Adore you. If you're curious how to unlock the secret chambers of his heart, of his mind, to make him want to help you, to want to serve you, and to want to cherish and adore you for life, your special man, then this is the training. Me and my wife Antia are going to reveal all the secrets today, because we've been doing it for over 20 years. Combined with helping thousands of successful women all over the world to get a loving, long term and committed relationship. So let's go ahead and start diving into these powerful principles. And again, like I said, I have my lovely wife here. Do you want to say hello?
Toodles. Hello everyone.
Hello everybody. So let's go ahead and dive in. I want to start this off and share with you this principle of how to ask properly to a man. Because this will unlock so many secrets for you in your romantic life and especially in your relationship. So a lot of women get confused with how to ask properly. Instead, what they end up doing is they demand. They demand they tell a man what to do, or they complain and they say, well, why can't you just like reach out to me more often? Or why do you always have to leave, you know, on these days when I want to hang out with you? Or why can't you just do this or that or this or that or that? And this ends up pushing a man away. Because here's the thing, when a man really cares about you and he's become bonded to you in some way, he wants to make you happy, he gets his sense of, of purpose, of heroism as a man, when he knows he's making you happy, that he's doing a good job, that he has value. So what we want to teach you here today and what we're going to talk about is how to ask properly in a way that draws him in and that activates that hero instinct inside of a man, but not just with a man, this will unlock all the relationships in your life where people just want to give you stuff, they want to serve you, they want to make you happy, they want to help. Because what you're actually doing is activating your feminine core, which unleashes magnetism. It unleashes the power of the masculine in people around you to want to give and provide, because the masculine gives, the feminine receives, just like in sex. So let's talk about asking. And the first principle I'm going to bring up, then I want to hear my lovely wife's feelings on it, is asking directly. So instead of complaining or telling him what, what to do if you ask him. So you should never tell. You should always ask. That activates his masculine. And what the way you do it is to be direct, actually. So if you. It's better to ask specifically than to just vent and tell you him all the reasons why you want something. So, for example, instead of saying, you never give me enough attention on the evenings we're together, you're always looking at your phone, or you're always talking to somebody else, or you're always doing this and that instead of say, may I ask if we could put our phones away when we're together? So it's very specific, it's very direct, but it's respectful and it's vulnerable and it's feminine. And so this is just the first key to unlock a man wanting to help you is to actually ask first and foremost, but then to be specific and be direct somewhat and brief somewhat in what you want, because then he has a clear action now he has a plan as a man in his masculine to actually serve you. So what do you feel about that? Snucky.
Yeah, 100%. And I, I love that acknowledgement. Right. Because then it doesn't feel like piercing because I feel like I love to always practice what Brody preaches or when we have like a new concept. And I can feel the difference when I implement it myself and when I don't implement it myself and it feels so much better. It feels so much more like, you know, honoring and like you were saying, respectful. And I mean, of course, to me it brings me great joy because I obviously respect my husband. So hopefully you do that with a man that you respect because of course it's going to be hard to do it with someone that you don't necessarily respect. Right?
Yeah. And an important piece of this as well is that a lot of women have a hard time being vulnerable and actually asking for what they want. So that's why they don't ask. That's why they go into demanding or telling is because they say, well, it feels too. I don't want to feel weak. I don't want to feel helpless. I don't want to feel like I need him. So instead of just asking for him to help me, asking him to open the pickle jar, asking him to take out the trash, but again, asking it politely, asking it the way we teach you, because you could really ask for anything. You could ask for a house, you can ask for a car, you can ask for a baby, but you have to do it respectfully. And then in that Order. Yes. And it unlocks all the potentials when you do it that way. But so the key is to be willing to embrace that part of you that actually may feel a little vulnerable, that may feel a little bit like the damsel in distress, and to say, well, I. But I don't need no man. I don't want to help. I don't want him to help me. I don't need his help. I don't want to rely on him. Well, what if you could. What if you could rely on a man? What if you could have a hero, your knight in shining armor, who wants to do whatever it takes to make you feel safe, to make you feel happy? What would that be like? What would that feel like? So we're talking about here the right man, and you will unlock that right capability within him when you approach it in this way. So the willingness to be vulnerable. I'd love to hear your thoughts on that. Anti. Because you have so much wisdom around the power. Vulnerability. Really?
Yeah. And I think what we first of all need to address is like, all the voices that get in the way of you not wanting to be vulnerable. And that's usually some voice of protection because you've gotten hurt. You have childhood wounds and experiences that actually say, auntie, I can't be vulnerable. You know, I got molested or I got attacked or I got abused or I got manipulated or I got abandoned.
And.
And if it wasn't for me fighting for myself, I wouldn't even be here. So what are you even talking about? I learned to not rely on anyone, and definitely not men. Or the opposite side of the coin is that your parents taught you that, that they said, no, we're going to make sure that you're never going to have to rely on a man, that you're actually going to have the college degree, that you're going to be independent, that you're going to buy your own house and all these things. And then, of course, you have to understand, well, from what program that your parents come from. Right. Because, I mean, I would not teach that my child, because there's a. There's obviously something in there that's unhealed inside of the parent as well. Right. And then the other piece also is to really know that vulnerability is strength, because I hear so many times that vulnerability is weakness. And nothing could be further from the truth. Now why is that? Well, because have you ever seen somebody who's authentically vulnerable? Have you ever seen the magnetism someone has because the other person actually trusts them? And Actually truly connects with them at the deepest, most authentic level. That, to me, is power. Because you can't buy that. Right. You can maybe buy somebody pretending. Right. But you can't buy another nervous system trusting your nervous system. Right. Another nervous system being a parasympathetic nervous system response in your presence. Nobody can train themselves to do that. Right. That's something that either occurs and the nervous system feels safe or it doesn't.
