How to know if you're dealing with a broken man, if you're in a situation with a guy or a relationship where you feel a bit confused of why he isn't really taking care of you in the way you desire, why he's not stepping up, why he's not committing, why he may not be showing you the love and adoration that your heart wants, you may be dealing with a broken man, and depending on if he is a broken man or not, there are very specific strategies that I'm going to recommend to you of how you handle that. But first we have to diagnose it. And this will help you understand men also on a much deeper level, how they think, how they feel, what they want, what they don't want, and the way they operate in a relationship. Especially depending on what kind of traumas, wounds, past experiences they've had, and how that may show up with you and in your relationship moving forward. So I'm Brody Boyd, if you don't know me already, and for over 20 years, combined with my wife, Antia, we've been helping thousands of successful women all over the world to get a loving, long term and committed relationship with a man they desire. So let's go ahead and dive into what are those signs to look for now? Sign number eight to look for if you're dealing with a broken man is simply he isn't showing care for your heart. That's the ultimate measure that I recommend using with a man is thumbs up, is he showing care for your heart or thumbs down, is he not showing care for your heart? If a man is showing care for your heart, if that's good, that means he's probably a healthy man and he probably has some level of care for you. If a man isn't showing care for your heart, that's bad. And that means he probably is a broken man and or he doesn't have any care for you and that's really all that matters. At the end of the day, you don't need to become a psychoanalyst and start to figure out who he is and what he is all about and what's going on with him and the reasons why. Oftentimes you just need to pay attention to those two signals. Is he showing care for your heart or is he not showing care for your heart to know if he's a broken man or not, or if he doesn't care about you or not. But really either way, the result is the same. The result is he's not showing up in a way that you need in your relationship. And it's probably time to start implementing some new strategies. And if things don't shift, then it's probably time to start stepping away, because that's not a relationship you're probably going to want to be in long term. You can also do this exercise that I recommend, which can be analyzing your relationship with him up until this point or at least the last three months potentially, if you've been seeing him for that long or longer, and then future pace that into the future and say, if the relationship as it's been, were to continue like this for the rest of my life with him, would I be okay with that? Like, if nothing were to change, would I be okay with that? Because oftentimes women get into a hard spot. I think women do this a lot more than guys do, where they start to make excuses and they start to justify that things will probably get better at some point, or that he will change at some point, or that you're going to help him to change at some point and fix things. But it's a fantasy because for the most part, people don't change. Men don't change unless they choose to change on their own. You can't make them change, you can't force them to change or even try to change them. And the more you try, the more you attempt that. Oftentimes he's going to resist and pull away and, and actually become the opposite of what you want him to. So it doesn't work. But we have better strategies to help you to actually get the relationship that you want with him. If that's the case. The seventh sign that you may be dealing with a broken man is he makes it all about himself and he can't handle your emotions anytime you share your feelings. And if you use magnetic feminine communication, that will teach you, and you've shared your heart vulnerably with him and what you desire, what your needs are, what the problems are that you're dealing with, and you've shared it respectfully and vulnerably. And if he's then getting upset because you're sharing your feelings. And the caveat here is that you have shared your feelings properly because it's very common for women who are more in their masculine energy to share their feelings in a way that is disrespectful, or that is penetrating him energetically, or that is mothering him, or that is putting it onto him and blaming him and trying to control him or change him, which causes him to close up, to become defensive, or to start Pulling away. So instead, when you use it the right way, when you're using your open, vulnerable, feminine heart and allowing it to him to feel it and making it about yourself rather than about him, he can be inspired to then want to hear your feelings and want to help on his own without him needing to do it. Because now he has empathy, now he's connected to your feminine energy, his masculine energy is activated and he wants to help help solve your problem and be your hero. But if a man doesn't do that and he is instead getting upset, assuming you've done it properly and he's getting upset, and he's then making it about himself, like, well, well, you're not really listening to my feelings, or you don't care about what I'm going through or how tough of a day I had at work, or, you know, you don't need to share your emotions like that with me. Like, I don't want to hear it right now, or I don't care what you're feeling right now. So in short, he's dismissing your emotions and he's potentially bringing it back to himself and what he's going through or what he wants or what his needs are. That's a big sign that you're probably dealing with a broken man. That's a fundamental disconnect that he's having from being in his own healthy masculine energy for whatever reason, either because he doesn't care about you or because he has deep wounds and traumas. They're preventing him from his past, from showing care for a woman's heart and being able to actually be in a healthy relationship. So it's a big sign to look for because you don't want to continue in a toxic situation where you can't really communicate properly with a man because he's constantly disacknowledging it and dismissing it. And you're. You're left stuck with the problem and having nowhere to put it. It's like you have some trash or you have, like, you know, you have a. A drink that you're trying to put in the refrigerator, but the refrigerator is locked. And now your drink is just getting warm and stagnant and yucky and you don't want to drink it anymore now and you're just going to dump it outside or go somewhere else. It's like, it's not the best analogy, but that's the idea is you have these. These feelings inside of you, these desires, and there's nowhere to get a safe haven for those feelings because he's not providing that for you. That's a tough spot to be in. And you either need to get out of that situation, find another man who will show care for your heart, or use the 90 day challenge. That will teach you in the strategies to actually shift him to be a healthy man and show that care. So the next sign that you're dealing with a broken man is he wants you to give to him. He's turning it around like we talked about before, or he's making it all about what you need to provide for him, how you're going to help him, what he needs, what he wants. And the relationship is out of balance because masculine energy is about giving, feminine energy is about receiving. So if he's wanting you to give to him, that means he's wanting to be in his feminine energy. He is. Or he wants to be in his feminine energy. In short, he's looking for a mommy. He's looking for a mommy to take care of him, to put his diapers on while he can suck his thumb and drink his milk and watch his cartoons, right? That's the kind of relationship he wants at some level, because he's broken, because he's disconnected from his masculine core. So he's looking for somebody to take care of him, some woman to make him happy, to give him meet his needs. And that's not good. That's not a healthy situation. One second here. And so you want to avoid that. You want to avoid getting caught into a situation like that. So say no, say no to mothering. Anytime you're mothering a man, it's disrespectful. It will push away high quality men who are attracted to their masculine energy because it's disrespectful. But men who are in their feminine will be drawn to it. And so you have to be careful and you have to be aware of taking an audit of your relationship. Are you giving more to him or is he giving more to you? And if you find yourself in a situation where you're giving him more than he's giving to you consistently, your polarity has been reversed. And that means the attraction, the passion, the chemistry is going to eventually be gone, if it's not already for both of you, and you're going to start resenting him, he's going to stop valuing you, he's going to start disrespecting you, and it's going to turn into a downward toxic cycle. So we got to get you out of that and we got to look for that. And if he is Wanting things from you in a healthy way. If he's leading you from his healthy masculine and asking you for things, then that could be okay. But you still want and you could do it. If it feels good to you, you can make him a sandwich, you can give him a massage, you can give him a BJ or whatever. If you're at that level of relationship, whatever it is he's asking for, if it feels good to you, if it doesn't feel good to you, then you need to use magnetic feminine communication to share your feelings around that so that he understands how you feel about that and wants to find and make an adjustment to make you happy. But if he still keeps pushing for it, even if it doesn't feel good for you and you've shared about that, then that's an issue that could be a man who's not taking healthy leadership with you and who is broken. And so that's the caveat you can give to him. And then even then, you want to look at the overall balance. Are you still receiving more in your feminine from him than he is receiving from you? Because that'll be a big red flag or a green flag to look out for in your relationship to avoid bigger