The NEW Way To Generate Online Fitness Coaching Clients (2026)

In this 2026 YouTube presentation, Maciej Koromajski outlines a comprehensive client‑acquisition system for online fitness coaches facing a saturated market. He argues that traditional "value‑dump" tactics make coaches commodities and proposes a differentiated approach built on authentic storytelling, a disciplined weekly content calendar, daily Instagram Stories with three CTA types (hard, freebie, soft), and regular live‑streams to deepen parasocial connections. He provides concrete templates for feed posts (client wins, B‑roll, carousels, polarizing reels, viral recreations, reaction videos, personal posts) and a day‑by‑day Story schedule, emphasizing the importance of narrative‑driven client wins and engagement polls. The system integrates ManyChat automation to deliver lead‑magnet freebies and follow‑up hard CTAs, turning low‑friction leads into hot prospects. For scalable growth, Maciej recommends a DM‑first paid‑ads strategy (60% image, 40% video), starting with warm retargeting audiences and expanding to broad targeting, with cost‑per‑DM and cost‑per‑booked‑call benchmarks. He also explains high‑ticket pricing math, showing how a $3,000 package can be profitably acquired at $800 ad spend. Throughout, he offers done‑for‑you services and templates (Canva, Google Drive, ad copy) to accelerate implementation. The video concludes with a concise roadmap: daily authentic content, story CTAs, DM conversations, appointment setting, and DM ads to reliably scale revenue.

Hey, it's Maciej here and welcome to the new way to generate online fitness coaching clients in 2026. Yes, the game has changed a lot, especially this year since there's so many coaches in the space, the competition is just huge and we need to make ourselves stand out. And in this video, I'm going to show you new strategies, something that you are probably not implementing right now that is making a huge difference for our clients and results that they get inside of our program, how they're scaling to $20K, $30K, $50K per month. Now, if you don't know who I am, my name is Maciej Koromajski. I'm on a mission to help online fitness coaches systemize their businesses so they can enjoy more freedom and make getting new clients easy. So let's jump straight in. Up until this point, you've had business coaches like Brian Mark Hormozy saying, "Hey, you need to drop value." You know, shouting generic tips, workout tutorials, nutrition facts, trying to prove you're the smartest coach in the feed. And this leads to being seen as a commodity and attracting freebie seekers. Why? Because there's so many coaches in the space. The coaching industry is growing by about 20% every single year. There's 20% more coaches every single year, and it's just increasing from now. Which means there's going to be AI freaking coaches on Instagram. You don't even know, which means if you just provide value, you're just in the category of everybody else. But if you implement the new strategy, the strategic attraction using authentic stories, targeted ads, and a real human connection to attract your perfect client, you put yourself in a category of one because yes, you provide tips, but most importantly, you are in a category of one. You are yourself. People don't compare you or your prices to your competition. And the key here is stop being a lecturer and start being a guide. Now I'm putting you on some game. I'm going to give you the exact weekly content schedule that you can implement and a marketing schedule to make more money specifically from your organic, but also from your paid ads. So first things first, as far as the feed posts, on Monday you can do a client win plus call to action. We are going to do this on an example of a busy professional because I know a lot of you guys target like high achieving men, career driven men, career driven women and stuff like that. So high performing men. So on Monday, client win plus hard CTA post, a client before and after showing a busy executive who lost 15 pounds, ask for 5 new clients at the end. So you can do like, hey, my client went from this to this, and you can explain the story. If you want results like this, comment this word and I'll send you more info on my one-on-one coaching. On Tuesday, you can do a B-roll video. So film yourself prepping meals or training and add a story-driven caption about discipline, for example, whatever. Just do like a B-roll video because those really pop right now. Next on Wednesday, carousels. Carousels get a lot of traction right now. So for example, you can do a valuable post, 5 high-protein meals you can prep in 20 minutes. Obviously, especially for like busy professionals, it's going to be great. On Thursday, a polarizing opinion real, why your 60-hour workweek isn't the reason you're out of shape. You want to be polarizing in your content. Like I said, the only reason somebody would buy from you in— if there are so many coaches, is because they like you as a person, because they resonate with your opinions, because they just feel like you're their friend, like you understand them, right? You— they resonate with you, which means you have to be polarizing. You're going to repel a lot of people, but you're going to bring in a group of people that just love you. You know, they're your fans. They resonate with you on basically every level. right? And those are also your dream clients to work with because you will feel like they're your friends. You know, they're like perfect clients to work with because they have the same opinions. And it can be not just on fitness, right? As you can see, in this case, you're saying why their 60-hour