This is another powerful statement you want to write down, which is you want to reward the behavior you want to see more of. Reward the behavior you want to see more of. Now, the reason I mentioned this is because a lot of people and a lot of women will unintentionally punish the behavior they want to see more of. So, for example, a guy doesn't text you for several days. All of a sudden, he texts you, and then you're kind of upset at him because you've been waiting and you've been wanting him to text you. So all of a sudden you text back, like, why did you wait so long to text me back? Or where were you? Or why haven't you been, you know, messaging me back? Or, you know, what happened? And this can subtly punish him for reaching out to you, right? He reached out to you. Now all of a sudden, you're kind of attacking him. And now he feels subtly, subconsciously, he may not think this consciously, but subconsciously he's thinking, every time I reach out to her, I get punished. So why would I want to reach out anymore? And this doesn't mean that you're a doormat, but it means you want to start being aware of this.