problems potentially coming. The fifth sign that you may be dealing with a broken man is he is abusive. Now this is should be inherent and should be obvious to everyone listening here, hopefully. But if a man is physically, especially if he's physically sexually abusive with you or to you, if he is verbally abusive, calling you names, consistently, disrespecting you and devaluing you with his words, if he is psychologically abusive, playing mind games with you, gaslighting you, manipulating, lying, etc. Consistently, that's a big sign obviously of a broken man. And the reason I have to mention this, unfortunately is because a lot of women will be stuck in situations where they will make excuses for the guy that he's just like this because he was abused by his father, or, you know, he had a toxic situation growing up, or it's just part of his culture or his, his family or, you know, it's his way, it's his way of showing love. I mean, this is kind of sick, but some people will get into these kind of mindsets. And so you need to watch out for that because you may be caught in what's called Stockholm syndrome, where you fall in love with your captor, you fall in love with your abuser, and you're hoping that he's going to change and you've become dependent on him. Because now you feel like you actually deserve that abuse at some level and you need to snap out of it. It's kind of like leaving a cult sometimes and leaving a deep indoctrination when you're with a man who has psychologically manipulated you into a situation where you are uncared for, your needs are not being met, and you accept that that's not healthy. Now you should get out right away. If you're in an abusive situation like that, especially physically abusive, you should have no tolerance for that. Everyone listening here, you should have no tolerance for that. You should get out right away. You should seek help and get some healing. And if it's a milder form of abuse, of course, if there's been a dynamic in your relationship where you're both sort of abusive to each other, we can shift that dynamic by shifting into your healthy magnetic feminine, using magnetic feminine communication to share the impact with him, to be respectful, to shift the dynamic. But you have to be very careful with that because we have to see how he behaves when you are actually in your healthy feminine. And if he still goes into abusive tendencies and if he still is going down that road, then that's a situation where he is likely deeply broken. You need to get out. You need to just forgive yourself and forgive him and move on in a healthy way to becoming a magnetic feminine queen and having a healthy relationship. That is actually what you deserve and actually what is best for your system that you will get used to once you start believing that you do deserve that and that you it is your new normal. And that is just how things are. It's just the usual for you to be treated well and to be devoted and cared for by a man who wants to cherish and protect your heart. So before we get to our next point, if you haven't yet, I also highly recommend taking our free Magnetize youe Man quiz to get a loving, long term, committed relationship with a man you desire fast by clicking the link in the description or comments below or going to our website magnetizeyourman.com where you can really get the advanced strategies on this and have me actually personally coach you and get customized support and for your specific situation to get the relationship that you want and fix whatever kind of bad situation you're in to have a healthy, lasting, loving, long term relationship that you want with a man that you want. So the next sign that you may be dealing with a broken man is he's an addict. If you notice addictive tendencies with your man, for example alcohol abuse, drug Abuse, gambling, sex addiction, porn addiction, so many different ways, sugar addiction, food addiction, so many ways we as humans can be addicted to things that are not good for us. The reason why this is a sign of a broken man is because it shows an incapacity that he has to regulate his own emotions and to regulate and manage and discipline himself, which is going to show up in toxic ways in your relationship as well. Because it's a sign that actually your man is not connected to his healthy masculine energy. He's more in his feminine energy. Addictive behaviors are a toxic, they're actually a toxic feminine trait. It's, it's very feminine in a man. And if a woman is in an addictive pattern, it's part of her toxic, it could be a toxic femininity aspect, but it's so it's just something to be aware of. It's especially dangerous in a man because it shows he has little control over himself. And that can lead to worse things such as abuse. They tend to go together because he can't really handle his own emotions. He can't handle and discipline himself as a man, which is a sign of a weak man. It's a sign of a broken man. So we have to watch out for that. Because a lot of things that you will use that will be coming from a healthy feminine place with him may not land effectively because he can't really hold that space for you. He can't regulate and he can't step in that healthy masculine role. Now the ultimate test of a man is how does he respond to your feminine energy? When you use what we teach you, magnetic feminine polarity, magnetic feminine communication. You've embraced the more advanced principles and you're using that with your guy. You have to be detached from the outcome. But watch how he behaves, observe and pay attention. What kind of man are you dealing with? Does he show care for your heart or is he not showing care for your heart? And then ultimately that can be because he's an addict or because of all these other various aspects that we're talking about here. But that's what you need to see and you need to observe over a period of time. If a man may have some of these tendencies, but he's not a deeply abusive addict, like he's abusing some kind of thing in his life, some kind of pleasurable dopamine activating thing like social media or sugar or sex or all the other things, alcohol, etc, then you can use the 90 day challenge and you can give it some time and see how he Shifts when you start to step into your healthy feminine energy. But you got to be very careful with these kind of men because there's a very high chance it could turn abusive because of the nature of the, the problem that they're dealing with. And they need to get help. He needs to get help. You can't be his therapist, you can't be his doctor, you can't be his recovery, his 12 step recovery counselor. He needs to do this on his own, he needs to be inspired on his own to fix it. All you have to do from the feminine is share the impact. You share the feelings that it brings up, you share the problems that it brings up. As long as you do so in a respectful way and use magnetic feminine communication like we'll teach you in our formulas that we have. And then see how he shifts. Hopefully he'll start showing care for your heart. But if he doesn't, that's a big sign. You gotta probably start exiting stage left pretty soon. The third sign you may be dealing with a broken man is he shows no remorse for his actions. So if he has hurt you, if he said something hurtful or did something hurtful and he acknowledges that it was hurtful, potentially even if he, especially if he doesn't acknowledge that it was hurtful and then doesn't also show remorse for that, that's a big sign you're dealing with a broken man. It could potentially even be a sociopath, you know, narcissism, sociopathism, what's the proper term for that pathology? Sociopathology maybe? Or being a deeply avoidant attachment style. He may have no connection to his own emotions or to your emotions and have no, therefore no empathy or sympathy or remorse for his actions. When he is hurtful, when he does say things that are damaging or does things that are damaging. So you need to watch for that. If he's not owning what he did, if he's not not acknowledging it and not apologizing for those things, or wanting to make it better, wanting to take steps and actually putting an effort and being proactive about making it better, then that's a sign that you're probably not in a healthy relationship with a healthy man. He's probably broken in some way and we need to address that and we need to just first, first and primarily be aware of it. The second sign you may be dealing with a broken man is he doesn't want to lead you or move things forward. If he's avoiding healthy masculine leadership, taking initiative, planning things, reaching out to you, having goals for the future for you both wanting to commit to an exclusive relationship of some kind. If he's consistently avoiding these things, pushing them off and not wanting to talk about it, not wanting to make decisions, not wanting to plan, he's avoiding his healthy, masculine leadership. And just like in a dance, how are you supposed to dance if a man isn't leading? You're just going to be standing there, he's going to be standing there and it's like, okay, I guess we're just hanging out. But you're not having a dance. You're not moving across the dance floor and enjoying each other and having pleasure for his pleasure and for your pleasure. Instead, you have a depolarized relationship where at best, your friends or roommates or business partners, but you're not romantically engaged. And yes, it could be because he just simply isn't that into you and he's not having much care for you. But it could also be that he is a broken man and he's unable to. He's unable to show care for a woman's heart. He's unable to lead because he's not connected to his masculine instinct. And therefore he's like a shell of a man. He's walking around more as a woman, more as a man who's a little boy, more as a teenager, or a Peter Pan who doesn't want to take any kind of responsibility in his life. This will probably go along with him having a very low level career or not having a mission in his life, or he's just playing video games all the time, or wanting to just hang out with his buddies and drink or do things that are not really meaningful, not really moving things forward in his life, avoiding things. He has an avoidance pattern in other areas. So you want to watch out for that because that's a sign of an