Yeah. So it is so key. It is so key to be willing to feel helpless. Like embracing that helpless part inside of you. It actually is. It's beautiful. It's the little, you might say the innocent part inside of you. The. The child that is there that still exists within you, that is looking to be protected, that is looking to be nurtured, that is looking to be loved and cared for, maybe the love and care that you never got as a little girl. And to be willing to feel that, to feel that vulnerability and to ask for help. That's what you're doing with your man, ultimately, is you in your feminine. You are asking for help. The feminine asks, the masculine provides. The masculine gives that request from his hero instinct that he gets activated within. Because what happens when he feels that true authentic vulnerability is he wants to care for it. A healthy man, as long as he's not deeply broken, which there are broken men out there. So this is why you have to use our magnetize your man 90 day challenge to actually see what kind of man you're dealing with and get the full picture over time and draw him close through magnetic feminine polarity principles that you will start to see what kind of man you're dealing with. If he is broken, then no matter what you do is not going to really help. He's not going to become loving and devotional to you. However, the biggest secret to unlock that devotion in a healthy masculine man is going to be that vulnerability. Because now he'll feel he has a purpose. He can be that knight in shining armor for someone for you. Even if he can't be that for everyone else in the world in a massive. In a massive way, he can do it in a small way for you. That gives him purpose, that gives him meaning. And it could expand then to your family, it could expand to your community. But the key is to be willing to activate that within him. You create a new dynamic where now he actually wants to serve. And so it's a very, very powerful point in this. Now the next thing I want to get into is actually the specifics and logistics of asking in more detail. So what I said earlier in the example I gave is that there's a lot of power in how you ask. Specifically. Again, you want to ask, you don't want to tell. Never tell, always ask. But the specifics of how to ask are key, too, because you can say something like, can you grab that for me? The most masculine would be telling a man what to do. Like, grab that for me. Go get that. It's like a little puppy. It's like your little. Your child, maybe. I mean, some parents talk to their kids like that. But are you treating him like a child? Are you treating him like a man? Are you treating him like your hero? So you don't want to tell him what to do. That's going to put him in a disrespected position. He's going to resent it. He's not going to want to help you. The next would be asking him with a common term like, can you grab that for me? Or would you grab that for me? They're both pretty good. Or could you. Or those are. Those are pretty similar. They're okay. But really, when we're starting to get to the more feminine ways of asking for a man, you want to even preface it with even more asking, even more asking permission in a way. So we love this phrase. May I ask. May I ask if you could grab that for me? So you're asking. You're asking before you're asking in a sense. So you're giving him all the sense that he is not being told what to do. He is not being controlled. It is all his right, his decision, his sovereignty as a man, as a king, to decide if he's going to grant you his gift, his service, his provision, whatever that might be, his protection. So you're double asking, may I ask if you can grab that for me? May I ask if you could help me with my taxes? May ask if you can help me with an issue I'm dealing with, with my car, and then you can ask him for it. Or may I ask if you can drive today? So that, may I ask, is a very feminine way to do it that unlocks even more devotion from a healthy, masculine man. Now we can even sweeten the deal even more and add some bonus points where you can say something like, may I please ask if you could help me with this? May I please? So we add that word please or pretty please makes it even more feminine. It's like adding some feminine perfume. Perfume onto the question. And so that's great. Adding the word please is powerful. And you can take it even to the next level when we add something which we call honorifics. Now, honorifics is an endearing term, but it's also a title of respect and admiration that you can use towards your man. So I have other trainings. We have trainings that we talk about this in, but you can add something like, may I ask if you could please grab that for me, my king or my ma. You may not be at the point where you could say something like my master or my boss or daddy, but daddy seems a lot more common these days. May I ask if you could please grab it for me, Daddy? So now we're just turning up. We're even turning up the heat in a bit of a way here. So this is where the passion can ramp up, but it's also a very respectful way. You can call him professor, you can call him mister, you can call him sir, call him Mr. James, whatever his last name is. And it adds that extra level of oomph to the feminine mystique. So let's combine that and so you can hear what that would sound like. Mask. If you can please help me with my car today, Daddy. Or my king or my. My giant, my. My dragon, Whatever is that term that you feel is endearing, something that you pick between the two of you? You can try out a couple. It gives some variety that can activate his. His masculine instinct as well. So I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on this, Nagi, of specific ways to ask, what has your. Been. Your experience been with me and the things you've tried and seen that you really like?
Yeah, so. Because, of course, I can already feel the woman's nervous system retracting. And that's actually why I love honorifics because. Because when you've done your work as a woman, when you've done, let's say, your forgiveness work or your healing work? I mean, I had to forgive myself for emasculating men. I had to forgive men for having a wild man. I had to do all those different internal workings, right? Because actual I had actually unconscious resentment towards men. So I don't. I mean, I don't cringe at any of the names like, I like, you know, I'm like, literally whatever my. My husband wants to be called. I'm happy to call him that, right? Because I don't have, like, any stories that that somehow makes me weaker or that somehow I'm like, helpless or powerless or all these thoughts we tell ourselves, right? And we have, like, so much fun I'm, like, literally just playing with, like, different. Different ones all the time and just see, like, what reaction I can get out of Brody. And sometimes he says, you don't have to do it all the time. You know what I mean? So I'm like, okay. I'm just like, you know, especially if I'm like, let's say at a conference or he's somewhere, and, you know, I get the message.
Sometimes you got to be careful because it might turn me on a little too much, so I kind of have to regulate it a little.
That's why.
Okay.
That's how, you know.
Don't. Don't talk to me like that right now. I'm trying to focus. Come on.
Yeah, it's a good way, ladies, to, like, tease your van, too, you know, Especially if it's, like, and work mode and, you know, and as you can tell, it's very playful. Right. Once you actually move through the resentment part. And because I just saw a woman the other day, so I thought, sure, I'm not going to call him king or daddy or whatever.
Right.
And I can, like, tell.
Or my hero. That's a good one. My hero is a classic.
Yeah. But I was, like, sad for that woman because I was there, too, and it actually cost me a lot of connection. It cost me a lot of joy, cost me a lot of pleasure, even in my own feminine. By having all this resistance. Right. Well, actually, there's nothing. But he's not taking advantage of me or he's not going to overpower me or whatever stories women have. What happens if you're out of the sudden, call your husband sir or. It's, like, my favorite that I like to tease you with. I say daddy sometimes. So, like, that's not my. My go to boss. Boss is like my go to.
Yes.
And it's so fun. It's so fun. And. But again, you know, you notice, like, it's more about the energy that you exude, and then a man can feel it, and he feels respect at the same time, and it causes state shift in your relationship. I mean, it's just. How does it get any better than this?
Yeah. And it, again, depends on what kind of man you're dealing with now. That's where the. The Magnetic Feminine 90 Day Challenge comes into play, because you may use some of this respectful language that we're teaching you, this feminine, magnetic feminine language, and your man may not respond well. He may get triggered, or he may shut down, or he may be, I don't know, confused. Give him some Time. We recommend giving him some time as long as he's not abusing you or doing something hurtful over time, like, if that's the case, you got to get out anyways. You got to get away from a man who's not showing any care for your heart. But over time, he may just need to. To be stepping into his own masculine. He. He may need to be activated, and that's what you can do for him. That's the greatest gift you can give to a man, by the way, is you being connected fully to your feminine core. That activates him in his masculine core, which every man has a masculine core. Every woman has a feminine core. So you activate him in his masculine core, and he starts to really like it. Over time, he starts to love it because he's feeling more powerful, he's feeling more confident. He's feeling like a better leader for you, a better protector, a better provider. He's feeling like a hero. You get to appreciate him, you get to admire him, you get to respect him and trust him even more. And you create an upward trajectory in your relationship, an upward spiral of devotion, because the polarities increase. The opposite energy is attracting. The polarities increase. The activated chemistry and passion that is there creates that upward spiral. He becomes more masculine, you become more feminine. And now you're in the dance. You're in this beautiful tango dance together of your relationship, rather than what a lot of couples experience is the downward spiral, where the woman becomes more masculine because she's protecting herself, she doesn't trust him. She starts to become more disrespectful, accusing him of things, blaming him, criticizing him, shaming him, telling him what to do, trying to control him, trying to change him. And then he becomes more defensive, more resentful. He becomes less caring, less devotional. He starts saying hurtful things or not giving her any attention or pulling away or seeing other women or whatever it might be. And now they're in this downward spiral. The downward spiral, or what also could happen is the man becomes more feminine. He starts to be acting more like a child, asking her for help, complaining to her, being needy, being desperate, looking to her to make all the decisions, looking to her to lead, to take care of him, asking for help. So you get in that downward spiral of negative polarity, and it's very destructive to relationships. And we see it often, so we want to look out for that as well. Do you have any other thoughts on this, Snucki, as far as. Let's start talking about more ways a woman can practice and get Good at just asking for help in general to open that up logistically and with any other internal shifts that she has to make. Do you have any other, any other big points on that you'd like to share?
