If he's not contacting you, try this. Give yourself a timeline. Say seven days, 14 days, 21 days, maybe a month even. And it's a timeline where you're gonna completely forget about him, meaning you're not gonna think about him. You're not gonna follow him on social media. You're not going to talk to your girlfriends or anyone else about him. You're literally imagining that he does not exist. Now, of course, it may be hard for you to feel like, oh, I don't want to lose him. You know, I love him. He's. He's my chosen guy. But give yourself a timeline. Say you only have to do this for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, etc. And then at the end of that time, of course, you could start thinking about him again. You could potentially, you know, respond to some of his text messages or, you know, whatever. You may want to actually avoid his text messages for that period of time. So maybe start with just seven days. Give it a break. Give it a breather. Give him some space to start missing you and coming back. And also collect your own thoughts as well.