unhealthy, unhealthily wired man, likely. Now, the number one sign that you're dealing with a broken man is that he is sad, emotional, anxious or depressed often. Now this is very similar to a man being an addict that we talked about before, but it's showing you that he is unable to regulate his own emotions. Because here's the thing. Masculine energy is about doing. Feminine energy is about being so with. Doing involves mission, it involves purpose, it involves achieving goals, making things happen and winning, getting the goal. And a man, just like on the battlefield, if a man is fighting and he's wanting to win, oftentimes he has to set aside his own emotions to win the battle. He has to do whatever he has to do as a man. And every man has a different way, likely that he does it. But he either has to bypass his emotions or he has to integrate them in the moment, or, like what I do, detach from them, whether temporarily or for a longer period of time so that he can provide and get the mission done for his family, for his people, for the world. So that is masculine energy. So if a man is instead being ran by his emotions, being ran by his fears, his grief, his sadness, his depression, his anger, he's in his feminine energy in that moment. He is not taking on a healthy masculine role in his life or in your relationship. He's taking on the feminine role, and he's unable to manage those feelings. He's unable to bypass them, detach from them, heal them, work on them, fix them. Because also, masculine energy is about fixing problems. So that's really what a masculine man will do. He may have to temporarily detach from his emotions or bypass them, but then later he does whatever it takes to fix the problem. If there was a problem in his life, if there is something that he's anxious about, fearful about, he'll put things in place so that he's no longer fearful or anxious about those things. If he has financial anxiety, he's going to go to work and he's going to get a job that pays him well, or start a business and make a path for himself, bring home the treasure and bring home the bacon so that he can have security in his life and ideally provide security for you on all different levels. So that's what masculine energy is all about, being the hero, protector, provider. So if you find your man is constantly complaining to you or telling you about his feelings or his emotions, or using the statement I feel often, or asking you for help, he's in his feminine energy, and he's probably looking also for a mommy. He. He's looking for a mommy or a caretaker or a nurse or a doctor or a therapist, somebody who could fix him because he knows he's broken, something is wrong with him. He's not stepping into his healthy masculine, either because he doesn't want to or because he's incapable of it. And now he's wanting you to basically do it for him. He's wanting you to either fix him or he's wanting you to take on that role. He wants you to protect him, he wants you to provide for him. He wants you to be his hero. And, and ultimately that's not going to feel good for you. That's not going to feel fulfilling to you as a woman, because you're going to have to disconnect and detach from your own emotions and your own feminine core, which is going to feel like death to your feminine energy. And it's going to feel like death to you ultimately, because you're going to have to disconnect from all those things that bring you life as a woman. Your emotions, your joy, your happiness, your vulnerability, all the different emotions that can come up the colors of the rainbow of the emotions. Fear, anxiety, sadness. There's something beautiful in being able to feel all those emotions and having it be held by a man, having it be held by something that you can have that protection, you can have that security and be able to relax and know that you can just be vulnerable and you can express how you feel. And someone else is going to handle it for you. Someone else is going to want to help you and make it better, that you don't have to do everything on your own, you don't have to fix it yourself. But if you can't do that, you're going to become resentful of him. The polarity is going to go away. You're going to lose your attraction and passion and chemistry towards him. He's going to lose his passion, chemistry and attraction towards you. And he's also going to become probably more depressed because then he's even more dependent on you for his sense of self and he's not stepping into who he needs to be. Because every man has a masculine core deep inside and every woman has a feminine core deep inside. And if you're disconnected from that, you're not living a full life. You're not living as your fully expressed self. Instead, you're putting on a mask, a pretense, and you're performative. You're performing how you feel like you need to perform for those around you and to manage throughout your life and throughout your day. But you're not really living from a deep connected place that is feeling fulfilled to you, fulfilling, because it's authentic, then it's authentic and it's real, not disconnected and false and pretense. So it's a very big sign to look for in your man as well. So I'm going to start answering some questions and before I do, again, if you want to take this to the next level, get this customized for you and get my coaching support specifically for your situation. And with our team, I highly recommend taking our free quiz. You can get it in the links or the comments below or go to our website, magnetizeyourman.com. and we have that available to really help you get this mastered on your journey, have the relationship that you really desire, long term forever with the guy that you want. So let's start checking out some of these questions we had rolling in today about what we talked about or anything else related to your relationship situation right now, your dating situation. Mount came, said, hello, welcome. Okay, let's see what else we got here. Bright Page said hi from Michigan. Welcome. She said, this type of guy is scary. I mean, people fall in rough times and depression can happen to anyone. How do we suss out if it's a permanent state of his mind or just a temporary stitch? That's a great question. So the answer is the 90 day challenge. So we teach our clients and the women in our groups, our coaching groups, we teach them a magnetic feminine 90 day challenge, which is basically a period of time if there's a man that you really care about and you really want to see if this relationship will work and you want to take it to the next level. If he's assuming he can get to becoming a healthy man. Every man may have some brokenness about them. It's just a question of how broken are they. And again, the ultimate measure is is he able to show care for you or not? And that's to determine how broken he is. Can he get to that? Yes, he's consistently showing care for your heart, then he's going to be okay. You're probably going to be okay. You're probably going to be able to have a great relationship, especially when you use what we teach you, especially when you use our 90 day challenge. So basically the idea of the 90 day challenge is you're giving it a period of time. It doesn't have to be 90 days. 90 days is ideal depending on how long you've been with a guy. For most women, it could also be 60 days, it could be 30 days, or it could be 180 days or a year. Even if you've been married to a guy for 10 years, you want to maybe want to really give it that chance. Or it could be 30 days or even two weeks if it's a guy you just met. But basically the idea is you're giving him a period of time where you're going to use everything that we're going to teach you around magnetic feminine polarity and magnetic feminine communication. And you're going to share with him your feelings, you're going to share with him what's coming up for you, and you're going to have magnetic feminine conversations. And then you're going to detach from the outcome and you're going to see how he responds. You're going to see what he does. When you're open and vulnerable and share your heart respectfully with him, does he show care for your heart or does he not show care for your heart? Now, he might not show care for your heart right away. He might be doing some of the behavior slightly like we talked about before, where he sort of dismisses your emotions or he gets uncomfortable, or he doesn't want to take leadership, he doesn't want to help you. But what we're looking for is, okay, maybe he didn't show care right away, but. But then on the next conversation, does he show care? On the next conversation, does he show care? And as long as he's not putting you into an unsafe situation where you feel unsafe physically, mentally, emotionally with him, you can continue on that path to just see how he starts responding. As you're stepping more and more into your feminine, because you're going to be learning these skills over time. Like what we're teaching you is going to be like learning a new language. It's going to be like learning a new dance. And you need some time to get the steps. You need some time to learn the structure and the sentence structure and how to actually communicate it properly. Because you're speaking from your feminine now. It's like a new language. You're activating his masculine core. And so you're learning. You're going to be practicing and learning. So you're not going to do it perfectly as well, which is okay. You don't have to do it perfectly if you're trying to be too perfect. You're in actually masculine energy and we want you to be in feminine energy. So it's okay to be perfectly imperfect and do your best while you're learning this. And then he's going to be also learning, so he's going to be learning the steps while you're doing it as well. He's going to be understanding more what it's like to interact with a healthy feminine woman, a queenly woman, high value woman, and then his masculine core is going to be activated at some level. Likely, if he's not a deeply broken man, he may still have some brokenness. But unless he's a deeply broken man, his act, his masculine, is going to be activated at some level. Because every man still has a masculine core deep inside. If he's deeply wounded, it's going to be really hard for him to connect to that. And it may not even be