I mean, you know what I help my women so much is I really massage their nervous system, I call it, because I can feel the body language. I'm just like closing up and just like, oh, by going into shock and leaving their body, going into performance mode, what do I do? Going into shutdown and all the things when I think about, oh, I'm just going to share my emotions and my confusion about how he showed up online or what's happening, what happened at the party or what didn't happen at the party, or you know what I mean? Or he said this, but then he didn't follow through. So that's like, number one is actually just making a woman feel safe. Like, I'm safe, right? I'm safe to express my needs, I'm safe. And then I also have a woman visualize that it's well received, right? Because we have this unconscious programming also, of course, from our childhood that it's not well received because, I mean, for me, for example, you know, I had a dad who was really raising me as a high achiever. And so as soon as I was gaining a little bit of confidence, he would imitate immediately say, like, who do you think you are? So if we remember, our parents become our internal dialogue. So of course my story was, oh my gosh, if I set a boundary for a man and actually say, you know what, I'm have to leave right now, or you know what? I, I didn't feel comfortable with how this was handled or not ready to be physical yet or whatever. That of course in my internal dialogue was like, who do you think you are? And I saw like a man, like, attacking me. And then it's funny because it actually never happened, right? 99% of the things that we rehearse inside of our head never happen. But. But it had an impact because I didn't set the boundaries and I hear from women all the time is by the time they actually express what they need or what they didn't agree with or what they were confused about or what they feel sad about, like, it's too late, right? The man doesn't even remember anymore. There's no more context. And on top of that, the men is saying, oh, wait, why didn't you say that three weeks ago? Or I don't remember anymore why I said that. Or so it's going to be really hard for the man to acknowledge the woman. And the woman doesn't feel heard and then she doesn't feel seen. And that makes her feel insecure and makes her feel unworthy. And so it goes down this downward spiral. So I think that's why it's so important to actually not only express your needs, but do it in a timely manner. Do it like in the moment, right? Have it like, be a practice to be like in the moment. Hey, I'm noticing something. Can I be honest with you? Maybe I share something with you, right? So you're immediately like, hey. And I mean, I would say nine out of 10 times and maybe can correct us here, he'll say yes. I mean, unless he's like, you know, in a work meeting or he was single, focused, finishing something up, wanted to be fully present with you, or of course, if it's a quote unquote broken man who is not available for these kind of conversations. But you can't build a relationship with a man like that anyways.
Yeah, an important piece of this as well is that when you ask a man for help with something, what you're doing is you're giving him the opportunity to win points with you. Because here's the. Here's the thing that happens a lot in relationships. A man may feel that he's not doing a great job. He may not feel that you're happy as you could be. And so he feels down about that his self esteem is dropping. He doesn't feel like he's doing a good job as a man, as a provider, as a hero, as a partner for you. But he doesn't know what to do. All he hears is maybe complaints or you maybe being disrespectful or maybe not saying anything and he just feels something is off, but he doesn't know what. So when you make a specific request and when you're asking for help in a respectful way, in a vulnerable way that he can hear, he can digest, he doesn't feel like he's being attacked or he's being belittled, what you're giving him is the gift of having clarity and having a plan for how he can win with you, how he can make you happy. So that guidance, your question? Hey, babe. No, don't call him babe. By the way, he should be calling you babe. Babe is not a masculine term of endearment. Use my king or my hero or daddy or boss or master or sir or, you know, gladiator. Don't use baby or honey or sweetie pie, that's going to put him more in his feminine, obviously, although it's very common. So instead you're going to say, hey, my king. Hi, sir, or you don't have to, you don't even have to preface it with that. But you're saying, may I ask if you can give me some advice with something? May I ask for some advice with something? May I ask for your help with something? Could you help me out with something? And then when he says yes, which he likely will, you can ask him what your question is or what you're struggling with, and you're giving him a clear way he can win. Or even if you're being more direct in saying, can you. Could you drive us tonight? Or may ask if you can drive us tonight, that's giving him a clear idea where he can win with you. He's like, oh, yeah, of course I can do that. Even if you were to say something like, may ask if we can talk on the phone tonight, or may ask if we can go out tonight, you're giving him a clear plan. You're, you're not giving him a clear plan. You're giving him a clear signal. So the masculine is planning, but what you're doing from the feminine is you're giving him a signal and he's saying, oh, if I want to win points with her, that's how I can do it. That's all I have to do is what she just asked me. It's clear. I get it. I understand it. Rather than if you're just constantly complaining about vague things like you're, you're feeling, you know, hurt or you're, you're upset about something and you're just ranting about it. It's not necessarily giving him a clear direction of what he can do. And it's also probably not coming to him in a, in a respectful way that he can actually receive. So you're giving him a signal. You're giving him, like the lighthouse on the top of the mountain next to the ocean. You're giving him a signal of where he can go to find the safe harbor where he can go to win with you. And likely he's going to say yes, likely he's going to want to do it, because now he has that masculine clarity. He knows what to do. He has a mission. Men want a mission. They want you to give them a mission ideally, but do it in a respectful way. They don't want to be told what to do, but they do want to have a path of available to understand, to know how he can make you happy. So that's a big thing of big part of what you're doing when you are making a request to him in that way. So with that, I'm going to go ahead and answer some questions here because we have some good questions coming in. All right. And so let's see here. So Luciana said I always call him Daddy Superman or my King Daddy Superman, Master Gringo, Daddy Sexy Gringo, Gringo Superman, American Gringo and also also Portuguese masculine names. And he loves it. Yeah, that's actually an advanced principle. So we didn't talk about that today. I talked about in our other honorifics training. But you can combine these names as well. You can call him Master Daddy or Gladiator King or Tiger, Tiger, Lion, Tiger Daddy. So there's a lot of ways you could combine it. That's fun. So have fun with it as well. But use the masculine terms. That's going to inspire him to. To want to be that for you even more. You're helping shape his identity when you do this. So that's very powerful. And then she also said it was a good. She said calling him Daddy had me had him feeling uncomfortable at first, but now he loves it. So that's exactly what we said before. Sometimes he has to just get used to it. Sometimes he's not used to you being in your feminine or you actually talking to him with feminine language. And so he has to adjust to it a little bit. You may not have learned our advanced. He may not be used to our advanced magnetic feminine communication principles that we teach you here. So he has to get used to it and step into his healthy masculine. And then he wants to devote to you and he loves it. And it will ramp the passion up in your relationship for sure. Blossom said, what about important masculine traits in women? For example, assertiveness, sovereignty, emotional composure, taking responsibility, etc. Many men want women to have those qualities too. Do you want to address that, Snuggie?
