If he doesn't value, do this. In this video, you will discover what to do when he starts to withdraw, when he starts to take you for granted and no longer make you a priority so that you can actually re attract him back into your life so that he celebrates you as the priority that you are. Hey, I'm anti Boyd and together with my husband Brody, we've been helping thousands of successful women all all over the world to get the connected, committed and long term relationship they desire fast. So let's go ahead and dive right in. Now, the first thing to do when he doesn't value is shift your energetic archetypes. Now you may wonder, what does that mean? Now you are actually expressing a certain energetic archetype inside of you, like automatically, right? So for example, you may be a very hard worker and because of that, like you're expressing a lot of sort of masculine, driving, focused, planning energy. Now that's very different than if you were to have for example, like the, the energy of the little girl, right? She's like playful, she's irrational, she's unreasonable, she's spontaneous. She would be like the opposite of the planner. And so oftentimes what happens is when a man doesn't value you is because you have become too predictable. Now, I'm not saying become somebody that you're not, but he's basically saying there's more to you that you're not showing me. And of course that means like, okay, so why are you not showing that? Is that because you're actually even not showing it to yourself? Maybe you got judged around it when you were a little girl yourself. Maybe you were like a very playful little girl and you had so much fun. You were dancing around, you were singing, singing. But then your parent was saying, stop, you're so annoying, you know what I mean? And was just traveling and shutting you down. Like when that happens is you actually start to make that energetic archetype inside of you wrong. And so you're no longer expressing it. However, what that costs you is your radiance. You see, you're no longer as attractive as you could be if you surprise express a certain energetic part inside of you. So if he doesn't value you, try to step into a different energetic archetype that you haven't stepped in before. And if you don't know what they are, then look into other people's lives, particularly your girlfriends, women that you really like, that you look up to and that preferably also have what you desire to have, particularly in their love life and really See, well, what are some of the energetic archetypes they are expressing? You may see that a certain woman is really holding herself like a queen. She's very loving, she's very compassionate, but she's also very self compassionate as well. But she will not allow someone to step all over her. Now, the next thing to do when he doesn't value you is value yourself. And I know this is not a play on words, but what oftentimes happens is that we actually learn the more we value another person, the more they should value us, right? So as you gift, as you, as you sow, that's how you reap, and so on and so forth. But hold on, you forgot a little piece about that. And that is also the sowing also means sowing into you. How much are you sowing into you so that you reap, right, the investment from a man, right? How much actually are you valuing yourself? How much are you actually saying no? Because I'm actually like much more interested in this particular, you know, hobby or whatever the case may be. Quick story in the book, why Men Love Bitches is a fantastic story that drives home the point. Now, this particular woman, she is extremely passionate about Tupperware parties. And you may be like raising your eyebrows right now wondering, like, what are you talking about? And this man must have probably felt pretty similar when he met her because he was well to do, he was traveling the world and he had just invited her to come on a cruise with him. I think it was on the Caribbean, I don't remember exactly. And she was like, I can't because I value myself more. And what that looks like is I can't because what I value is the Tupperware party. And you may be again wondering like, what is going on? Right? And so the man is like, wait, like, excuse me, so you're turning down a lavish cruise experience? Experience. So you can be at your, like, average, whatever, you know, Tupperware party. Yes, that's right. So this bothered him so much that after he embarked and left on his cruise that he actually hopped off the cruise early, turned around to really see what this Tupperware party is all about. Because he couldn't really believe that it's a Tupperware party. Clearly tapa. There should have been more to the story. And to his surprise, there was nothing else to the story. But he fell madly in love with her because that was more important to her being true to herself than to going on like, let's say, a pleasurable trip with a man that she was potentially Even attracted to. Now the next thing to do when he doesn't value you is inquire about your emotions. So what oftentimes happens is like when a man stops valuing ourselves, right, us, then that means sometimes we hit a plateau, right? I mentioned before, he's taking you for granted. And part of that is also because you're not really expressing your emotions. So you're kind of like feeling like it's a little edgy. I don't want him to see my anger because when, when I was expressing my anger when I was little, I was punished for it, or I was belittled for it, or I was, you know, I received a condescending message from my parents. Or maybe one of your parents was actually the rageful, the angry one. Maybe you had a rageful, angry alcoholic dad or whatever the case may be. And in that moment you said, I will never be like that. But again, like I said in the beginning, it truly costs you your charisma. Now, what does charisma actually mean? Well, what a lot of people say that a person that they call charismatic has also a wide range of expressing emotions. So they have no problems going into deep sadness, despair, grief, falling apart. But next moment being able to be like angry, stepping into their power, like feeling and fueling their body with fire. And the next moment being able to laugh, have a good time, right? So like a wide range of emotions. Now I'm talking about of course, the emotions being grounded because of course I know what you want to say, what that means to this person has an emotional mental illness. There's something like really off with them. And I heard that before from you, so that's not what I'm saying. But it comes from a really grounded and aligned place and you can actually feel it because you fully trust that person. You don't feel unsafe. But yet they have such a wide range. It's absolutely incredible to witness. And you wonder, wait, which one is the person? Is it the angry one? Is it the sad one? Is it the happy one? And because the man would never be able to figure that out because, you know, Don Miguel Reese says it best. We are the unknown to ourselves. That's why it's like this never ending intrigue that he has and he will no longer take you for granted. The next thing to do with when he doesn't value you is actually turn the camera backwards and really see, reflect on the moments when he did value