possible, really, unless you get some deep healing over a long period of time. Likely. But most men, I would say 80% of men, are going to move, if not higher, somewhere between that 75 to 85%, 90% of men will start shifting into their healthy masculine. When you use what we teach you with the 90 day challenge and you're in your healthy feminine, and they may not do it perfectly, but over time they will. Over time you'll see this trajectory upwards where he starts to show more care for your heart. He still makes mistakes, he still says something that's perhaps uncaring or is not really investing into you and showing you provision and protection, etc. But over time, he's making the effort, he's improving. And your relationship starts to get better and better and better because he's also learning the steps. He's also learning the steps in the dance, how to lead you, how to be your hero, how to be your man and not step on your toes and not yank you around or not just stop dancing with you, but how to do it in a healthy way. So he's often going to need a period of time as well where he's learning this. And so you want to have some grace for him with that. But what you're looking for is that effort and that improvement, not that he's doing it perfectly. And what you're also looking for, because you're observing him when you do this is, is he showing you any of the traits I went through before that may be a sign that he's a broken man. So is he instead becoming abusive or is he going into addictive behaviors or is he going into his own emotions and sharing those with you? He could, yes, be broken. We want to see it, give it some time, as long as you're not feeling unsafe to see how he shifts. And likely he will start shifting, but if he's deeply broken, that will become apparent. And then after that, 90 days, or even before that, 90 days, potentially, you will know, okay, he's a broken man. I need to move on. That's when you need to step away. So set a deadline on it. Set that deadline. Like pick a time 90 days from today or 30 days from today and say, that's the date of my calendar. I'm going to use everything bro is going to teach me. I'm going to use the advanced skills. And if it doesn't change him or our relationship, then I know he's a broken man. For whatever reason, he's not able to show care for my heart. I need to move on with my head held high because I also got to practice the skills. I got to master this. And I'm a much more magnetic feminine woman, high value queenly woman connected to my feminine instinct and my feminine core. So I'm going to attract another high value, magnetic, high value masculine man into my life very quickly after that. Because of who you're being, you're becoming who you really are. We're not helping change who you are. We're not changing who you are at all. We're really bringing you to your core, who you are as a woman at your feminine core. That was there the moment you were born. And beyond all the programming and the wounds you might have had your feminine wounds, so that you can be in a healthy place and you can actually be vulnerable and open with men and let them lead and let them help you and want to and be your hero. And it feels good. And now you're in that dance. It feels good to both of you because you're both connected to that core. So hope that helps. She also asked, how would somebody help motivate her partner to get back on track? Yeah. So that, that'll be the process that'll help motivate him to be on track. When you use magnetic feminine communication, you're able to share your heart with him. You're able to share the impact in a respectful way and he gets it. And he wants to now help you from his masculine core and he wants to get on track with you. He wants to have a better relationship and he wants to be the hero because ultimately it will feel good to him. You're going to help him feel better about himself from a deeper place. Not by mothering him, not by doing things from him, but actually by letting him do things for you, by letting him help you in the right way. Because now he's feeling inspired to do that and be a better man for you because now he really feels your feminine, open, vulnerable heart, which is ultimately what a man really wants, a healthy man, what he really wants deep inside. Knight Rider said, hi from India. How do you know a man truly loves you? So the signs that a man truly loves you is really the opposite of what I went through in this training before. So we'll go through it again. So rather than he isn't showing care for your heart, he is showing care for your heart. Rather than making it all about himself and not able to handle your emotions, he's making it all about you and wanting to hear Your emotions. He wants to help you. He wants to understand what's going on for you. Rather than wanting you to give to him, he wants to give to you. He wants to make you happy. Because anytime a man has deep care for you and he's a healthy man, his natural instinct is going to be to want to make you feel good and feel happy. Because that's where his sense of masculine validation is going to come from. That he feels like he's doing a good job as a man and that he's worthy, he's good enough so that will be activated within him. Rather than being abusive, he's going to be protective and helpful and caring and loving and cherishing you. Rather than being an addict, a dick. That too. You don't want him to be like that. Rather than being an addict, he's going to be mature, he's going to be healthy. He's going to regulate himself. He's going to check his own bad behaviors and his bad habits. Rather than showing no remorse for his actions, he will show remorse for his actions. When he's hurt you, when he's done some damage, he's going to want to fix it. He's going to apologize. He's going to become better on his own because he wants to be better. And he does become better. He's going to want to lead you rather than not wanting to lead. He's going to want to lead you, and he's going to want to move things forward. He's going to want to move the relationship forward and plan and make decisions and handle things for you both around the house, with your finances, with your taxes, with your life, with children. He's going to want to take a proactive role in that. Rather than being sad, emotional, anxious or depressed often, he's going to be regulating his emotions so that he can be the strongest man for you when you need him. Yes, this doesn't mean that men will never feel any emotions. But the more masculine a man is, the more he's connected to his intellect, his mind, his brain. Solving problems, figuring out things for the future, making plans rather than lingering in his feelings and all the sensations that he has in his body and how sad he feels and moping around and being in whatever grief or anger or frustration state that he's in. He's going to get out of that and get to, I didn't need to solve the problem. I need to be the man here. I need to take care of things so that other people can be happy around me. So I have a Sense of purpose in my life, which is where his masculine sense of happiness comes from. Knowing he has a purpose, that he can be that hero in a small way or a big way. So he's going to be more concerned about your feelings and your emotions and making sure that you're not having a lot of these bad emotions coming up, quote, unquote, negative emotions that you're feeling happy, content, good. And that he's providing that he's the one responsible for that. That's going to make him feel really good when you. When he feels that you appreciate him and value him and respect him and admire him and trust him for him being able to help you and him being able to make you happy in small ways and in big ways. So. So those are the signs that a man really loves you. Hope that was helpful to you as well. Just to go over the opposite of really what we covered here. She said, Bright Page said, boy, no excuse for abuse. No. Yeah. No excuse for it, really. I mean, there's different levels of abuse. And some people call things abuse, which others may not. Like name calling, for example, or just, oh, he wasn't really buying me food the minute that I said that I wanted something. And so he's abusing me. He's not giving me instantly what I desire. So you want to be aware of your own judgments around that and maybe get external opinions from people who are unbiased and who can tell you the truth and not just say, oh, yeah, he's an asshole. You, you should dump him right now. But be aware of it. Of course. Physical abuse. I would say yes. Physical, sexual abuse, things like that. No excuse, get out right away. That's. There's no. No. That's a no. No other things you want to be aware of and you want to watch out for. And then I would also get some coaching support around it so that you can be aware of if that is actual abuse, if he's a broken man or if he's actually just responding potentially to your. To your. Maybe there's some form of abuse that's going on between the two of you, that you both are toxic with each other and that we need to. We can shift that. We can solve that toxicity. So it's. It's like neither of you are wrong, but you, you two have a toxic relationship. You two are in a dynamic that's unhealthy. You're in a downward spiral. We need to fix that and get you back into healthy polarity where then he'll stop that bad behavior. You'll stop any kind of bad behavior. And he's showing care for your heart. You're showing love and openness and appreciation. So there are some cases where it's like that, that gray zone where actually when you use what we teach you, it'll shift the relationship into a positive place. But you got to be very careful with that and get some. Get some help with that because is sometimes these things are tough to be aware of when you're in it. Like you're a fish that's wet and the fish doesn't know that swimming in the water. And you need somebody outside of you to say, hey, you're a fish and you're in the water right now. You need to get out of there. And you need to get some. Get some support around that. And so that's why the value of. The big value of having a coach or having a mentor with all this to really help you to know exactly what's the best approach for you moving forward to get what you want. Ultimately your. The desires of your heart. And someone