work week isn't the reason you're out of shape. Are you talking just about macros? No, at this point you're talking about their life. You're becoming kind of like a life coach. And do you think a life coach can charge more than a generic fitness coach? Obviously, that's how you can charge high ticket because you became a specific coach for that specific person. On Friday, you can do a viral reel recreation. Yes, you can still provide value. You can still just find the video that went viral and recreate it because obviously it's great to get views because you can get more people onto your page from organic, specifically if you don't have budget to run ads. And I'm going to talk about the smallest budget you can run ads in a second as well. For example, you can recreate whatever's trending. For example, day in the life showing how you balance work life and fitness. Next on Saturday, you want to do a talking head/reaction video. Again, we want to be polarizing. So if you want to find a video that pisses you off and it can be on body positivity. It doesn't just have to be on macros or a bad recipe, something that pisses you off, something that you disagree with. So you do this polarizing piece of content that shows who you are. You know, it shouldn't be scripted, it shouldn't be edited. These days what's great is that you actually don't even need to script your videos. You know, that's the whole point that people want you to be yourself. That's the whole point. That's why you can like create 2 or 3 weeks worth of content in maybe like 1 to 2 hours, you know, because you just speak to camera. You know, you can be walking around. It doesn't really matter whether the videos are scripted because people want to see the real you. So do a reaction video on Saturday, you reacting to something that pisses you off. It can be fitness, but it can be also, for example, if you're a coach for parents, if you're a parent, you can do something that pisses you off about maybe some, uh, somebody else's opinion on being a parent. Maybe you saw some video that pissed you off. You can do a video about that as well. You can do a reaction about that as well, or it can be a regular talking video. So, you know, just, just a polarizing piece of content, maybe some tips, something that you notice, something that your clients are, why do think about, maybe you can do a piece of content about that as well. And lastly, on Sunday, a personal connection post. So for example, photo with family or enjoying a hobby. For example, a caption, this is why I train. What's your why? So again, show that you're a human, show who you are. So again, show your life, show your opinions, show who you are as a person because people don't buy programs, they buy coaches. So they need to like you as a person and resonate with your opinions. And what's key is that basically all of this content has to be tailored towards your specific avatar. So there's a separate video on the channel on how to build a high ticket offer. I touched on how you can pick your specific client avatar to charge high ticket for your coaching. But every piece of content is tailored to the specific mindset and struggles of a career-driven man, right? In this case, in this example, obviously besides the Friday viral reel recreation, if you want to do just a general viral reel. Now, if you'd rather just have somebody to just come into your business and just do all of this for you, give you all the content ideas, scripts, editing, posting of your content, adjusted specifically towards your specific niche, you can check out the first link in the description. It's a video of me explaining how my company can help you solve this problem. And we have a very guarantee that you will be profitable from our services. So you can check it out. Now, Reels are great, but the, the place where you really build the connection, the parasocial relationship with your audience, which means they kind of treat you like you're their friend via Instagram, you know, you build that through Instagram Stories and live streams. But first, let's talk about Stories. So your feed is for attraction, but your Stories are for connection and conversion. What do you want to be posting daily? At least 2 client wins every day. So don't just post the win, Tell the story about it. So it's not just my client Mike lost 10 pounds. You want to tell the story. When my client Mike first came to me, he was struggling with this, this, and that. We focused on this, this, and that, which allowed him to achieve this. Now he feels like this. His family views him differently. You know, he has a different life. Maybe his kids look up to him. He finally feels confident. That's a story because then every single of your audience members feels like, hey, I want results like this as well, right? And that's why they will hire you as a coach. Next, this is huge. At least one talking story. You talking to the camera, unfiltered, unscripted. This is huge. This is important. This is the whole point. Being authentic, being yourself and attracting clients this way. Next, show your life, the gym, your food, your family. Prove you live the lifestyle. And what is huge, what is super key is you should be showing the highs of your life and also the lows of your life because everybody has the good moments and the bad moments. And it also kind of makes people watch your stories and they kind of feel like it's some reality show. You know, they see the highs and the lows. They see you winning, you know, hitting the gym, hitting the PRs and everything. But then they see you maybe sick in bed like, oh my God, I feel so bad, you know? But then they kind of build that