Why You're Stuck at $10-15K/Month as a Fitness Coach (The Hard Truth)

In this presentation, Maciek Horomajski addresses fitness coaches earning $5,000‑$15,000 per month who feel they have hit a revenue ceiling. He explains that the core problem is trading time for money by handling low‑leverage tasks (video editing, caption writing, DM replies, graphics) that are worth far less than the coach’s effective hourly rate of about $125. He outlines the painful, multi‑step process of hiring virtual assistants—sourcing candidates, interviewing, creating SOPs, training, managing, and firing—and why many coaches fail at it. He then critiques traditional business mentors, noting they provide strategy and accountability but no implementation, leaving coaches still responsible for building teams and systems. As an alternative, he introduces the concept of a “growth partner,” a done‑for‑you service that supplies a trained content team, appointment setters, expert management, and metric‑driven coaching, effectively handing the coach the keys to a Ferrari. He contrasts the slow road (months of hiring, trial‑and‑error, continued low‑value work) with the shortcut (pre‑built systems, outsourced execution, focus on high‑value activities) and positions his company as the only viable shortcut to scale beyond $20K to $50K‑$100K+ per month. The video ends with a low‑pressure call‑to‑action to book a discovery call via a link in the description.

So you're a fitness coach, you're making between $5,000 to $15,000 per month, but you feel stuck. You feel like there is a ceiling that you cannot break through. In this video, I'll show you why this happens and how you can overcome that ceiling, how you can break through so you can actually scale your business. Now, if you don't know who I am, my name is Maciek Horomajski. I'm on a mission to help online fitness coaches systemize their businesses so they can enjoy more freedom and scale the business and make getting new clients easy. So let's jump straight in. You've mastered the art of being a one-person army to get you to $5,000 to $15,000 per month. But now the very things that made you successful are actually holding you back. Do you feel like you're working harder than ever? Is your business completely dependent on you and your time? You feel like you can't compete with bigger coaches who have teams. It's very, very real and it happens to every single coach. Now, to understand how to scale the business, hire the right team, we first need to start with the goal in mind. Let's say if you want to make $20K per month, your time, if we break it up into hourly rate, your time is worth about $125 per hour. So if you're still stuck doing video editing, writing captions, answering DMs, creating graphics, maybe if you have just one team member, I I'm talking about building a big team. If you're still stuck doing these low leverage tasks that you can outsource for $10 per hour and your goal revenue is to make, let's say, $20K per month in this scenario, everything that is below $125 per hour should be outsourced because otherwise you will always be trading time for your money. And yeah, maybe right now you're not comfortable investing that. However, you have to become the person you want to be first and let the reality catch up, right? If you want to lose weight, you first start to eat like the person that is capable of losing weight and over time it just happens naturally. So if you want to make a lot of money, you have You have to think like that person, already be acting like that person, and let their reality catch up as well. Hiring is pretty damn painful. If you think you'll just hire somebody, to be honest with you, it's really not that easy because you have to learn a completely new skill. First, you need to hunt, you know, sift through dozens of applications. On Philippines, I recommend OnlineJobs.ph for a lot of your, like, virtual assistants and stuff like that. Then you need to actually interview 10 to 20 people to find one good fit. Then you probably don't have any SOPs, standard operating procedures, which means step-by-step what they have to do with a visual process, with the video process of you completing the thing and what can go wrong at every single step that put into one directory where they can access it and they cannot fail. You probably don't have that in place and you need to build that from scratch. Then you need to basically become the babysitter because you have to train, manage, and clean up their mistakes. And then you also need to learn to fire people if they're not performing, which you'll have to learn. If you don't, you will have donkeys on your team that you have to lead instead of them actually doing the work themselves. And hiring isn't a task, it's literally like a full-time job that distracts you from actually growing your business. Now, on the other hand, you can also hire mentors. Obviously, business mentors are cool, but mentors give you the map, but they don't give you the car. They won't drive the road for you. A mentor can give you a strategy or game plan, frameworks and templates, accountability calls, maybe some group calls, right? Most of them, they're not really the best. They have some success coaches there that you probably don't actually have access to that specific mentor. You get some community, some knowledge and advice. Now what they don't give you, they don't give you a team. They don't really give your time back. They actually put more on your plate. They just basically tell you what to do, right? It's not really dedicated most of the time. It's usually just group calls. It's like general support. It's not very, you know, you don't have like one-on-one calls with them all the time. And usually there is no guarantees. Risk is basically on you. You have to do all of the work. Mentors sell information, not implementation. And you're still the one stuck doing all the work and you still need to hire all those people, build all the systems and do it. Basically from scratch. They will help you get one step further, but they will not do everything for you. Now there's really one secret sauce, one shortcut that does work better than a mentor. They don't for you shortcut. Instead of learning to build a car, what if someone just gave you the keys to a Ferrari, you know, and actually drive it for you? And that's what we call a growth partner. And these are companies, for example, like mine, where we don't just coach you, we actually execute, right? We don't teach you how to get clients. We actually get the clients for you. So what you get instantly from day one, a trained content team that when you join will do a very, very in-depth market research on your ideal client. We don't use ChatGPT scripts and stuff like that. You have a dedicated person that writes all the scripts for you, creates all the content for you, all the content ideas for you. You have a content editor that edits content for fitness coaches at the highest level with all the best animations and the most engaging content styles. You have proven prebuilt systems literally done for you. You have trained appointment setters, placed directly on your account, working exclusively on your account. You don't need to find them, train them, you know, manage them, fire them, and you have expert management done for you. And you also get business coaching on top of that. We will consult you on growing your business with one-on-one calls every single week. But the difference is, like I said, we won't tell you what to do. We will actually— yeah, we will give you advice, but we will actually back it up with data because we track everything for you, because we also do everything for you, right? So we know exactly what's going on behind the scenes. We track every metric that you can imagine. We give you advice based on these metrics, and then we actually implement all of this for you. So a business mentor would never do this for you. So like I said, you have this slow road or the shortcut. The slow road: spend months finding and training employees, waste money on failed hires, build systems from scratch through trial and error, remain stuck doing 10-hour per, per, per hour tasks, grow slowly while competitors scale past you, and spend thousands. There's business coaches who charge tens of thousands of dollars for access to their programs to essentially just tell you what to do. Or you can get the shortcut, get a trained team from The One, proven systems already in place, expert management handles everything, focus only on $125 per hour activities or even more. Obviously $20K per month is not the goal. We want to help you scale to $50K, $100K per month and then scale faster than ever before. So I hope at least you got some idea on what tasks you should be doing as a fitness coach if you want to scale to big numbers. If you want somebody to just come in, like I said, get the shortcut, you can check the first link in the description. Video of me explaining how my company can help you solve this problem. And as you can see, it's literally the only shortcut available to scale your business to bigger levels. After you watch the video, you can fill out the form and book a call with our team so we can just break down how the systems work. It's a low-pressure call. We're not going to try to sell you, hard sell you on the call. We will just break down how it all works and see if this will be a fit for you. If it is, we will onboard you. If not, we will just leave it there. But I implore you, it may well freaking change your life because as you can see, you can take the slow road, you can hire mentors, you can waste a lot of money and still have to do all of this yourself. Yourself, or you can just get somebody to just do this all for you and still consult you and still be essentially your business coach in the process. So if you want, again, check out that video in the description, that link in the description, and hopefully we'll speak soon. If not, at least I hope you got some value from the video, and I'm looking forward to seeing you in the next video.