said if he's talking to some other woman, he gets angry sometimes. Yeah. If a man is chronically unfaithful, even unfaithful, period. If you're in an exclusive relationship and a man is sleeping with other women, that is definitely can be a big sign of a broken man because ultimately, again, he's not showing care for your heart. Right. That's the ultimate measure. Is a man showing care for your heart or is he not showing care for your heart? That's really all you need because that'll help you get. Avoid getting caught in like, making up stories around why he acts a certain way and making excuses for it or how you might have contributed to it. That can get. That can become a dangerous place because then we can get into what I talked about before, which is the Stockholm syndrome or justifying his bad behavior, justifying his abuse or his brokenness, which can be really unhealthy for you. So, yeah, that could be really bad. And so if a man is unfaithful and if he's expressing anger to you, depends about what the situation is with that anger and how he's expressing that anger, then, yeah, that can be a. Definitely a sign of a broken man or that he just doesn't have care for you. But at the end of the day, really all that matters is care for your heart or not care for your heart. But most likely, if a man is unfaithful, it can be a sign of a broken man. It can be A sign of an addict, like we talked about. And it could also be a sign of a man who's unable to regulate his own emotions and discipline himself, or that he just. His word doesn't mean anything to him. He's a man out of integrity, healthy, masculine man. His word is his bond. So if he says he's going to do something, he does it. If he says he's not going to do something, he doesn't do it. So if he made you marriage vows, or if he said, I'm not going to sleep with any other woman because you're my girlfriend and I'm your boyfriend, and he goes against that, then he's out of integrity. There's a disconnect. There's something probably that broke within him, and we need to look at that. How serious is it? And have some conversations around that, sharing your feelings around that and seeing if he shifts, if you even want to give him that chance. Likely, if a man is unfaithful, I would say that should also be a big deal breaker for everyone here just to leave right then and there. You can have some conversations around and share your feelings and see what he wants to do to fix it and make sure it never happens again. If you really care about this man. But likely it's. It's a broken man and you're probably going to have to leave at some point. So same with the anger. And if that's him shouting at you and calling you names, that can be abusive. And that's a. That's a big sign. He's probably broken, too. All right, so Janelle said, should we be friends with a guy that you like? Should we be friends? Yeah, if you like a guy, of course you can be friends with him. Are you saying to be friends rather than romantic partners, you have to give. You have to elaborate a little bit more on what you mean, Janelle. But, yeah, I mean, I think great relationships start as friendships. They can start as friendships just having a baseline emotional mental connection right before it turns into, like, a physical connection or a romantic or sexual connection. Because that means more likely you're going to have a healthy bond with him, a healthy relationship where he's not going to then all of a sudden just ditch you or, you know, after you have sex or abuse you in some way because you gotten to know him over a longer period of time before it became romantic. You also want to avoid getting stuck in the friend zone, but typically that's not going to happen when you use what we teach you here and you use Magnetic feminine polarity. Magnetic feminine communication. Even a male friend is going to start feeling some level of attraction for you because it's. It's the law of polarity. The law of polarity states that opposite energies attract. So opposite masculine energy attracts opposite feminine energy. And when you're embracing your healthy masculine. Your healthy feminine core, a man's going to feel that from his masculine core. He's going to be activated and have some level of interest, attraction, desire for you. Likely, especially if. If he's available and if he's, you know, a healthy man, he's going to feel that, and he's going to probably want to pursue some kind of connection with you. So that's what I'll say about that so far. All right, so what else do we have here? Ruth said I'm stupid. History repeats itself. With the guy I wanted ghosted again, and we were tight, I thought, yeah, well, that's why you can use the 90 day challenge. You can give a guy a period of time to see what he actually does. Words are easy. You know, it's easy for a guy to say beautiful things to you. I love you, I care about you. You're amazing. You're beautiful. But then you have to look to his actions. How does he actually behave if he's ghosting on you? For example, if you had sex with him, which I don't recommend, until a man has claimed you and you're an exclusive relationship. If he's ghosting on you for whatever reason and then comes back into your life out of nowhere and doesn't and pretends like nothing happened, like, that's not okay. That's a sign that he may be a broken man or he doesn't have any care for your heart. Again, all that really matters is does he show care for your heart or does he not show care for your heart? If he's ghosting you, that's not showing care for your heart. And you need to share your feelings around that. You need to use, have a magnetic feminine conversation and see if he shifts. Hopefully he will over time and stop the ghosting. Stop that or just walk away right now. If you're like, I'm done, I'm. I gave him too many chances already, and I know I was coming from a healthy feminine place and being respectful and vulnerable and open and using magnetic feminine communication. And he didn't change. He's still ghosting. It's clearly a broken man. You should walk away. That's how you ultimately hold your value as a woman is being willing to Walk away from bad situations, bad behavior and from bad relationships if it gets to that point. PV said it would be great to get some one on one. Yes. Would again recommend taking the quiz. I do personal coaching with women and I bring them on and we coach intimately over zoom and whatnot for your specific situation. So I would recommend taking that so we can see what I'd recommend and what option would be best for you. We can do some more personal coaching and get you on the right track with your guy or your romantic life as a whole. Joanne said, hi, I'm a widow. My husband passed away of cancer. Sorry to hear that. And I've been sort of dating a man for four months. I live with the most amazing husband for years. The new man is kind. His name and birthday are the same. Same as my deceased husband's. Wow. It feels like a sign. But this man is always busy. I care for him but I am new at dating. I am still grieving but long for the lost the love I lost. This new man seems to focus on sex more than communicating his feelings. I'm hoping that we can grow together and then sorry, the rest of it got cut off. So what I say Joanne is First off, this is a good teaching piece for everybody here. It's not that big of a deal if a man isn't sharing his feelings with you because in that moment, actually sharing the feelings is a feminine behavior. It is him in his feminine, which you probably don't want. A feminine man. Now it doesn't mean that a masculine man, he's not going to have feelings ever and he's not going to share his feelings. But we want to look for are you inspiring him into his healthy masculine Are you inspiring into his feminine? Because if you're constantly asking a man what do you feel? How are you feeling? Do you love me? Or even if you're asking what are you thinking? Which is better than what are you feeling. But if you're constantly checking in with him about his feelings and wanting to know what he's feeling, you're actually encouraging him to be in his feminine and to start wanting you to help him with his feelings, to take care of him, to protect him, to be his hero, his therapist, his mommy, etc. So we want to watch out for that. Instead, look to his actions. Are his actions showing that he cares for you. Almost everything that we went through today is actions. That is his actions towards you. Same with the positive opposite that we went through. A man showing love for you, that is an action. Those are his Actions of, is he listening to you? Is he showing care? Is he wanting to protect your heart? Is he regulating himself to make sure that he's not demanding all these things of you and wanting you to give to him and to take care of him? So that's what you're looking for. We want to activate him into his healthy masculine because that's going to build the polarity, that's going to build the attraction. And then look to his actions. His actions will likely then become loving actions. He's showing up consistently, he's caring for you, he's committing, he's wanting to make you happy in different ways. Those are actions that we want to look for. Even if he doesn't communicate all the time with you or communicate his feelings or thoughts with you all the time, but he's still showing up, he's still consistent. That's the key. Now, I don't know if that is the key, if that is happening for you, that he is showing up consistently or not. You did say that it seems to be more focused on sex rather than communication. I would, I would not consider sex to necessarily be a loving act from a man because it's a biological function really. It's a, it's a form of pleasure that can happen, but it's not really his devotion. It's not his him claiming you and saying you're a woman. I want to make happy, I want to have in my life. So that's, that's one thing we're looking for, is him claiming you, him saying he's wanting to commit to you. And now what to do in this situation. What I would recommend is you want to, you want to use the challenge. So give it like a 90 day challenge or a 60 day challenge, depending on how much you care about. This guy says you've been dating for four months, so I'd probably do at least 60 days. And start to share your feelings around that. Share