Well, I think that's more for you, right?
Yeah. Well, either of us. I was curious if you have any thoughts on it first or feelings, but I can. I can go into it. So yeah, of course these can be valuable traits, right? They're valuable human traits like confidence, for example. Confidence, inner strength, inner believing in yourself, being courageous. That can be a trait that's attractive both in men and women. Like these. Some of you mentions assertiveness, sovereignty. Now I'll go through a couple of these one by one. Like a. So sovereignty. So assertiveness let's talk about assertiveness. First and foremost, assertiveness, you got to be careful with. Because assertiveness easily becomes masculine energy. Because what is assertiveness? It's a. I'm going to go for what I want. I'm going to claim what I want. I'm going to just make it happen. I'm going to approach him, I'm going to chase him, I'm going to lock it down. I may. At the extreme, it's like, I'm going to propose to him, right? So. Oh, shoot, I just lost my camera. You have to.
I got to.
While.
While you proposed to Brody, he fell off the chair. So. But yeah, 100. And you know, there are those videos out there where women are really saying, I'm, I'm proposing to my man, and this is what's going to happen. And so you really have to ask yourself, of course, like, what kind of relationship do you want? Right. Because, like, wasn't that like an. I think it was like an athlete last year or something, where she ended up proposing to her husband or was an audience of her boyfriend. And it was the weirdest thing I've ever seen. And it got a lot of backlash and it got a lot of attention because we're just talking about women proposing to men.
Yeah, well, and also, like, we're talking about romantic context here. So assertiveness may be a very valuable trait in your work life, with your family, maybe with your kids, with your health. It's really good to be assertive, however, in your romantic life. If, if you're a woman and you have a feminine core, which every woman does, if you want to connect more to your feminine core, being assertive is actually what should be his job. He should be the one reaching out to you. He should be the one pursuing you, so to speak, planning dates, inviting you on a dates, buying you gifts, proposing to you. Ultimately, like we said, it's sort of similar to sex, right? Do you want a man where you have to, you know, you have to be the man in the relationship, you have to penetrate him, we might say dominate him. Or do you want to be penetrated, dominated? You might say, like, the assertiveness, the masculine assertiveness. Which. Which do you prefer? Because at the end of the day, it may be a preference. If you want a man who is more passive and he wants to receive from you and have you be his caretaker, mommy or his boss, then that's a different type of relationship. So that's assertiveness. Sovereignty. Sovereignty is great too, but the Problem is, a lot of women, they stretch too much into sovereignty. Where they say, I don't need no man, I'm independent woman, I don't need a man to make me happy. I don't need anything from him. I got my life put together. But then what happens is, if you're too sovereign, if you're too independent, where's the man going to fit in? Where does he have a place in your life? Like we talked about, if a man has a hero instinct inside of him, he wants to make people happy, he wants to be of value to others, he wants to have a mission in his life, then where is he going to have that mission with you? You're sovereign, you don't need him. And if a man doesn't feel needed, he's going to look elsewhere where he is needed. And that's just a fact. That's just the way that men are designed, especially men who are connected to their masculine core. They need to have a mission. If they don't feel needed, why are they here? They're going to get depressed, they're going to feel purposeless. They're going to be like a ship without a rudder. So you want to be careful with sovereignty as well, because a man needs to feel needed at the end of the day, especially with a woman he's with, if he doesn't feel like he can really be of service to her in a deep way, where he is, like, needed, that he is that source of deep protection, deep provision. Deep, yeah, Providing joy, providing happiness, providing everything that a woman may need to feel really complete in her life. Then why is he there? Just like that famous scene from Jerry Maguire, you complete me. You complete me. Like, he wants to feel that he completes you, that he has something that he can provide. So that's a big important one as well. Emotional composure, that's a very masculine trait. Also, masculinity is about stuffing away your emotions. Actually, think about it on a battlefield, if a man is too emotional, if he's too afraid, he's not going to run into battle, he's not going to defeat the enemy. What is he going to do? He's going to run away. Or he's going to collapse on the ground in a puddle, crying, and he's going to die. So men have been created with this instinct to do what is needed, regardless of their emotions. And actually emotional composure is required for that. Feminine energy is the opposite. Feminine energy is about the full rainbow expression of your emotions. The light and the dark, the shadows, the fear, the anger. As well, as the happiness, the joy, the gratitude, he wants to feel it all. He wants your full heart. And if you're too composed, if you've got it all together all the time, he can't feel your heart. Now again, it doesn't mean that you can't have some emotional responsibility and be able to self process, but you should never stuff away your emotions. You should never bypass your emotions, especially as a woman, you need to feel them fully. You may need to do it in private, but a lot of it you can also do with him. If you do it in the right way, which is what we teach you with magnetic feminine communication in our more advanced trainings, in our coaching, how to actually do that. Responsibility as well. Yes, you should be responsible for yourself. You should be responsible for your emotions to some extent. But a man in a masculine, feminine, polarized relationship, he's taking responsibility for the relationship itself. You know, in Christianity they teach about the man being the spiritual leader of the household, that the man has a divine responsibility to take care of those he loves. Just like Jesus had that divine responsibility when he came down to earth and saved humanity, he felt responsible for them. He even took on their sins as his own. So that's the kind of level of responsibility a man feels in relationship, that he takes it on. If there's a sin in the relationship, if there's something wrong in the relationship, it's his fault. A lot of men will take this on, especially the more masculine he is. If you're unhappy, if there's something wrong, it's his fault, he's got to do something about it. Not maybe his fault, but it's his responsibility to fix it. And that's why men are so oriented. Masculine men are so oriented towards solving problems, they need to solve the problem for them to feel like they're fully connected to their masculine. And if you don't provide him with any problems because you're always the one taking his problems on or being responsible for him or being his mommy, then he has no place for that. So it's a balance. Yes, some of these traits you do want to have, but the majority, a lot of it, you can offset onto him, onto the right man, onto the man you meet. Let him take that on, let him be assertive with you. Let him take on the sovereignty of the kingly sovereignty for his own, for the realm, for your family, for your relationship. Let him have the emotional composure, Let him take on responsibility. So yes, he may want and admire these traits, but if we're talking about passion and Polarity, then he actually wants the opposite of this. He wants you to be the exact opposite of a lot of these traits you described in the right way. Of course it's a balance. I'm not saying go to the complete extreme where you're completely dependent on him. You can't even feed yourself, and you can't do anything without him doing it for you. That's the extreme. Right. We're talking about somewhat of a balance here. But you want to find your sweet spot in the feminine side of things. So you will attract a man who will take care of you, who will devote and will love you as the precious, valuable, queenly, feminine woman that you are. Do you have any thoughts on that, Shaggy?