you. Look, obviously you're dating in some sort of relationship or situationship or reactionship, and I Could do a video separately on every single one of these topics for a reason. And he must have valued you in the beginning. How are. How were you holding yourself differently in the beginning? Oh, auntie, in the beginning, I mean, I was seeing, you know, different men or, you know, I was more interested in school. I wasn't really looking for a man. You know, I hear this a lot from women. I said, you know, when you met this emotionally unavailable man, or it turned out to be emotionally unavailable, you know, you know, why do you think he was attracted to you in the first place? And they oftentimes say, well, because, you know, I was so busy. You know, I was busy with career and I was traveling a lot and, you know, all the things, right? And so now I'm not saying that if he doesn't value that he's emotionally unavailable. I'm just saying that as an example. Because, of course, it could also simply be that he just lost interest in you because he's like, there's nothing more to explore. And she's not showing all of who she is. But just really think about, like, how were you carrying yourself? And then also wondering, okay, hold on. What happened when I. Why am I not being valid anymore? Did I start to, like, all of a sudden reach out more, accommodate more, try start to solve his problems? You know, I see that a lot with women that out of the sun say, oh, let me. Let me look at this contract for you, and let me do this. And by the way, the men never ask for that. So it's a good way for sure fire to decrease polarity because they didn't ask you for it. So you actually like emasculating him in that very moment, and you're decreasing your possibility of him wanting to pursue you, Right? Him actually being in his masculine drive, that helps to consistently pursue you and break through the fears of, you know, of. Of intimacy, you know, of emotional vulnerability and. And eventually rejection. Because it's true. Men are also afraid. Rejection. So think about, you know, what happened. So if I reflected on my own life, you know, I was just sort of like, catch me if you can, butterfly when I met those men. And so they were very intrigued by me, and I was sort of like, you know, sarcastic, a little bit emotionally unavailable. Now, I'm not saying that that's healthy, but just to give an example, like, okay, that's why they were attracted to me. And then when finally, after a couple of dates or a couple of phone calls, you know, I started to show more of myself because I started become Attached, then all my insecurities start to show. Now, how you can prevent that from happening is actually learning to be secure with your insecurities, right? And I teach that code in my program. But essentially, it's really all about, like, showing up who you are from the get go and even mentioning when you feel uncomfortable instead of laughing it over, just kind of, you know, shrugging it off. And, you know, I had one woman and pointed it out to her, and she said, you know, I just love to laugh. And, you know, you may feel that, but there's actually more to the story. Because one thing I know from being trained in somatic work particularly, is that, like, at particular moments, a body's going on a nervous laughter because there is, like, there's a tension inside of the body, and the body wants to release that tension. And because of that, it's like this discomfort or that shame, this embarrassment, there is an added sense of adequacy, whatever the case may be in the body, you don't want to feel that, the body doesn't want to feel that, or the body feels, like, tight because you're judging that. And because of that, you know, like, you're not showing up with who you actually really are. And you send those mixed signals and eventually and essentially misleading a man. And then because of that, he starts to value you less. Because she realizes, wait a minute, I don't actually really know who she is, Right? Who is that one? The one that I met? Was it the one that I'm dating now? And a confused mind says, always no. The next thing to do when he doesn't value you, set boundaries like a queen. I know, I know. You've heard this, like, over and over again. Practice your. No, but what I actually mean by that is learning how to set boundaries without feeling guilty. Because what oftentimes happens is that women go on YouTube videos or they go on podcasts or Instagram or TikTok or whatever the case may be, and they're like, okay, I just need to say no, I just need to say I'm not available. I just need to say. And the problem is that it's just a script. There's no soul behind it. There's no conviction behind it. As a matter of fact, they're oftentimes very not embodied at all, Disassociated and misaligned. And so because of that, like, they actually not get the respect and the value that they deserve and that they desire. So what actually needs to happen is the energy has to align with the action. Now that really means that you actually capable of dealing with the voices that come after you set the boundary. So for me, for example, and I see this with my women all the time, who in my program get reports like, you know, when they set boundaries and I feel like guilty and I did do it the right way and I just want to do it correctly. And I mean, I don't want to offend anyone. And you know, there's all those concerns that they have. And of course, again, this goes back to childhood. You know, I, for example, had a mom who was, you know, a narcissist and borderline personality. And because of that, right, I couldn't set boundaries. You know, I mean, for one, she invaded my boundaries all the time. So I was not quite sure about my effectiveness or my boundaries. But also, you know, eventually I just didn't even set them in the first place because there was no point. So if you have an experience like that, you can be really out of alignment when it comes to setting boundaries, right? Because you actually don't feel safe. And you also don't feel safe to just navigate the guilt that comes after that. So one thing that I, that I really recommend and that I teach is actually how to really embrace, let's say guilt or whatever emotion comes after you set the boundaries. You set the, no, you said that's not okay. Or you said that you need more attention, that you would love for him to, you know, call you more or you know, to take you out on more dates or, you know what I mean? You just set some standards, right? We're setting standards and a man either steps up or he steps out. And so when you learn how to set boundaries like a queen and go actually for what I call the queen frontation, the man will value you so much and may even become re attracted to you now. By now you may have learned that the last thing you want to do is actually focus on him, but that it's rather about you focusing on yourself. But not just like as a way of blaming yourself, but rather as an authentic inquiry of empowerment. Because you see if, if there's something inside of you that that potentially shifted, that means you can change it. You can do something different. You can have power over your life again without becoming resentful towards the man that you actually wanted to date or to be with.