your feelings around him not really communicating to you. We want to be objective too. So first is the feelings. When you're using magnetic feminine communication, it always starts with the feelings. What's going on for you in your body. So that's what I would ask you to check in on first. What feelings does this whole situation bring up for you? Is it sadness, is it anxiety, is it uncertainty, is it fear, is it confusion? And so check in on what the feelings are for you in your body. That's where your feminine lives, your heart, your body, your womb. And then you can share that with him in the right way. So you would ask permission first. Can I share something with you or can I share a feeling that's coming up with me? You would do that over the phone or in person so that you have the best connection. Because feminine communication just isn't as powerful over text or over messaging. Because he can't really feel your heart. He's just getting words on a screen. What really works is when a man can feel your heart, he can feel your feminine core. And that happens best over the phone or in person. Really, in person is the best. But share with him your feelings, and then when he says yes, share with him your feeling. I'm feeling. I notice I'm feeling some uncertainty lately. I'm feeling some sadness and uncertainty. Feeling a mix of some sadness and uncertainty. And then you would pause and you let him feel that. And then he'll probably ask you why and want to know more. And then you can go into the whole reasons why, which you want to be objective about. Share the problem, but you want to share it as the facts. So what are the facts? You didn't really share the facts here. You shared more of your judgments, so you would share more of the facts around the matter, such as, you know, the last time we saw each other, you know, we were together for, you know, an hour, and we had sex, and then you went home, and then I didn't hear from you for a week. So that would be like, the facts. He can't really argue with the facts. And then the story you're telling yourself would be the judgments, you know, the story I'm telling myself would be that perhaps you don't. You, you, you. You're maybe just seeing our relationship as just a sexual relationship or that you may not want a deeper relationship or whatever it might be. The stories that you're telling yourself, you said some of these here about him seeming to focus on sex rather than his feelings. And then you'd ask him for help and say, like, I don't know what to do or something like that. That would be a basic way you can start that conversation. And then you would start the whole journey, let him lead that into a deeper conversation around that and have him helpfully help. Want to help you with that and clearing up the understanding, the misunderstandings and wanting to show care for your heart and not wanting you to feel like it's just about sex. Maybe apologizing for something potentially, but wanting to show care. That will be a sign of a healthy, masculine man. And then, let me see here. Yeah, and then we want to See how he responds and go from there. So just some basic things to get you started. And. But yeah, you need to share your feelings with him around this. Speak up, which is part of being the queen, so that he actually knows and understands what's going on for you because men are not mind readers and has the opportunity to be your hero if he so chooses. The mission, should he choose to accept it, is to help you with your feelings. We'll have to see how he behaves with that. So just some ideas and some direction to get you started. Joanne. Hope that was helpful. Janelle said, number two is what I'm going through. He said he's interested in me. However, he's always so busy. Doesn't feel good. Yeah. So again, he may say he's interested, but is he actually meeting up with you? And if it doesn't feel good to you, you need to share that with him in the right way, using magnetic feminine communication and having that conversation so that he can understand and he can want to help and make it more of a priority. And if he doesn't, then he probably is broken and you need to start moving on. But give it some time and hopefully help. Let us help you and coach you on that journey so that you can really navigate that conversation and the other conversations you may have with him in an empowered way. So you can have the ultimate relationship you desire with him. But we'll have to see how he shifts. And hopefully he will shift because it does sound that he is at least open with you about his feelings. And that was the last thing I was going to share, actually, with Joanna. I almost forgot. It's very important in situations like that to also weave in appreciation because a man needs to also see that he's doing a good job in some ways because that'll help him feel good from his masculine core, feel validated, and that he's not always just screwing it up. He's not always failing with you. So you can weave in. There's probably some things that he's doing that you like. So, you know, I do love our connection. Or I, I love spending time with you last week. Or I always feel like we have such great adventures together. It makes me feel happy and I noticed also. And so then you can share the rest of the problem that's coming up and go from there. But you do need to weave in that appreciation because that'll help balance out some of the tougher conversations so that he's still feeling good. And also he has a guideline of what to do More of that he knows, oh, she likes this. She likes when I do this. Okay, I should probably do more of that. If he has some level of care for you, he's going to want to do more to show care for your heart and make you happy. So Linda said, what if he's keeping his options open? You need to share your feelings with that too and have a deeper conversation because that's not good for you. Now, if a man is also keeping his options open, I highly recommend you should be keeping your options open too. Don't put all your eggs into one basket with a man who hasn't claimed you because that means you're probably going to end up wasting your time or wasting your emotions with a situation that may be a broken man. I mean, there's a possibility rather than still making yourself available, that high quality man could come into your life. If this man turns out that he doesn't have the ability to show care for your heart for whatever reason, either because he's broken or he just doesn't care about you enough. So until a man has claimed you, you should be open and available to dating other men if you need to. If it helps you to feel better about it, don't think of it as dating. Think of it as that you're continuing to care for yourself. And self care is such an important piece of magnetic feminine energy. You need to continue the self care and you need to also be building a social life that lifts you up and making yourself available to connections outside of that relationship so that he's not the only source of your needs, of your emotional needs and your love needs. On the Maslow's hierarchy of, of needs. I actually think I have an image of that here. Let me pull it up. Maslow's hierarchy here. So human connection is very important on this period, as you can see. So this could be a good teaching point here. Why is it still showing this up? Okay, there we go. So yeah, so you shouldn't be having your man be the only source of all these needs for you. Yes, there's a lot that a man can meet for you and that he will meet for you and that he'll want to meet for you. Basic forms of provision. You know, a man may want to actually provide for you financially. He may want to meet all your financial needs which can include some of the physiological ones such as food, water, warmth, shelter, home, like men did in the past, which is great if he wants to. But until a man has claimed you, you should probably be having your own living situation. You shouldn't be living with a man until he's claimed you, because that can really get tricky when, if he hasn't claimed you and now you, it's harder for you to actually be available to other men who will fully claim you and make you his life partner. Safety and security. Of course, a man can meet those needs for you as well. You should also be taking some basic precautions to make sure your safety and security needs are met. And then the big one here is belongingness and love needs. This is where a lot of women will tend to put all of this onto another man, onto a one man that they're really interested in. And they'll say, oh, he's the only man I'm interested in. He's the only man I want. He's the only source that I'm going to have for my love and connection needs. So I'm not going to go. I'm not going to go out anymore. I'm not going to go to events, I'm not going to have any hobbies, I'm not going to hang out with girlfriends. I'm not going to spend time with family, even potentially. That would be like the extreme. You should always be having, hopefully family that lifts you up around you that you can spend time with, and girlfriends that lift you up you can spend time with. So that way he's not the only source. And if he does become the only source at some point, that's great. And that would be him claiming you fully and saying, I'm your man, you're my woman, you're my lady. That'd be the masculine version of that. You're my lady and I am your man. Celine Dion. I said that. I sang that song last time and I accidentally said Shania Twain and everyone was beating me up in the comments for that. Celine Dion. Okay, anyways, went on a tangent there. And all these other needs as well. So you can have a lot of these needs met by a man, but you should also be until a man is claimed to you, finding ways to meet a lot of these needs for yourself so that you're not completely dependent on him and making him your only source and. And cutting out all of their options until he's really claimed you. And when he does step in and meet these needs, that's beautiful. And that's when you're in more healthy, masculine, feminine polarity. And he'll feel like he can be a provider and a protector and a hero and you can feel like you can receive that and it feels great for all of you for everybody involved. So hope that makes sense and provides some clarity around that. And then let me see if