Yeah, I think I really want to address the story around emotional composure. Because, you know, what I've seen with my women is that the men want, like, a woman who's, like, the safe haven and the. You know, they just want the peace. And so it sends sort of like, this message to the woman that a man wants, a woman who has emotional composure. But I think it's really more like an emotionally unavailable man who talks about like that. Because an emotionally available man, a masculine man, is exactly what Brody already said. Will appreciate the range of emotions. I mean, when I stepped into my anger and Brody actually saw it, and he saw me stepping into my rage and obviously not attacking him or targeting it towards him, but expressing it. Right. He could actually also access his own version of that. Right. When he saw me breaking down, crying, all of that. He saw me at that most vulnerable moment and again, made me magnetic because I was vulnerable. And immediately. That's funny. Even to this day, not funny. But, you know, when I have a moment where I feel sad or helpless or just hitting a wall, and it's so bodhisattv right there. Like, physically speaking. Right. And so we women have such a story. Oh, I need to be emotionally composure. Oh. Or he mentioned, oh, yeah, his ex was like, an emotional mess. And so, I mean, therefore, I need to be an emotional, composed person. Or maybe you learn it all together from your parents. Right. But that's actually a myth that I would like to debunk that that's even something that a man is looking for.
Yeah. So that's. That's a very great question. Thanks for asking that, Bloom. And we have another similar one. Julianne said every time I'd ask for help from my former partner, he would say, it'll work out. Don't worry about it. You'll figure it out. She made like A. A wonky face. So, yeah. So this sounds like a broken man, and this is also a feminine man. That's what a man will say when he's trying to offload his responsibility. And he's trying to say, you got it handled. You. You're the responsible one. I'm not. Don't look to me to be the responsible one. Like you're the responsible one. You're the mommy here. I'm the little boy. So you should. You should. You could. You could handle this. You got it taken care of. If anything, I need help from you. So you want to watch out for these words when a man says it, because that's him being in his feminine. That's him putting off his masculine energy. It's a sign of a broken man. I don't know how broken we'd have to see, but it's definitely a sign that there can be some. Some brokenness there. So what we have to look for is when a man says something like this, of course, you have to use magnetic feminine communication and share your feelings. We don't have to, but that would be highly recommended. How does it make you feel when a man says that? How does it make you feel in your heart, your feminine core? Does it bring up sadness? Does it bring up some anxiety, some fear from. Some frustration or anger? And are you willing to share that with him in the right way? And so we help you with that. We'll help you have these conversations with a man, but that's the key, because you got to see how he responds when you have that conversation, when you actually share the impact of him doing that. Because ultimately you want his help. You want him to be there for you, even if, yes, you can handle it on your own. But is he willing to be your support, to be your. Your. Your guide, your structure, maybe, at least in this journey? Because what a healthy masculine man will say is when you'd ask him for help, he'll say, what is it? What is it, babe? What do you need? Like, what can I. What can I help you with? And he'll want to hear, like, he'll ask you what's going on? What's the issue? Tell me more. How are you feeling? And so he'll want to know what's going on? And he'll. He'll take some responsibility for that. Now the other option is a man just may not have any care for you. He's either broken or he has no level of care for you for whatever reason. It usually goes together. And actually more common that he's broken rather than he has no care for you. And so that's a possibility as well. And it's a sign. So when you have our 90 day challenge and you go through it and if you start to hear something like this from a man over time and he's not shifting, even though you shift into your feminine, you shared your feelings with him and you've asked for help, and you continue to ask for help, and he's still denying it or he's still putting it off, well, then clearly he's not the right guy. Clearly he's a broken man. And you have to be willing to walk away because you can't abuse yourself by staying in a situation that is abusive. If you stay in a situation like that, you're actually abusing yourself. And you have to take some responsibility for that. So we have to, we do talk about responsibility. You have to take some responsibility for your own choices at some point and say, why are you continuing to subject yourself to a man who's clearly not showing care for your heart and who's not shifting even though you've gotten specific coaching with us, ideally, you've joined our coaching programs, you've taken this seriously. You started the 90 day challenge to really master this for yourself, and he still hasn't shifted. Well, then it's clear then. As clear as night and day. This is a broken man and you need to walk away. So that's what I would recommend with that. Let's get this over here. All right, so let's get another question we have here. Luciana shared. He told me he loves how I make him feel and how he loves that I want to submit to him and how much I respect him and how he has never had a woman like me. I can't believe how much being in my feminine energy has made such a difference. That's beautiful, Luciana. Thanks for sharing that. And that's. Yeah, we hear that every day, all day, every day. It's. It's a powerful way to completely shift your interactions. When you, when you really take that on and you step in your feminine core, you make that shift from deep down inside of yourself as a woman. Chris did not said, what should I do? I do everything a woman has to do in a relationship, but it never works and I end up to be the bad one. Even when he cheats. Yeah. So I would, I would change some of the language on that, Kristina. I would say rather than think, things you have to do as a woman, it's like things you get to do Things you get to do to be in your feminine is actually a gift. It's a huge gift because what you're actually doing is getting to release a lot of things, a lot of the burdens, a lot of the ways you felt you had to be in your masculine to perform or to give to him or to make him happy or to be a people pleaser of sorts. Like, you actually get to let all that go, which is a beautiful journey to be on as a woman. To say, I'm done with it. Feminine energy is about being. Masculine energy is about doing. It's about trying to solve the problem and trying to be perfect and trying to give, give, give, give, give. That's all masculine energy. That's being a mommy to him. And now if you're doing this and you end up in a situation like I don't know exactly what you've, what you've done and how you did it, because that's, that's where a lot of the difference is made, is exactly how you do this, how you actually connect. Because a lot of women think they're in their feminine, they believe they're in their feminine. But when we actually look into and pull the, pull the hood up, we find that they're actually still in masculine energy. They're actually subtly still trying to lead the man, trying to control him, trying to change him, trying to. They're attached to the outcome. And so there's a lot of powerful distinctions we need to make to make sure you're actually in your feminine. And then if it still doesn't work out with the man, which is pretty rare, but if his stance doesn't still work out with the man over a period of time, let's say with our 90 day challenge, and it still doesn't work out, he's still not treating you like a queen, like his princess, like his, his darling, then he's clearly a broken man and you have to be willing to walk away. And then we look at the bigger picture, why you keep attracting broken men. If that's one broken man after another, after another, we have to look at what's the deeper. What's the deeper issue here? What's the shift that needs to happen inside of yourself to actually attract healthy masculine man that treats you right. Do you have anything to say on that, Snuggie?
I may actually have to run our nanny slack locked out.
Oh, okay. Well, why don't you take care of that and I will.
You may want to. Just a total human moment. Alrighty. I'll be Right back.
