You can't outwork broken systems

A coach can't scale from $10-20K to $50-100K monthly by working harder. You need leverage: hire a team for repetitive work and set up paid advertising for client acquisition. Organic reach alone won't cut it.

If you hit a plateau in the gym, would you just double your training volume expecting that you will double your results? If you go to the gym 6 times per week, would you start going 12 times per week? Of course not. It's completely stupid, right? So why do you try to do the same thing in your business? Why do you try to double the volume of something that is not working? I know you work hard in the gym. I know you want to work hard in your business, but is this really the life that you wanted to live? Like no vacation, no quiet weekends, Sunday catching up on work, burned out trying to do everything yourself. Yeah, hard work got you to $20K a month. Hard work will not get you to $50K a month, $100K per month, because that requires a different solution. The thing that scales isn't more input, isn't doing more, it's leverage. For coaches at around $10K to $20K a month, that means pretty much two things. First, hiring and training a team that runs the, you know, the parts of your business that are repetitive that you're doing yourself. Content team, setter team, backend team, backend operations. The thing is, most coaches at this level refuse to hire because it feels uncomfortable. It something new. So they keep just doing everything themselves to save money. But what they don't realize is that the time they're saving is exactly the time they need to actually grow. So hiring is first, and second, it's a scalable front-end client acquisition system. In most cases, organic is not enough, so you have to start running paid ads. So it's never about working harder, it's about working on what has leveraged. Don't think if something is easy, that means it won't get you results. I know it's not like that. Like in the gym, it has to be hard, it has to be painful, progressive overload, But in the business, it doesn't necessarily work that way. Every day, think of one thing, just one thing that you can do today that will actually move the needle and move you just a bit closer to your goal.