there's some other. I mean, there's a lot of questions here. I'm going to pull up a couple other good ones before we end for today. Gloria said hello from California. Welcome. Glad you're tuning in. Welcome to the party. A man who doesn't, Ross said, a man who don't drink and smoke and stay single got brains better off with a good car. Okay, I'm not sure what that means. We'll come back to it later. Nicole said, the guy I'm seeing is struggling in some ways and doesn't ask for help. Is this a deal breaker or should I wait and see? He says he would, but it's been three months and nothing. Oh, this is a great question, Nicole. So you should allow a man the space to go into his bear cave and to work through his own struggles on his own. You should not step in and try to solve problems for him or try to help him. Even with those problems, however, you can still share your feelings around that. You can share. You can make it about yourself. You're in relationship here. You're in your feminine. You're like an open book. You have feelings going on. You have your heart open and you can share with him the impact of this so that he knows you're making about yourself. You're not making about him. Because if you make it about him now, you're either moving into controlling energy, leading energy, blaming energy, or you're trying to mother him or fix him in some way or be his mommy, his. I mentioned mommy. But being his therapist or his doctor or his financial advisor or his tax preparer or all the different ways you might start trying to help him and fix some problems that he's having in his life. So we want to avoid that. And so you can simply just tune back into yourself, which is feminine. Feminine energy is about self focus. Masculine energy is about thinking about him all the time and being an external focus, trying to manage him and wonder about his needs and what's going on for him. We want to bring it back to yourself. Self awareness, self care and self expression. Now you can express what's going on. Once you're aware of what's actually happening for you, you can express that with him in a way that asks him for his provision and his help around how that's affecting you, what he's going through, how it's affecting you. Whether he's showing care for your heart or not showing care for your heart because of what he has going on for himself. But it's about you. It's about the impact on you. And so in some ways, that's good. I would say that he's not asking you for help because he shouldn't ask you for help. He should be finding help from other sources because otherwise that can reverse the polarity. And now you're in the masculine energy and he's in the feminine energy coming to you, and you're, you're becoming his mommy. So we want to avoid that. He should be getting help for himself, but that should be from other men, from other professionals, advisors in certain areas, whatever. He's struggling with a therapist, potentially other areas where he can get that support. He needs to be a better man for you. But you, you don't need to provide that for him. And then the, the other question you had here is, is it a deal breaker? Now, the only way it would be a deal breaker is if you've used our magnetic feminine 90 day challenge, and he hasn't shifted over those 90 days. If you're really in your healthy, magnetic feminine, you're using open, vulnerable, respectful communication with him to share your feelings and make requests and ask him for help with things you want, help with things that you desire. And if he hasn't shifted in that 90 days, ideally when you're also getting coaching support with that and our help with that, if he hasn't shifted, then I would be surprised. But then you're probably dealing with a broken man, unfortunately, and you likely need to move on at that point because that's unhealthy for you to stay in that situation. Now, you said it's already been three months, so I don't know if how long you've been into our material here and using what we've taught you and using the 90 day challenge, or if you've already joined our coaching groups, then, yeah, then it's probably time to walk away. But that really depends on what exactly you've done for these 30 days and how open and vulnerable and respectful you've been and what kind of requests you've made of him and the conversations you've had and how much you've been in your masculine energy versus feminine energy. Then it may be time to walk away. But we'll have to see because ultimately, again, all that matters is is he showing care for your heart or is he not showing care for your heart? And that's your determinant if it's hasn't shifted from being this to this over 90 days, then that's clearly a broken man. Or he doesn't have care for your heart, it really doesn't matter. You need to walk away. You need to set a boundary with yourself, which is the feminine way to set a boundary. You need to get out and you need to move forward in your life and make yourself available for a man who will be like this and will show care for your heart and who you're still attracted to and excited about and interested in, and who's a healthy masculine man for you, who is giving you the desires of your heart. Ultimately, regardless of any struggles he has, regardless of any trauma he's had in the past, any wounds, if any, if he's in his healthy masculine, he's going to move past that and he's going to provide. Because the man, the hero, does that. A hero does the provision. Regardless of how he feels, he faces the enemy. Regardless of how he feels, he wins. Regardless of how he feels, he bypasses that or he integrates it, or he detaches from it to make it happen. And then he also gets the help that he needs so that he can solve whatever problem was causing him to feel those struggles before and what was causing the struggles initially. He gets it handled. So rather than you having to do that for him. PV said, thank you. So helpful. You're welcome. And Thea said, thank you for this information. Now I know the difference between feminine and masculine energy. Glad you're learning this, Athena. We're just getting the tip of the iceberg here of what is actually fully involved with masculine feminine polarity. Because this is. This is a very deep subject, actually, and it's a very deep concept that so many people don't know about because we're not taught this in high school. You're not taught this typically anywhere in media, in society, in educational world, because a lot of forces are out there that actually don't want men and women to have healthy, happy relationships because they're not as easy to control. The family unit is the thing that tyrants have feared throughout the centuries because the family unit ultimately is what determines how strong a society is. And when the family unit breaks down, then it's very easy to control the population. But when the family unit is strong, then people can't. Forces can't. Can't manipulate them as much. So we're helping you to get back to the roots of how do we create a healthy relationship? How do we create a healthy family unit? By understanding these fundamental physical, biological, psychological principles of feminine masculine polarity. That have bonded humans for so long in our past to get back to that, to back to those roots so that you can have a fulfilling, lasting relationship. And really, some of these principles haven't even been taught a lot in human history because we've reached a stage as humanity where we have so many tools now, we have so many insights and we've developed so much in our technology that we can actually now see a lot of these dynamics and how they play out with hormones and how they play out with biology and also with psychology. These fields of studies have developed to such a level that now we can actually implement them in a new way that is more effective than we have in the past as humans. So I'm glad you're starting to learn about this now because it's going to help make your whole life better when you can really tap into your fundamental feminine core and live from that place. And you'll start to notice we have stories of successes and shares every day in our coaching groups of women who are saying things like, you know, the man at the restaurant started giving me all these free, free things. And I could just tell he just loved it because I was in my feminine, I was receiving it. And he could, he, he just wanted to provide for me. And you'll find men in situations like that in all these different areas where you're being taken care of now. You're being valued now from your feminine core when before you weren't, because maybe people were seeing you as just a random human being or maybe even as a masculine man. You were coming from masculine energy and that sense of care and devotion wasn't activated within them. So you weren't getting this princess treatment that a lot of women in our programs are getting from their guys and from men in general, because now they're activating their men on a deeper instinctual level that was never activated before. So hope that was helpful. And Rita said, great show. Glad you're liking it, Rita. And I'm going to go through a couple of others here. There's so many. And then we'll probably wrap it up here. Nikki said, what if we over validate him? So this is a great question. So the way you can over over validate a man is when you're actually in your people pleaser energy. You're moving into what we call the, the doormat archetype. And the doormat archetype is when you just want to make him happy, you want to please him, you want him to like you. And that's the most important thing and you don't want to rock the boat or do anything that would upset him or cause an issue. And so you suppress your own feelings, you suppress your own desires and your own emotions so that you can focus on others, which is actually a form of masculine energy, because you're now externally focused rather than internally focused, which is feminine. And so you're managing other people's perceptions of you, and you're managing the relationships rather than managing yourself and managing your own relationship with yourself and others. And so that can turn into over validating, where you're now constantly reassuring him and complimenting him and saying nice things to him and lifting him up. And it could also move into mothering