All right. So yes. So that's the big thing is really what I said is you have to look at then the pattern of why are you attracting men like that? And we need to, we need to go deep and so we can solve that which is the bigger problem there. So hope that was helpful. Just not. All right. I have a longer question here. I'm not sure if it's all going to show up on the screen. I'll put most of it. So Karen said, I have a man friend in a long distance relationship. He's gotten, he's gotten where he is less interested, texting less and telling me he is tired. We did have a good emotional connection up until the past few days. I think there must be another woman in the picture. I sent a text today asking what is going on. I asked him not to read until he gets home. He has a high profile job and he does, does work long hours. What do you think about my concerns? He has recently started opening up about himself. We have been texting for about six weeks. So what do you think about your concerns? Well, that's a judgment. So that's a subjective opinion that he has gotten less interested. We don't really know if that's true or not. Now what we can look at is how often he's been texting you. Has he been texting you a lot less frequently? Has he been talking less to you? That's. That's more likely. Is he spending less time with you? That's a, that's a better sign. But it's still not for sure. So we want to look at that. And also if there's another woman in the picture, we don't know that. So we can't jump to conclusions with that. I would not recommend sending a text just asking him what's going on. That's actually masculine energy. What we want to do is share your feelings. So you want to have a magnetic feminine conversation with him, which will teach you how to do and help you script it out to share your feelings with him about the whole situation and ask for help. And so instead of asking him what's going on, a better question would be may I ask if we can talk on the phone once you're off of work tonight? Or may I please ask if we could talk on the phone when you're off of work? Or just. You don't even need to say that. Say may ask if we can talk on the phone when you're next available. And then he'll probably say yes and you'll Set up a phone call and have a conversation where you can share your feelings with him and then ask him for help with your feelings. And that's. It's a lot bigger process. We don't have time to get into today, but I would recommend that Karen as the general direction. And then we'll have to see what he says. And then also use our magnetic feminine 90 day challenge so that you can set the time period when you use what we teach you. Give him 90 days. And after 90 days, you will likely see that things are shifting, and we'll help you go through that process and then you can have a great relationship with him. And if not, it'll reveal to you that yes, he is a broken man or yes, he is with another woman or he doesn't really care about you. And then we'll know, but we have to really give it that. That chance to see and give him a chance to shift, to see what kind of man he really is and how he shows up. So Luciana also had another share. I will say every time he, every time, tell him, may I ask or share? He always tells me I don't need to ask permission to ask him anything or to share anything with him. Should I still practice this? Yeah. So what I would recommend, Luciana, is you still want to practice that? I would highly recommend that you still practice that. So even if a man says, oh, you don't need to ask me, or you don't need to ask permission, what I would then say is, is it okay if I ask because I enjoy it, because it feels good to me? Because what you're actually doing here is you're doing this for yourself. You're doing this for yourself to connect more to your feminine core and become more feminine. Because what happens when you're more feminine is you enjoy your life more in all areas and you feel more happy as a woman because you're connected to your authentic self. Every woman has a feminine core deep down inside that's been lost throughout the years, throughout the day, the. The days, the weeks, the months of being in your masculine. And often times because of also wounding and trauma that has happened in your life. So it's really a gift that you give yourself to be in your feminine and to allow your man to. To help you with that or to allow that to say he. And he's. He's okay with that. And then what happens over time is he'll probably like, like that even more. Just like you said before when, when at first you started calling him my hero. My King Sexy or whatever else. You were calling him Daddy. You were calling him Daddy. And he started not liking. He didn't like that at first, but then he started liking it later on. Well, this is probably the same thing. He may not. He may think it's a little odd, or he might feel it's weird at the beginning, but because he's not fully connected to his masculine yet. But then the more you start to. You keep doing it and saying, may I ask if you can help me with this? Or could you. Could you help me with this? So you're asking instead of telling. Or, may we talk? May we spend some time together tonight? And of course, it's not all questions. Like, there are things that you can just share as far as, like, appreciation, saying thank you, or saying you're sharing your feelings. I feel so happy right now. So you don't. You don't have to ask with everything, but when there's a request that you have, when there's something that you want, always ask, don't tell. Don't tell him what to do. That's just going to push him away. And then you'll destroy the good thing that you have going on, which you'll start to make him actually lose polarity and start to feel even disrespected. I don't think you're going to do that, Luciana. But it's a balance, right? Because that's where the beauty comes is you're speaking up, you're sharing your desires, you're putting them out there, but you're doing it in a respectful way. And then he'll be activated. So that's what I recommend those situations is ask him if it's okay if he says something about it again. Just say, is it okay if I do it because I enjoy it? Is it okay if I ask because I like to ask. It feels good to me. And then he'll probably say, yeah, that's sure. Because he wants to make you happy. He's. He's just probably saying that because he wants to show you. Like, look, I really care. Like, you don't have to ask me, like, anything you want, I'll give it to you. But then, you know, you got to be careful with that, because he may just be saying that because he really likes you, but over time, he actually will appreciate you honoring his provision in that way and not just taking him for granted. So we want to avoid that changing at some point, which is why I would recommend keeping it going. All right. And then we have some other Questions here. And. Okay. Robin said, I have a boyfriend. We have been together since the first day we met off a dating app. It was one year in September. I'm probably too romantic. I call him Sweet Cheeks. He calls my name. Yeah. So I would recommend that you stop using names like that with your guy Sweet Cheeks or Honey Bumpkins or Cutie Pieces or Snookums. Like, avoid that, because that's just putting him unconsciously. It's putting him into his feminine energy in a way. It's kind of talking to him like you would talk to a child or a little puppy. You don't want him to be your little puppy. You don't want him to be your child or your little baby Sweet cheeks. You want him to be your hero. Ultimately, if you're honest with yourself, you want him to be your hero. You want him to be strong. You want him to be caring. You want him to be devotional. You want them to be passionate about you, to desire you, to love you. So if you want that, you want healthy, masculine energy, I would call them other names like my. My Diamond Gladiator or my. My Powerful Viking or. And. And so the other thing is, with him calling you by your name, that's not really sweet. Right. So what will happen is when you're using a more masculine honorific with him and calling him Daddy or your king or your hero or your master, your boss or your. Or sir or Mr. Professor or your Honor or, you know, my lord, whatever you can come up with and have fun with. Still, he'll probably then start to call you Baby or Sweetie Pie or my. My Baby girl or Cutie or. I used to call Antia even before I knew about a lot of this stuff. I would call her Baby Cakes and. Muffin and things like that. I don't even remember all the. All the little names nowadays. I'll call her like Schnucky or Puffy. We have like, these fun German kind of names that I. I use with her sometimes because she's from Germany, like Schnucky. It's. It's derived from German stuff, but yeah, so he should be calling you those pet names, not be calling you by your first name. That's really weird, actually, to be calling a woman Robin. Just be calling you Robin or Susan or Sally. It's so formal. And it's also. It doesn't speak to adoration or respect. You want your man to speak to you with adoration. And if you want that, you want to speak with him, to him with respect, that's the. The law of polarity. The more respect you give him, the more love and adoration he's likely to give to you. Unless he's broken or he just doesn't care about you, which I don't think is this. This is the case. I think that's this. You just need some slight tweaks. And I would highly recommend joining our. Our magnetic feminine coaching programs and getting some of our courses, because that'll really help you get the advanced principles, and we can help you specifically with this situation and help craft that for you how to get the relationship you want with him. But that's going to be a big key, is when you start using more of those respectful terms, he'll. He'll probably stop calling you by your first name, and the polarity will come back. So that's what I'd recommend. All right, Auntie is back. Back in the house.