relationship again. They feel like you're their friend, right? So you want to be showing the highs, the lows of your life and the good moments, the bad moments. When you feel bad, you also want to talk about it, right? Show that you're a human. And lastly, engagement polls/Q&A. So get people used to interacting with you daily. This is huge. I'm going to show you how to monetize that later. And daily stories are non-negotiable. This is how you build trust and stay top of mind. Because if you post daily, as far as like numbers, like I said, 2 client wins, I would say 1 talking story. I would say 1, 2, 3, 4, the more the better, to be honest. Stories of showing your life, documenting your life. You can just kind of treat it like a vlog. You know, just show everything that you're doing throughout the day. Even if you feel like people don't care, they do care. You know, because when you post consistently, they build that relationship with you. That's the first thing. Second thing, you actually always show up first in their stories when they open their Instagram app. At the top of their Instagram app, the circle with your profile picture and you always shows up first, which means you are always top of mind. Now, to give you the schedule for stories, on Mondays you want to be posting hard call to actions, which we will talk about in a second. Tuesday, the daily stories. Wednesday, a freebie CTA story plus daily stories. So that entire stack that we went over. Thursday, soft call to action poll/question plus the daily story stack. Friday, again, daily stories. Saturday, engagement poll. Definitely do an engagement poll plus the daily stories stack. And lastly, on Sundays, you want to do the regular story stack as well. As far as the call to actions, Mondays, hard CTAs. Wednesdays, freebie CTAs. Thursdays, soft CTAs. And I'll show you the exact examples in a second, how to structure those so you can make more money. And as far as livestreams, again, the whole point is being authentic, which means you want to be livestreaming on Mondays. It can be a 10, 15, 20-minute livestream. You basically just want to do a deep dive on one of your posts. So let's say you did a reel, like for example, you know, what I eat in a day. And maybe you want to talk about about some meals that worked for you versus those that didn't work for you. Maybe some breakfast that you tried in the past that didn't work for you because you felt hungry a few hours later. You know, just do a deep dive, provide some value, and at the end you want to do a Q&A. So just answer any questions that you get throughout the livestream. It's pretty simple, you know, don't overthink it. It can be literally just 10 minutes long. But when people see you unscripted, obviously because you're live, you're just talking to them, you're interacting. Hey Mike, hey, how's it going, man? You know, you build a huge connection with your audience. And if you're a beginner, you can do this just once per week, let's say Mondays, ideally twice per week. Monday and Friday. Now your story CTAs, the freebie, the hard, the soft are your cash register, literally, because this is the number one way how you will generate leads. But you need to use the right tool for the right job. These are the three types of CTAs you will use every single week. So first, as far as hard CTAs for hot buyers ready now, so use these ones on Mondays and I'll show you examples in a second. Next, freebie CTAs on Wednesdays to provide value and start conversations, especially useful if you have an appointment setter or even if you do DMs yourself. And lastly, soft CTAs to identify problems and build your pipeline, which means also start conversations. You post these on Thursdays. So as far as the hard CTAs, you post these on Instagram Stories. And to be honest, you can also post them on the feed. As you remember, you posted that client win on Monday and at the end you told them, hey, if you want results like this, DM me this word. So that was also a hard CTA, but a feed version, right? Now we are talking about stories specifically. So Monday, the hard CTA, a direct ask for a buyer. So you want to capture high-intent leads ready to solve their problem today using urgency and scarcity. So because you're building so much, like you're providing some value, you are showing who you are, people resonate with your opinions, you're going to get a lot of votes right here or a lot of people applying through this application. You can see an example here, looking for 4 more coachable women who are ready to get this, this, that result while, you know, doing this, this, and that, things that they don't want to give up. So if you want to achieve this, this, and that, you have this much time, you are ready to lock in and work, tap here and I'll send you 'Info,' and you want to put an engagement poll, like a sticker. Or for example, you can do an engagement poll. So if that's your vote here, and the first option can be, 'I'm in, send me the details, hell yeah.' The second one can be, 'I'm interested, can I get more info?' And the last one, 'No thanks.' Now I gave you 5 templates. We've been using them for months and months and months with our clients. They're absolutely crushing. So you can just copy and paste them. Just stop this video and just take them. Next, for the free BCTAs, again, this is a story. You want to offer a valuable free resource. So this is a low-friction way to get people to raise their hand and start a DM conversation. It builds goodwill and identifies people with a specific problem. Because again, I told you that providing value is not as important, but you still want to provide some tips, provide some free