Coaches posting daily on Instagram often fail to convert because their hooks are too generic. Instead of broad tips, target your ideal client directly: name their specific pain point, like "busy professional in your 30s exhausted by 3 PM." A systematic, avatar-focused approach beats posting frequency.

If you've been posting consistently but you're not happy with how many clients you're signing from your content, I know what the problem is. It's so subtle, which is why it's so hard to spot. Most coaches are way too generic with their hooks, like "5 tips to get a better workout." In most of your videos, you need to call out your client avatar in the first few seconds. Either mention them directly or reference a struggle that only they would have and understand. Instead of "Here is how to lose weight," you say, "If you're a busy professional in your 30s who can't figure out why you're exhausted by 3 PM and your pants just don't fit anymore, listen up." See the difference? Like the first one is for everyone, which means it's for no one. The second one makes one specific avatar stop scrolling because they feel like you're looking directly at them. Now you can still create content designed to be broader and potentially go viral. That has its place. But the majority of your content, the stuff that actually generates money, needs to speak directly to the person you want to work with. Their words, their struggles, and their situation. I actually built a prompt that can rewrite any hook, any video idea, any script to be tailored towards your specific avatar. Comment prompt and I'll send it to you.