Took care of a little emergency.
Little emergency? Yes. It happens when you have kids. It's part of the playbook. We all learn to ride the roller coaster. Ride the wave.
Yeah.
All right, well, we're just going to answer a couple more questions, and then we'll start wrapping this up. Also, Courtney said, oh, crap. I use babe. It's not the worst thing in the world, so don't beat yourself up, Courtney. A lot of people use this. A lot of people call their guys babe or honey or sweetie. We used to have some clients that would call their guys, like sunshine or what else? Angel, you know, so it's not the worst thing, but you gotta stop it. Stop the madness. Start calling him something masculine. Call him my magnificent warrior. All right, have fun with it. Use something else, and then it'll. It'll start. You'll start seeing some positive shifts from that over time. So it's just. It's not getting rid of it. You're just replacing it. You're replacing it just like how addicts get over their addictions. You replace it with something better. Kristenot said, please help me be able to secure relationship and make it last. Yes. Well, you're in the right place for that, Kristinant. We're going to help you with that. Stay tuned, stay connected, and keep joining and being part of our community here. Luciana also said, the more I am in my feminine energy, the more he is stepping up and being more dominant, and I am loving it. Yes. That's great. It's just like a romance novel. That's how it will start to unfold. He told me he has never had a woman like me, and that he is loving it. Yes. So you're loving it, and he's loving it, too. That's. That's the beauty of it. All right, so. All right, so let's get this one here. So man said, hi, just joined. My partner of 8 months has stopped complimenting me. I feel like he's taking me for granted. How do I pull it back? He says he finds me attractive when I approach the subject, but then he's off with me. Do you want to answer that one, Snuggie?
Yeah. And, I mean, that's, of course, so many questions to you. What happened before he stopped complimenting you? How were you receiving the compliment? Because, I mean, what I see with my women is that don't even know how to receive a compliment. I mean, I'll say thank you, but again, they're not embodied about it. Right. They're not really believing it. And another piece is also. Yeah, it's like, how. How else are you over giving or over serving or. You know, when a man starts to take a woman for granted is because she doesn't own on her own boundaries. So there's just a lot of questions here that we have no answers to. And so. But I would definitely look more into, like, becoming focused on myself as opposed to focusing on him, because women always think like, oh, gosh, like, if I focus more on him, then he'll focus more on me. But it's actually the opposite. Right. The quality of men that you're attracting to your life is directly proportional to the relationship you have to yourself. So when was the last time you've taken yourself out on a date or have done something wonderful for yourself or have nourished your spiritual self? Right. We talk about the different archetypes in our program. And so there's different parts of ourselves inside of ourselves, different energetics that need to be fed. So which ones have not been fed for a while? Right. Because if they don't get fed, then you actually lose magnetism. And then a woman can start to feel, you know, taken for granted. So. And, you know, he says he finds you attractive when you approach the subject. And then that's also about using feminine communication, asking potentially for more or at different times or, you know, to be just more specific.
Yeah, that's great. And let's see. I had another good one here. Robin said I couldn't fit the important thing. He has really never brought me, bought me anything. My birthday was last week, and he texted me. I went to his house on Saturday with dinner. I said, where's My birthday card. Yeah. So saying, where's my birthday card? That's a very masculine thing to say. It's, for one, it's demanding his provision. It's making him feel guilty in a way. It's like an attack. Also. It's a demand and an attack at the same time. And here's the. Here's the bigger picture. You want to avoid feeling entitled to a man's provision, just like you would want a man to avoid feeling entitled to your body. Right? You want to feel that his gifts, whatever he gives to you, is a gift and not something that is to be taken for granted at all. And so that's why. That's why you want to use feminine communication and for one, detach from the outcome. Because if you say, if you just showed up at the house and realized there wasn't a card, and for one, you were detached from the outcome, so you were just enjoying his presence, being there. But then when there wasn't a card, you started feeling some sadness. And if you were able to share that sadness with him in the right way, in a respectful, vulnerable way, that would have a much different impact on him. Because now he would get to feel your vulnerability. Now he'd get to feel the emotions behind it, your feminine core. And that would draw him close rather than saying, where's my birthday card? Probably pushed him away, probably made him get defensive. And maybe he made up an excuse, maybe he laughed it off, made a joke about it, but he wasn't really shifting his level of devotion towards you. And then also the problem is you're going to his house with dinner. It sounds like you're doing a lot for him. So the polarity is probably also off in that sense that you're giving more than he's giving to you. Remember, masculine energy is about giving. Feminine energy is about receiving. So if you're giving him dinner, if you're making him dinner and bringing it to his house, like, what is he doing for you? What has he done for you? And if he's not doing anything for you other than maybe having sex with you, then you need to stop. You need to stop the madness and you need to start asking for help more. You need to start asking for things from him. You need to, first off, stop doing things for him. And then you need to start asking him for things respectfully for yourself and appreciating him greatly when he does those things for you. That'll start shifting the polarity back in the right direction and have some of the silliness stop where he's not really showing a lot of real care and value for you. So yeah, hope that was, hope that was helpful, Robin. All right, so let's see here. May answer one or two more. We got the complimenting question. All right, so let me get anti back on. So Tina said it's hard for me to be relationship because I have someone I am interested in and been dating, but it's hard to get him to open up and communicate, etc. Do you have anything you want to share about that Snuggy?
I mean it's very general, right? Like we don't know anything about how are you communicating, how long you've, you're, you've been in a relationship. Are you guys on the same boat? What does communication actually mean? Right. One thing I always tell my women is when you say communication, what does that mean to you? You know, to some it means like texting once a week. Some other ones it means twice a day, good morning and good night. Some other ones it means not just good morning and good night. It also has to be like some emotional inquiry as well. So we got to be like way more specific like what that means. And by the way, also is that on the phone? Is that in person? Is that via texting? Because we've also seen a huge difference as well. Because when Brian I met, I mean if I would have judged them based on his frequency or lack thereof of dating, of texting, like I would have thought he was not interested. But Brody is not really, truly, authentically believes that the phone is an appointment setting device. So it could be a man like that. And we had women like that who, where the man just picked up the phone and that was that. And there was not a lot of like communication in between because a masculine man, the more masculine man is, the more single focused he is. So he's going to be on purpose, he's going to be on mission. He's got to have things to do. You know, one thing I always tell my women is you're going to be part of this world, but you're not going to be the center of this world. And as far as I'm concerned, but I've seen over the last 12 years, I was like, none of my women actually want to be the center of somebody's world. Like, no, thank you. They actually want to have a man also to have his own life. So it is like a lot of questions that are, that are unresolved and that may even be blind spots for you because you didn't even know that you should ask yourself these questions. So you're welcome if it helped you to make some distinctions that help you to move this forward and make progress.