guides, for example, to build trust, right? Because everybody is just preaching these days and you want to actually show that you know what you're talking about. So if you give them a small, a small guide that will solve a small problem, but it will not help them lose, you know, lose all the weight, right? So for example, you can give them like a grocery list, you can give them like a recipe pack, you can give them a workout split. You can give them like a, let's say, some fat loss hacks, you know, just some small things that will help them, but they will not solve their entire problem. So an example here, if you want my Costco shopping list that has helped my clients get these results, message me Costco below. Again, this is a great way to show social proof, by the way. But at the same time, you put a freebie CTA and you can then message all of those people. We can set up an automation, which I will show you after the next slide. So stick around. And lastly, on Thursdays, you can post the soft CTAs. So this is an indirect ask. So you use a poll or question to get someone to engage with a problem they have. The intent to buy is lower, but it reveals a pain point you can solve. And the thing is like, obviously I would love to post hard call to actions every single day, but people will be kind of fed up with it. You know, people will be like, hey, this guy is just trying to sell me something all the time. But if you do it this way where you can still start conversations with freebies, right? With these soft call to actions, you can still start conversations and book calls, but it doesn't seem so salesy. It doesn't feel like you're just selling people all the time on your stories. So for example, what's your biggest struggle right now? My training is boring. My nutrition is boring. My training is good, but no progress. You can do examples and specifically adjust them for your niche. It can also be what's your biggest goal right now? All of the people that vote on that poll, you can message them because they all have a goal or they all struggle with something, right? So they are all potential clients. If you qualify them, you book a call and you close them as a client. So another example, if you lost 5 pounds per month, how many months would it take to reach your goal? And obviously every single person here wants to lose weight. So they are great potential clients for you. Now tying back to the freebies, how do you convert people from those lead magnets, from those free guides? When you offer a freebie on Wednesday, you want to use ManyChat to automatically deliver it and add a hard call to action on the backend. So this turns a soft lead into a potential hot lead. This is the easiest way to do it. And especially at scale, if you get a lot of those comments or a lot of those people DM you this keyword, it's going to be very easy to convert them into clients this way because you can immediately identify people that are hot and kind of just let the people that don't want to apply yet, you can just leave them, let them engage on your page, let them just connect with you a bit more over time, and then you can DM them, right? But the hottest leads, you're going to capture them right away. So obviously connect ManyChat, create an account, connect your account, create an automation and set that trigger trigger to user comments on post or reel. Select your specific post. By the way, I'm going to also put the exact template that you can use under in the description of this video to just make it easier for you. Add keywords, type the keywords from CTA. So for example, plan, and make sure to add misspelled version. And you want to send the guide like, hey, here is your free workout split. And then you want to deliver the link. You can, for example, host that on Google Drive. So just upload the PDF to Google Drive. You can create it with Claude, for example. There's a lot of these AI tools that can create a free guide for you. If you already have something that you've created for your clients, you can use that as a free lead magnet, right? As a freebie. You can use Canva to create it. I'm going to attach a Canva template, like a Canva lead magnet template that you can use to create your guide as well. So you have no excuses. Like you will have the template, you will have the automation that you can plug and play. You can plug into your account and it's very, very easy. After you send that link to that, for example, Google Drive link, you want to put a hard call to action. For example, PS, I'm looking for 5 men who want to lose 10 pounds in 30 days. Reply burn if interested. And you're going to capture all the hot leads. Without seeming salesy. So that's the organic part. But these days it's so key to run ads. If you want to build a big business, if you want to make $20K, $30K, $50K, $100K per month, the only way you can get there predictably every month is to run ads. Start with just $50 per day. You can start even at $30K, ideally $50K running simple direct-to-DM ads. The goal is to start conversations, not make direct sales. So, so what does that mean? What are DM ads? This means that people are going to be from the ad directly messaging your Instagram account, which is super easy because you are already used to talking to people from organic content. You just pour more fuel onto fire. You're going to be getting predictable hot leads getting to your DMs from ads. So what to run? A mix of 60% image ads. This is what we usually do. And 40% video ads. This is just a great split. You can start with just image ads because it's, it's a lot easier. And I'll show you examples of those ads in a second. Now, who to target? You can start with