energy also. It could also move into mothering energy, therapist type of energy, where you're constantly like, yeah, you're doing good. You're doing a good job. That's my little boy. That's, look how proud I am of you. You're doing great. You're getting better every day, you know, so we want to avoid that because ultimately it's disrespectful to his masculine core. Because yes, he wants to know that he's making you happy, but he doesn't necessarily need to be validated other than that. Like, he needs to know that you're. You're okay, that you're doing good, but he doesn't need to constantly hear from you that, you know, he's a strong man or that he's powerful or that he's intelligent. Like, these can be nice things, but it's better for him to understand that he make how you're feeling, that he's making you feel good, that you are feeling happy, you're feeling content. And that's ultimately when he'll feel he's doing a good job. That's his ultimate validation is the woman I care about is happy. That's good enough for me. And so if you go beyond that and keep giving him more assurance past that, it can become the other aspect that we talked about, overly validating and mothering him and potential doormat energy. So the way we shift that is make sure you're also being authentic. That's the key, is it's not about becoming a which. That would be the opposite extreme of the doormat archetype is the bitch archetype, where it's all about herself. She only cares about herself. She's demanding, she's controlling, she's blaming, she's shaming, she's emasculating. We don't want to go there because that's also going to push a man away. But we can move into healthy balance, which is queenly energy, which is where now you're authentic. You're nice, you're kind, you're gentle, you use feminine grace. You're asking permission. You're not penetrating him energetically or trying to control or lead him. And you're also authentic and true to yourself, which means you share up about. You share. You speak up. I said share up. That's kind of a weird term. You speak up about your desires, your feelings, your needs in a respectful and vulnerable way, which is magnetic feminine communication, the way we teach it. And there's a whole formula for that that you can use with men that'll activate their masculine right away in a way that feels respectful to them. And not like you're treating him like a baby or that you're being a bitch and telling him what to do. That's only going to cause him to close up. And that's the pure feminine. That's the pure feminine heart that is within you that is naturally vulnerable and respectful because it's pure. It's coming from a pure place. And so we have some guidelines. And a lot of feminine energy is actually just not being in your masculine, not doing the masculine behaviors. And then he'll naturally want to help you and that'll be true to yourself too, because there's probably needs that you have or areas where you're feeling not validated that you need to share too. And so if you're not speaking up and if you're not being authentic about your desires and your feelings in the right way, then that's not good for the relationship because ultimately he's not going to really understand what's going on for you. And you're probably going to then become resentful at some level. You're going to become frustrated or dissatisfied in the relationship because you're not in that authentic place. And we need to move you to that authentic core. So hope that helps as well. Nikki and I think this may be the last question for today. Nicole said question he is struggling in some areas and doesn't ask for help. I see this as such a weakness. We spoke about it and he said he'll ask a few times, but he hasn't any advice. Yeah, I already answered your other question in depth, Nicole, so maybe I'll add on a little bit to that. It's not necessarily a weakness for a man to not ask for help from you. That's not necessarily a weakness of his part. That's Actually him being in his healthy, masculine, that he doesn't want to put that burden onto you, he wants to keep it for himself. Meaning he's being the hero. He's taking that challenge for himself and not wanting you to have to carry it for him. Now the problem can be when he's also then really struggling with something and he's not getting the support or help he needs from others. He doesn't necessarily need to get that help from you. So I would take that off of yourself that you don't need to provide that help for him. Even if it's just, I want to be there for him. I want him to be able to share his feelings with me. I want to be a safe space for him. If he wants it, he'll ask for it. You need to trust him enough and you need to have enough respect for him that if he wants your help in some way, he will ask for it. But don't put that onto him that he needs to ask you for help. Because now that's actually trying to lead him, that's trying to baby him and mother him and saying like, little boy, little man. Like, I told you, if you're struggling, you need to come to mommy and you need to let me help you with that. Like, stop trying to struggle with your shoes. Let me help you with your shoes. And the little boy, he probably doesn't even want your help. He's smiling like, no, I want to do it myself. Like, even my, my younger daughter, like, I want to help her a lot with stuff because she activates my masculine hero instinct often because she's vulnerable, she's innocent, she doesn't know how to do things. She needs help in a lot of ways. Little children need a lot of help. And so my instinct as a parent is to want to help her. But she also has her own self initiative where she's like, I want to do it myself. Any who have raised kids here, you probably have experienced this with your kids are like, no, I want to do it myself. And that's great. And I let her do it herself. But I'm available to let her know I can help you when you want help. And if he doesn't ask for that help, it's especially true with little boys. And as a man, don't step in and think that he has to get that help from you. He can ask for it if he wants. And that's trusting that he's a powerful man within himself and seeing him as a powerful man. He's a powerful, capable man. And that if he needs that help, he's going to ask it from you or he's going to get it handled. And all you have to do is be in the feminine and share your feelings around whatever's going on. Share if your needs aren't being met and ask him for help. Ask him to help you with different things. That's going to actually empower him to be even stronger within himself. To say, like, I really need to get this handled because I want to help her more with the things she wants. I need to get this fixed. So I'm going to go call somebody who can help me with this. Whether it's a financial coach or an attorney or whatever he's dealing with, he needs to get help with or a therapist on his own, separate from you, that he can work out his issues and then come to you being filled up and being a whole man, that he now can still feel like a man in the relationship, not like a little boy that needs to come to mommy and be taken care of. He doesn't want to feel that way because he's probably connected to his masculine core. There is a chance, of course, he could still be a broken man and just resist having any help from anybody. And he just actually enjoys suffering and enjoys being in misery. And then if he doesn't shift when you share your feelings and ask him for help and use everything we teach you over that period of time, then you probably need to step away because he's not capable of it. He's not able to meet your needs for whatever reason and care for your heart. And you need to. You need to start moving on because it's not healthy for you to stay in a situation like that. Nikki said. So true. Thank you. Kat said, nice shirt. Good color on you. Thanks. Yeah, color actually the big thing to. We actually worked with a color expert, me and Auntie, which I would highly recommend for everybody here. At some point, it's especially powerful as a woman to be connected to what colors are great for you. The easy way is to match your eye color. You can. Everybody here can start wearing more colors that match your eye color, and you already start having a better impact with your. Your appearance. But we, we worked with an expert because we also were speakers for many years. So. But that was one of the big tips that I learned. Teresa said, anything, you know, that doesn't inspire a man to step into his healthy masculine energy, That doesn't inspire him. There's a lot of things that won't inspire him into being in your masculine Primarily, you being in your masculine is not going to inspire him to be in his masculine because it cancels each other out. The big thing is just, yeah, avoid the big waste, the big mistakes that we go through in our programs around being in your masculine energy and the subtle and bigger ways that you could be potentially disrespecting him, trying to control him, criticizing him, blaming him, shaming him, emasculating him, competing with him, etc. I mean, there's so many ways. There's almost much more ways we could go into what not to do than there are of the correct things to do that are coming from your feminine to inspire a man to be, to be there for you. So hope this was helpful for today. We're going to wrap it up for this party. But again, if you want to go deeper and really master this for yourself and get personal coaching, highly recommend going to our free quiz, which you can take by clicking the link below or going to our website, magnetizeyourman.com. we'd love to help you. We'd love to get you on the right track with your man, have the relationship of your dreams and really master this. Because it's a lifelong journey. It's a journey, not a destination, which is the feminine approach, to see it as a journey rather than a destination. It helps you detach from the outcome and ultimately have all of the things that you want with men and really with all of your relationships. Because now you're operating more from your authentic feminine core, which radiates. It becomes like a magnet. It becomes like the flame to the moths, the sun to the planets, the flower to the honeybees. So much love. Take care and I'll look forward to talk to you again very soon. Bye bye.