Yeah. The other thing I would say is men, masculine men are more likely to show their love through their actions rather than their words. So if you really want to know how he feels about you, look towards his actions rather than what he tells you. Is he showing up for you? Is he helping you when you ask for help? Is he, is he community? Is he. Is he reaching out? Is he planning get together? So maybe he's not texting you all the time, but is he planning times to be together, to spend time together, do activities together? And if he's not, and you would like that more, you could of course, still share your feelings about that. You have a magnetic feminine conversation. Let him know how that feels to you, what, what it feels, what emotions you feel and why, and then he can hopefully help you with that. Julianne sent us a nice, super chat. Thank you, Julianne. Appreciate it. She said, be blessed. Y' all are amazing and appreciate your channel beautiful gold couple with golden advice. Thank you, Julianne. Really appreciate that and glad you're liking the show and glad you're tuning in with each of these. So definitely love, love the super chats. All right, and then let's see what else we have here is a couple others, and then we're going to wrap it up here. Well, that's. I may not get to that one. It's a bit longer. So Tina said, I've been in my masculine more, but how do I get back into my feminine ways? Well, you're in the right place, Tina. That's, That's a big question. And that's basically what we cover in our whole, our whole channel here, all of our courses, all of our coaching. So definitely stay tuned, keep engaging, keep part of the community, because we'll help you in all those different ways and keep asking your questions, too, because, yeah, we can go into more specifics. All right, Anna said, if you ask for help, and he says, no, I don't think I can do that today. Is it okay to express disappointment? What if it has to do with wanting his time? Yeah. So the feminine principle, Anna, is to detach from the outcome, but to commit to the process. So a big piece of it is when you make a request as much as possible to detach from caring whatever response you might get. And I know this is easier said than done, but that's the feminine practice to open your heart to be vulnerable, which that's the process, right? The process of showing up, of working on yourself, becoming more of the queen that we show you how to be, and making all these distinctions, these discoveries within yourself, bringing yourself back to your feminine core. That was always in there since the beginning. But so doing the work on yourself and to detach from the outcome of whether or not he actually does the thing for you, whether or not he actually gives you what you want or not. Now, of course, you can have a deadline on it, which is with our 90 day challenge. If he doesn't change, if nothing shifts within 90 days, then it's time to move on. But within that 90 days, I would let go of all the outcome. Who cares? Let it go. So whenever you send a text, whenever you're about to send a text to him, I want you to practice this. I want you to practice being completely okay if he doesn't respond to you, being completely okay if he says no, or being completely okay even if he gives you a negative response. It's a spiritual practice. It's the idea of you being okay regardless of what happens, and you being connected to yourself and enjoying your own life, enjoying being you regardless of what happens. And so that way you will never be disappointed if he doesn't respond. You'll be like, okay, that's okay. I'm going to continue about my life. I'm going to continue doing my thing. I'm going to continue plugging into myself like you're doing here with the trainings, with the resources that we give you, and, and whatever happens, happens. And so now there's also another caveat that's part of committed to process. So let's say he doesn't respond, or let's say he gives you a negative response and you have some feelings about that. You have some sadness. Because I'm not saying shut off your emotions. You'll still have emotions. You'll have some sadness, you'll have some anxiety, maybe some anger, frustration. Then, yes, it's okay to share that. You can still share also the disappointment. But I would avoid using that word, disappointment, because if you're authentic with yourself and you go a little deeper, there's. There's something more vulnerable underneath it, which is probably sadness. And to share that with him, like, can I share a feeling that's coming up for me now. Again, you want to be careful with this because you're also not energetically penetrating him. He doesn't owe you anything. You want to take the approach. He doesn't owe you anything. He. You're not entitled. Entitled to anything from him. But you love when you get it. You love when you receive it. You're happy to receive it, and you still want those things. And so to energetically penetrate him would be to just say, like, I'm feeling disappointed right now, or I'm. Or you're. You're not taking care of me, or you're making me feel sad. That would be energetically penetrating him, because he hasn't even said that he's. He's able to even hear that, to willing. Willing to even hear your feelings. So then you want to ask for that too. And you say, could I share a feeling that's coming up for me, or could I share a feeling I'm having right now? And then if he says yes, then you can share the rest. Then you can share. I'm feeling some sadness, and I'm not sure what to do. I'm feeling some sadness. Could you help me? Could you help me with that? Or can I ask for some help with that? And so now you haven't penetrated him energetically, because, again, the reason you're doing this is for yourself. This is you practicing being a feminine, queenly woman, where you're speaking up, but you're doing so graciously. You're doing so from a place of respect and vulnerability. And then he's either gonna respond, he's either gonna let you, like, take care of you or not. He's either gonna help you or not. And he doesn't owe you that. And however he can give that to you if he chooses to you. His mission, if he chooses to accept it, is to show care for your heart. And you have to see what he does, and that's gonna show you even more what kind of man he is. But either way, you're practicing being this for yourself, and you're going to shift through that, work through that practice, and likely he's then going to start showing more devotion and care for you and becoming the man you always wanted him to be. Do you have anything else you'd like to share about that?
Yeah. And also to be careful. Do not generalize. Right. So one thing the brain does is, like, it deletes the stores and generalizes. And so what can happen is you may ask him, like, once or twice, and then he said, I don't think I can do that today. And then you kind of stop because you just say, well, that means he can never do it. And we've seen this actually across the board with a lot of women that when we say when they're like, we already communicate. I really try to communication track and that doesn't work. And we're like, okay, let's try it again, you know what I mean? And out of the sudden, magically, I don't know, we have a special sauce or whatever it is, right? But all of a sudden, magically, the man responds, right? So I think there's like this piece as well. And there's also the piece of sort of saying it's not happening all the time, it's not always happening. But also seeing, like, where do you shine the flashlight on? Because I could see it becoming a relationship where you become like, you become nagging, right? Because like every conversation you're having with him is about why he is. He can have quality time with you or how that makes you feel and all of that, right? And it can lose sort of like the spontaneity and the fun and the joy and the pleasure and all of that, right? So that's why I think it's also important to shine a flashlight on what is working in your relationship. I mean, hopefully there is something. Anna, if there's not, then you're probably not even looking at the right relationship, right? But if there is, then I encourage you to also nourish that too and point that out too. And you know, what you focus on expands too. And then he wants to show up more for you. And then it's not so much like, oh, every time I talk about this quality time thing and I just can't make it happen. And it could be because he has own childhood wounds around disappointing maybe a parent, and so he'll just repeat that, right? Of like disappointing the other person. Or maybe he never got the space that he really needed. Maybe he had an overdoing parent. I have no idea. And I actually recommend not concerning yourself with that because another mistake that my women make is they become really other focused and they're like, well, this man, his ex was a narcissist. And yeah, and the mom moved out when he was three. And you know, so they tell me like this whole life story about this man. I'm like, I don't really care about this. This is the whole problem is you're actually collecting a whole lot of evidence and make a case why he has all these problems. And it's actually part of codependency. You know, what you should concern yourself with is, is what you think, what you say, what you do in alignment. And if it's not, how can you communicate, but communicate in such a way that he continues to feel like motivated to want to pursue you, to want to provide for you, to want to surprise you and so on. So that's some of the thoughts I have.
