stresses the importance of using the exact words prospects use on sales calls to demonstrate deep understanding, shifting their limiting beliefs rather than merely delivering information. He advises teaching through personal stories, providing actionable steps, and repeatedly showcasing detailed client transformation narratives (pre‑ and post‑results, social reactions) to build social proof and generate a pipeline of leads that exceeds capacity.

If you post your physique in your content, you're going to attract broke people. Most coaches just think post more value, value, value, but they don't realize that the reason their avatar is struggling is not because they don't have information. Everybody has information. It's just their habits and who they are. If they half-ass your amazing advice on social media, what do you think the result is going to be? And who are they going to blame? You. And they will think that your coaching is shit as well. If you want to make more money from your content, you need to use what we call our Content Trinity. So first we have connection, second resonance, and third credibility. If you cannot explain your ideal client's problems better than they have, use their exact words, they're never going to see you as an expert and want to buy from you. The key with your content is to shift their beliefs, nothing else. On every single sales call that you take with a potential client, take notes. Note down the exact words that they use to describe their problems and use these exact words, because then these people feel like, oh shit, this guy is literally reading my mind. Talk to their pain points and show what's missing, then relate it back to your story. Don't preach, but teach through stories. And then give them some kind of, okay, some kind of action that they can take. From there, constantly demonstrate your client results, how this client felt before they started working with you, what was the transformation, how they are feeling now after the transformation, how does their family look at them, how do their friends look at them, the exact story, the exact transformation, and the feelings around them. Because that's what people want. Do that and you're going to have more leads than capacity.