a custom audience of people who have engaged with your organic content, with your, with your Instagram, with your page, because you're retargeting getting warm traffic, which is cheaper and more effective. And over time, you also want to tap into cold audience, which means basically broad these days, because that's how you can do it. You can just basically not set any audience and it's going to find the right people. But again, you want to start first with the warm organic audience. So as far as the static image ads, so this is the simplest one you can do. It's a direct callout. As you can see, there's actually a lot of similarities between the hard CTAs that we do on Instagram Stories to these, because they're both hard call to actions essentially, right? But this is what you use as the ad. So this is the static image. So immediately identify identifies the target avatar. So for example, this is for high achieving men. I'm looking for 5 high performing career men who know how to execute at work, who are done guessing with their bodies and are ready to achieve this, this, that result. DM ready if you're in. So as you can see, you want to tell people to DM you. So this is the simplest one. This one is crushing for so many coaches. So you can literally steal it, adjust it to your industry. And I mean, it's been working for so many coaches by this point that you can just use this. It's going to work for you. But again, if you don't want to overthink it, you can literally just use some of those hard CTAs, those examples I gave you, 5 exact templates. You You can use all of those for this as well. Now for the video ads, you can be a bit more in depth, right? You can go a bit more in depth on your system, on the client results and everything, because you have more time compared to static image ads. You have more space. You can explain your system a bit more. Obviously there's a lot of different types of ads, but just to give you a simple one, if you're a specific avatar who's tired of this frustration, you probably tried this, this, that solution, but nothing sticks because of this, this, and that. That's why I created— you want to put your unique mechanism name. Right, of your offer. It's helped people like my client Mike, who is XYZ. You can tell a bit of their story, achieve this result. Or my client Steve, who went from this to this, achieve this result. If you're ready to your dream outcome, comment the word transform and I'll send you the details and I'll send you more info on my one-on-one online coaching. And you can see an example of a great execution of this with a moto. That's, as you can see, a very specific niche. So you can steal this template. There's obviously a lot more, but I wouldn't necessarily overthink it. You know, as long as you talk about your client's avatar problems, it's going to work. Now, the technical side, what are you actually aiming for? You want to be getting DMs for ideally less than $10 per DM, and you can track that in the Meta Ads Manager. And as far as booked calls, the cost per booked call, ideally below $200. And that's why it's so important to charge high ticket, because if you book a call for $200 and it takes you, let's say, 3, 4 calls to close one client because you have like a 75% show-up rate, which means 3 out of 4 calls actually show up, and you have a 30% close rate, which is the industry average, that means that you need about 4 calls to close one high-ticket client, which means let's say you charge $3,000 for your package and you spend $800 to acquire them. You just basically made 4x ROAS, which is actually pretty bad. You know, you can make a lot more. But in this case, let's say you spend $800 and you close one client, which means you basically put $1 in, you got $4 out, and it can only go up from there. So there's obviously a lot of technicalities. If you want us to come in and install all of these ads you know, script them out, edit them, and manage all of this for you, you can check out the first link in the description. There's a video of me explaining how my company can help you solve the problem with client acquisition and operations in your business, basically scale. And we do everything done for you. It's not some another business mentorship, and we will not teach you how to get clients. We will literally get them done for you. So you can check it out. I don't really mind if you do or if you don't, but I hope you got some value from this video. To just summarize it, you want to post daily authentic content. That means stories and feed. You want to be doing daily story CTAs to start conversations. And obviously you want to be talking to people in the DMs. You want to have an appointment setter. You want to be sending some outbound messages to people from your audience to start conversations as well. And on top of that, you want to be running simple DM ads to predictably have, always have leads inside of your DMs. So that's it. That's your roadmap. That's how you scale to whatever number you have in mind, because over time you can just increase the ad spend and just scale to bigger levels. If you know that it takes you $800 to close one client, client, you can spend $800 per day and close one client per day. It literally is that simple. Obviously, there's a lot of caveats. That's how we can help, but it basically is just maths. So that's how you can scale to the bigger levels. Again, if you like the video, there's a button for that. So make sure you click it if you did and subscribe to the channel if you want to see more videos that are valuable and keep you engaged and watching until the end. Thanks so much for watching and I'll see you in the next one.
