Instagram crops and overlays content at the edges of videos. Keep faces, captions, and text hooks away from all four sides or they'll get cut off. The creator offers a template overlay to help you stay in the safe zone.
This is your safe zone. This is your fuck zone. Your face is gonna go here, drop your captions here, your text hook right here in the lower third. Don't slap shit on the edges, the left, the right, the top, the bottom. That's the danger zone, and Instagram is gonna block that. Following these rules will allow your videos to perform a lot better, and you will get your entire message across. And if you want this overlay, comment zone, and I'll send it to you.
